Soren stared out of the cockpit windows at the vast barren dust-bowl that is Tatooine. Guiding the ship to the nearest hangar, one he was familiar with and he knew wouldnt try to overcharge him by too much. As the ship descended his co-pilot, Shinon grumbled under his breath in distaste.
Shinon: "I hate this damn planet, why do we always have to stop off in this dust-bowl?"
Soren: "Oh shut your trap , you know Dakova likes the milk from Black Melons. You also know he pays well for each shipment we can get to him."
Shinon: "Ugh that stuff is vile, you ever try it? I have no clue how that guy can stand that stuff."
Soren lowered the landing gear and felt the shudder of the ship as it touched down. Powering down ship he turned to face his companion.
Soren: "Disgusting or not, I dont want to be the one to tell that crazy Feeorin that we didnt pick up his crate of Black Melon. So... we might as well get huh? Besides, you get some nice shore leave and a bonus from that last job."
Shinon: "Shore leave? Seriously? Shore leave? What the hell am I supposed to spend my credits on in this Sarlacc Pit of a world? Why cant we ever make a shore leave on a nice planet? Like Alderaan, or hell even Coruscant? Id even settle for Kashyyk!"
Ignoring the complaints of his side-kick, Soren took his leave from the cockpit. Working his way back through the ship. Heading down to the cargo bay he lowered the ramp and sighed in annoyance. As much as pretended not to, he really didnt like this place. Was too warm for his tastes, but not much he could do. A job is a job after all, or so he told himself as he stepped out onto the hot desert sand and went off in search of the cargo he needed to pick up.

Arch Angel had walked into one of the most dangerous parts of town, owned by a Hutt named Jibba De Kibba. His eyes scanned the crowd analyzing people amongst the crowd based off threat level, giving his eyes digital representations of what they might be packing underneath their cloths, assessing conversations that might involve him or his mission.
He had come to do a mission that would pay him incredibly well for setting up a distant relation on Nar Shaddaa to seize his relative’s possessions. One of them being a priceless heirloom passed down the family, but the estranged relative Jibba had gotten it following a death in the family. No doubt probably to originally keep it out of his client’s hands. It did not matter to Arch Angel what happened to the object, only that he get paid. His funds were not low but in order to follow his prime directive he needed lots of money to follow the concept of “living well.” The first part of the directive was the easiest part, which was to survive, and sometimes he wondered why the two would conflict with one another. While surviving was easy, it was at odds with ‘living well’ which seemed to involve putting himself into conflicts where the outcome posed the possibility of danger and not surviving. Yet he needed to do those situations to get the money to follow the concept of living well.
He had studied the holonet quiet extensively to find out what ‘living well’ had meant and it seemed to involve very lavish lifestyles that his budget could sometimes hardly keep up with. With no foreseeable end to this directive he could not turn down taking any mission that would land him a sizable sum in credits. This is why he was here.
At last Arch Angel came to a stop in front of the Hutt’s palace. The place had a moderate amount of defense against hostile forces, but he had observed the last few days that the security was lax a good portion of the time due to the fear the Hutt had struck into those living nearby. If anyone so much as offended him, they could wind up dead which meant most people avoided contact at all possible. This made it less likely for anything to happen and guards to be bored.
He had contemplated doing this silently, slipping in to kill the Hutt but he knew someone else might claim the spoils his client sought to obtain so he would have to make it clear that no one was to cross the person who had ordered this. So it was with no hesitance that he walked up to the two lounging guards at the front gate, and as they looked up to see him they sprouted Vibroknives from their necks. He reached the metal door and mentally commanded extra power to his arms as his hands grasped the door and pulled it straight off the hinges. He tossed it aside casually as he proceeded into the palace. Soon blaster fire began to ring out…..

As he approached the palace of Jibba De Kibba, Soren wass more than a little surprised to see the door to the building had been ripped clean off and tossed aside by something. Swearing to himself about probably having to find a new supplier for some of his goods. He drew his blasters, and cautiously entered the building.
Soren: "Well, if that slug is dead, and no one is around. Maybe I can just grab the shipment... no one be the wiser..."
He mumbled to himself as he slowly made his way though the palace. His eyes scanning each room he entered, as he took the path that Jibba usually led him down for his shipment. As he walked he noted the death left all around him, the scorching from blaster fire on the walls, and among the bodies of various lifeforms. Every now and then he could hear blaster fire start up again, each time his instinct to put his back to a wall and and make himself as least visible as possible kicked in.
Soren: "Jibba... I dont know who you fucked with... but whoever it is or was... bad move..."
Suddenly he heard blaster fire erupt in a nearby room, a room in which he needed to get through. With a silent curse, he carefully poked his head through the doorway. Just enough to quick glance at the interior. As a blaster bolt nearly missed his head, he ducked back out swearing under his breath.
Soren: "Whoever that guy is... he's good... Guess its time to cancel my contract..."
Quickly he stepped into the room, and opened fire. Not at the man he assumed was causing the destruction, but at the pair of guards who had fired at him.

Arch Angel's cloak fluttered behind him as he inhumanly crushed a Gamorean's pig face into the wall, and turned flinging one of his last vibroknives into a Trandosian across the room. He noticed two men fire out at the hallway, as one of them yelled that there were 'two of them.' This was confusing for he hadn't brought anyone to fight. With two forward thrusts of his robotic legs he cleared the distance, blades snapping out from his arms and finding purchase within the warm bodies of the last two Gamoreans.
He turned to the hallway that the guards had been facing, and focused his hearing. He could faintly pick up the sound of scrapping against the wall. His smart system had already placed an arrow where it predicted the person to be giving him a rough highlight of where a humanoid creature would be standing. Arch Angel's first thought was to plunge a sword through the wall straight into the enemy but then he gave pause. The guards had shot at this person, meaning they weren't part of his mission parameters.
"Come out now," said Arch Angel leaving no room for argument in his tone. He pulled a vibrodagger from one of his victims off the wall, allowing it to slump to the floor and prepared to throw it. If the person was hostile they would be eliminated.

Soren froze for a second, and immediately took cover again as the two Gamoreans he had been firing out suddenly fell to a pair of knives that appeared out of nowhere. He took a moment to calm his breathing, and slowing the rate of his heart. He listened to his surroundings, he could faintly make out the sound of a vibroblade being pulled from a body, the near silent sound of a body slumping over. A voice called out to him, and he swore under his breath again.
Soren: "If I do, how do I know you wont just kill me like you did everyone else Ive seen so far in this place? You've done quite the damage Mister, and I really dont want to be added to it. I kinda like living and all that good stuff that goes with it."
He slid one blaster slowly back into its holster, pretty confident the man would hear the click of it locking in place. Keeping his other blaster in hand, just in case.
Soren: "Pretty sure you're not part of my job... at least I really am hoping not. So.. will make you a deal. I put away that dagger you just took off that corpse, and ill put away the other blaster in my hand. We both face each other, and talk. Like civilized non-violent people. Who both wanna walk out of here alive? Sound good to you? Mister....?"
Hoping to buy a moment as he ran various calculations, and possibilities on how this could go or end in his head.

Arch Angel stood there contemplating, and then looked down at the vibrodagger. He pulled it back behind his head and threw it. It flew straight through the door way and landed embedded in the opposing wall. "I won't ask again."
He crossed his arms while waiting for the apparent man to show himself. In the mean time he thought about the layout of the place, and what would be his next plan of attack. For some reason, Jibba hadn't been where Arch Angel had expected him to be. Had someone tipped him off? No that was rather unlikely, for he had kept a low profile until now.
"I'm here to kill Jibba for money, if you have no qualms with that I would suggest you leave the premises for you are not part of the job, and staying here presents a problem to your safety," said Arch Angel simply. He was still half tempted to kill the man just for being a witness to this, but something about killing those he didn't need to kill rubbed him the wrong way.

Soren flinched and kinda just stood there, staring at the dagger for a few seconds. blinking a few times, he lowered his blaster but still kept it in hand. Slowly and cautiously he stepped out into the doorway. Mentally recording every bit of detail he could about this guy, for research purposes later on. If he survived
Soren: "Woh, woh. No need for that man. I am here to see Jibba as well. Though in my case not to kill him. But if ya wanna put a laser, or a knife through that slug's head. Fine with me. Im just here to pick up a shipment for an employer. Jibba has best Black Melon prices on this dust bowl, granted he has the only prices..."
Mentally he kicked himself for showing himself, but he had the feeling this guy could have easily put that dagger through the wall he had been hiding behind. Leave it to Tatooine to be a planet were everyone wants to mug you or kill you.
Soren: "If it's alright with you, I would like to pick up said shipment before I head out. If not, then I can wait outside until you're done. But either way, If I dont get those Melons to my employer... Let's just say I'd rather jump in a Sarlacc Pit.."
Everything about this guy set off warnings and alarms in Soren's head, the man was definitely a cold and calculated killer. Soren would know, he was the same way when it came to those kind of jobs. He still wasnt sure how the man knew he was there, he was generally pretty good at staying hidden when he needed to. Only thing he could think, was either they guy was kitted out with some experimental tech, or much ilke himself. He wasnt a normal, living breathing invidividual. Either way, hopefully with any luck, this guy had a code or rule against killing innocent bystanders.

When the apparently man came around the corner and explained why he was here, frown crossed his face. He looked over to an exploded box with fruits running every which direction. "I think your package was damaged in the struggle, my condolences," said Arch Angel.
??: And so the famous Arch Angel graces me with his presence.
The voice came from a screen within the room. Arch Angel looked towards it and Jibba was displayed dead center in the screen. A quick blaster shot to the display sent sparks flying but the voice did not stop.
Jibba: Come now Assassin no need to wreck my beautiful palace. I'll tell you right where I am, so you and your partner here can come talk business.
"I've come to kill you, and I never go back on my contracts," said Arch Angel looking around for a sensor within the room. Unfortunately he could not pick up any sort of sensor that would tell Jibba he was still in the room.
Jibba: That is rather unfortunate but you see your going to have to come my way anyways....
A large thick doubled sided metal door opened up grinding along the ground. Had that been there before? No, he noticed the hologram projectors on the sides had made it look like a regular wall. He cursed himself for failing to notice that before. "Fine, but don't expect a warm welcome."

Soren glanced over at the box that had contained the Melons.
Soren: "Fuck... Now I have to explain to a Feeorin about all this..."
He sighed, before immediately raising his blaster as a voice suddenly echoed through the room. He was only a second slower on firing at the display. He listened to the conversation for a moment, and stared blankly at the large metal door as it opened. Keeping his blaster leveled at the new entry way. His stance, and attitude drastically changed from the way it was just moments before. His assassin subroutines had just kicked in, and he was now more than eager to put a shot or dozen through the slimey hutt.
Soren: "What about my shipment Jibba? You better have another crate back there, otherwise I think I might help this guy end you. As far as I can see, you brought whatever this mess is down on you, and now Im stuck in it. You owe me slime breath."
His voice was eerily calm as he spoke. He motioned to Arch Angel, or so the hutt had just called him.
Soren: "You look like you want the first shot, so after you... Arch Angel, was it?"

Arch Angel looked over to the Human considering the man's words. The odds of them forming such an alliance so quickly was slim to astronomical but it seemed their intent lined up at least for now. He would take the help but he wouldn't rely on the man to watch his back. "So be it," said Arch Angel proceeding down the long hallway until it opened up into a much larger chamber.
Jibba was on a raised platform to the back, guarded by more Gamorean guards and other humaniod guards. A quick sweep told him that he had twelve hostiles, thirteen if he counted the Twi'lek chained off to the side though she most likely wouldn't be able to do anything of note.
Jibba: So glad we could have this face to face Arch Angel. I believe you have been.... mislead in your contract to kill me. Perhaps you'd like something to drink?
"The reasons for the contract are of no concern to me, I simply am given a task to complete and I do it," said Arch Angel flatly making no comment towards the drink. Jibba de Kibba gave a hearty laugh at this.
Jibba: Than you are in it only for the money, I can respect that. No need to know the finer details of a job. Then perhaps you'd be interested in a counter offer? I will double whatever your original contract paid if you bring me the one's who requested my death. I would stay out of sight for a few weeks or months to help you accomplish this task. Does that perk your interest?
"I complete my contracts," said Arch Angel his tone indicating that he felt no inclination either way. At this Jibba began to grow irritated.
Jibba: And what about you? Does it interest you? I offer you the same, help my men kill Arch Angel and the reward is yours.

Accepting the offered drink with his left hand, his Blaster still gripped firmly in his right. Soren drank the full contents of the cup. Using the moment to mask the movement of his eyes as they swept over each individual in the room. Analyzing each guard's posture, scars or visable injuries, as well as the firepower each was packing. Handful of Heavy Blasters, a Pair of Rifles, and the usual Vibroaxes on the Gamoreans. All-in-all good odds. He lowered the cup, listening to the conversation between Arch Angel and Jibba.
Soren: "So... before I decide anything. Let me get this straight..."
He motioned the empty cup at Jibba, and then at Arch Angel
Soren: "You... Jibba, pissed off this guy's client. I dont know over what reason nor do I care. Said client now wants you dead, judging by the bodies upstairs and how tense your guards are. He wants you VERY dead."
He placed the cup down on the table nearest to him.
Soren: "You and I already have an agreement. You give me one crate full of Black Melons, and I run a few smuggling jobs or a bounty or two for you. In exchange neither of us has a very anxious and easy to anger, Feeorin Pirate breathing down our necks. Right?"
Soren stared coldly at Jibba, blaster resting at his side. He could see the movement of muscle as the Hutt gulped.
Jibba: "That is correct, but contracts can be changed. Extra money can be made. Like right now, my offer still stands. Kill Arch Angel and you get a big reward, we can call it a bounty if you'd like"
Soren: "Yeah... we could.. but the problem still stands. Usually, U kulle rah doe kankee kung. But now, YOU still owe ME a shipment sleemo. You know I don't like deals that fall through, and you know I deliver on time. Always. So it seems you are in a big poodoo Jibba."
His gaze shifted to Arch Angel, eyeing him up and down. The expression on his face making it seem like Soren was weighing the odds of survival.
Jibba: "Soren you insult me, you now we can still deal. But only if you take the offer. Which is almost gone. You better decide before I order my men to open fire. So in about the next... 3....2..."
That was all the info Soren needed to make his decision. Snapping his right arm up, as his left hand drew his second blaster from his holster. He fired, blasting one of the guards with rifles before he could raise the weapon. He kicked over the table and immediately spun down croushing behind it. firing a shot with his off-hand weapon as he did, catching the other rifle-bearing guard in the chest.
Soren: "1! right? You were about to say 1?"
He called out to the hutt, grinning like a mad man as he shifted his gaze back to Arch Angel. As Jibba's guards opened fire

Of the original twelve only ten hostiles remained a threat, along with his primary target. Time seemed to slow for him as he looked back to his soon to be victims. His sensor's pin pointed lightsources and with a quick barrage of fire he blasted the room. Jibba laughed seeing none of his men having fallen after taking quick cover.
Jibba: I've been told you almost never miss a mark, if your aiming is anything to go by then I think I didn't need to be as worried as rumor's suggest.
Arch Angel's voice echoed out through the now barely lit room. "Your down four men already," said Arch Angel as two of the guards suddenly fell over for no apparent reason. Daggers in their chests were driven in, and panicked fire streaked out towards where Arch Angel's voice had come from. Darkness abated for but a moment, as the blaster fire went by revealing nothing but empty air.
Blades slices open a Gamorean and his fellow guard as Arch Angel appeared from the shadow's with two blades coming from his arms. He disappeared a moment later behind a free standing pillar. "Make that Six," said Arch Angel as he activated his cloak so he could now change position on them to give the appearance that he was everywhere at once. It would also give his temporary ally time to shoot them. His invisibility could only be relied upon in short bursts so he stuck to the outside of the room. He would have to pick up the microphone after the battle that had miss lead their first attacks.

Soren was more than a little impressed with his new found ally, if only a temporary. Watching for a brief moment as he watched two more of the guards drop almost simultaneously. As he watched another two dropped from blades sticking out of their chests. As Arch Angel vanished behind a pillar, Soren took that moment to open fire himself. Popping out from behind the table he had used to take cover, he felt his fingers squeeze the triggers of his blaster, Once, Twice.
The first pair of shots struck two targets. Catching one guard square in the face, and shooting the vibro axe of a Gamorean who decided to charge it had seen Arch Angel move behind. Leaving a startled expression on its hideous pig face. The second pair of shot put a hole in that same Gamorean's face, and took another guard down as well.
Soren: "Thats 9 down now Jibba, only got two more. I think you need to hire better guards Jibba, these ones are a little prone to dying. Surely a well funded slug like yourself can do better?"
He taunted as he dipped behind a different table. Taking a deep breath and letting it out slowly to remain calm as he felt the blaster fire from the last three guards barrage against the table. Feeling it press against his back, he knew it wouldnt hold out much longer. He turned and leapt to the right, rolling as his shoulder hit the ground. Propelling himself behind the first table he had use. Peeking out around it once more he fired for a third time, taking out another guard. As well as clipping the shoulder of the firing arm of another guard. Causing them to drop their blaster on the floor.
Soren: "My bad! I Miscounted, make that 10 down!"

Arch Angel appeared between the last two thrusting up his sharpened arm blades into to throats and out the top of the heads of the two fat gamoreans. The blade's swiftly retracted into his arm as he turned to face Jibba in the desiccated room. He had grabbed the twi'lek and was now holding a large scatter gun to her head.
Jibba: Look I didn't want to have to involve innocents but it looks like you both leave me no choice, now leave my palace! I'll watch my camera's until your gone, make any sudden moves and she'll...
Arch Angel reached a hand forward blasting eletrical energy from his palm straight into the Twi'lek, and she went limp from the display and the smell of scorched flesh filled the room.
Jibba: You.... do you know how much I paid for her!?!?
"Not as much as your about to pay," said Arch Angel coldly. Jibba raised his gun and fired, Arch Angel didn't have time to move and instead brought his arms up and crouched to present a smaller target. His arms clanged loudly at the scatter round hitting his arms but protecting his face, then he leapt forward closing the distance to the Hutt. He swung intending to punch the hutt and plunge a blade into him however Jibba caught his arm and began to crush his metal arm with the enormous strength of a Hutt. Not stopping his assault he brought his leg to bear striking the Hutt and then brought his other arm around while he was disoriented. Despite them being slugs they could easily kill most humanoids.
His arm pierced through the crime lord's stomach as the blade traveled straight up the former Hutt's body. Turning and covered in the body liquid of a dead slug he proceeded over to the Twi'lek touching her exposed stomach. Prongs shot out of his hand, and he sent a shock of electricity through her. Once.... twice..... Then she woke up with a gasp. Her clothing was scorched and some of her body was scarred from his attack but at least she was alive.
Twi'lek: You..... attacked me!
She backed up from him frightened, especially with all the dead suddenly surrounding her. Arch Angel frowned at this and stood up. "I had to eliminate you from the equation. Apologies for the way I did it," said Arch Angel, though this explanation did not seem to comfort the woman at all. He looked over to the other man in the room. "Thank you for your assistance. That made it quiet a bit easier, than I had been anticipating."

Soren stood as the last two guards dropped. Keeping his blaster leveled on the Hutt. He growled as the slug dared to use an innocent as a shield. He took a moved up and caught the Twi'lek's body. He glared at Arch Angel not approving of the damage to the innocent woman. His eyes followed every movement and strike between Arch Angel and the Hutt. His eyes recording every movement of Arch Angel's in particular, in case he needed the knowledge later on. His right arm keeping a blaster steadied on the Hutt in case his assistance was needed.
He felt a small smile grace his lips, as he his ally ran the slug through, and sliced him open. He raised a brow, and opened his mouth to question as Arch Angel touched the Twi'lek's stomach. Before abruptly closing it as he felt her jerk in his hold. He quickly released her, letting her back away from them.
Soren: "As much as I disapprove of that choice, it was a good call. Glad you didnt kill her. No Problem, was happy to assist. Been meaning to end my contract with this slug for awhile. But he was the only seller on this dustbowl for what I needed. Sadly looks like Im gonna have to find a new way to get the Black Melons.""
Soren stood, holstering his blasters as he did. He extended his hand to Arch Angel, a holochip with his "business card" in hand.
Soren: "Anytime you need an assist, give me a ring. I'll also make sure not to take any jobs going up against you. Definitely would hate to fight you."
He chuckled, and turned his attention back to the cowering Twi'lek
Soren: "Now then, I need to see a Twi'lek about a cold storage and hopefully a backup for my shipment."
