It would actually be very similar to bhod's system stat wise.

Speed
Strength
Endurance
Willpower
Intelligence

Archery
Sword
Heavy Weapons
Destruction (element magic)
Restoration (healing)
Illusion (mind games and invisibility and such)
Mysticism (Psychic abilities)
Alteration (Shield and strength boosting magic)
Athletics (running speed)
Acrobatics (How high you jump and general balance)

Stuff like that, maybe not ALL of them, there are a lot of stats in ES, but it would be set up something like that, with 1-100 just like on star wars.

Very Casual Stats

Like...someone with a 20 in destruction probably shouldn't be casting "enemies explode" if you're familliar with that. Also, your character's race will also further affect stat distribution. Bretons are good at magic while nords are good at combat.

Except the skills part since it's RP and you just play those kind of acts out as you see fit... well within reason anyways.

Yeah, basically. So like...if you make a dark elf character, they may have a natural affinity for shooting arrows even if they've never done it before, as well as a natural tolerance for heat and even fire. One with a high enough acrobatics score could even run across lava without getting hurt too too much. Oh, and they could have a badass ancestor guide ghost.

If your vampire tried the same feat I think he would find the lava rather painful, even if he was a dark elf.

Just stuff like that. Look it up, there's several oblivion wikias to help you with approparite stat distribution for the various races.
