Zilfer after a few hours of hiking up the slop of Mt. Kurokari decided to stop. The place was wide open, little trees surrounding them and the steep incline stopped for about a hundred feet or so. A stream of water from melted ice flowed down nearby.
"You've been infected with a parasite of the darkside. It attaches to your cells and divides so that it infects your whole body. Every time you are injured it replicates and heals you rapidly but at the cost of hundreds of faults in the DNA. Where-ever you got this thing from you mostly saw the cannibalistic and animal like transformations. What drives most people who are infected, into insanity is their weak will." said Zilfer first starting off with a lesson in how the Virus worked, from the files he had read during his days as Lord Nanashi.
"Most people eventually gorge their eyes out, claw their neck with their own fingers until they bleed to death. Not the most pleasant way to die," continued Zilfer as he began to reach his main point. "the reasons behind these behaviors is that the parasite is trying to take over the consciousness and the subconscious and most likely in your case the conscious are fighting back. You however do not have the right tools to fight back adequately. Your current state may have slowed the poison but it does nothing to end the result."
"Yuki stand back, If I need your help I will say so." said Zilfer pulling out his crystalline sword. It glowed and reflected rainbows from the sun's rays. "So what I must to do purge this from your body is attempt to pump enough force energy into your body and then manipulate it so that it wipes out every last infected cell in your body. This is risky, not only because your condition is going to deteriorate exponentially, but also because I am not an expert on manipulating the force when it comes to terms of the body. Don't get me wrong, I have studied anatomy enough to know this is possible, but whether I can do it or not is another story. In the end.... the choice is yours whether you want me to attempt this."
"Make no mistake, the possibility of you dying is high, but then again if you don't take the chance the possibility of you dying within the year is almost absolute," finished Zilfer wondering if the brave mandalorian would take his offer, he knew Elifain most likely would become extremely violent that was half the reason he had drawn his blade already.

Elifain had followed Zilfer up the mountain, and kept quiet durring zilfers explanation. He nodded, as it sounded like some information he had recieved earlier on, when karite had informed him of the virus, and some info he had scavenged. As Zilfer described what he would do, to try to cure Elifain, and the conciquences of failure, Elifain nodded, and said, I had no thought that this wouldn't be an easy feat, but i am willing to accept the help, if you are ready to test it. I no more want this virus, than any that has, and if I do not die from the attempt, and it is not gone, i will not go down like the others... He shrugged, as he began removing his armor, piece by piece, and his weapons as well, stacking them to the side, revealing a custom coat, with the drakain simbol, and a normal pair of geams.

"If you die, I will tell Mandalore of your bravery. If you do survive you may come out.... changed. Now prepare yourself." said Zilfer as he held his blade out towards Elifain, channeling his force power throughout his body and the surrounding area and focusing it through his blade which only amplified force power. It began to glow with brighter intensity as suddenly he allowed it to transfer to Elifain which would begin its battle with the darksided Anemos Virus. "From here even I do not know what happens...."
Zilfer kept up his stream of massive force energy flowing from himself and poured it with no reserve for damaging Elifain's body with the large concentration of force energy. It was all or nothing now, and as he watched Elifain carefully for outward signs of aggression signs that the virus was fighting for control and speeding up its insanity process.

Katarina had followed them up the mountain and she was not happy about the climb by the time they stopped. She quickly found a patch of trees and took cover in them, laying on her stomach. She quietly lifted the binoculars to her eyes and turned on the microphone again, shifting upon the cold ground but it was far from comfortable with her thin tanktop.

Elifain remained expressionless as zilfer started sending force energy into him. It didn't take too long, before he started feeling strained. If it wasn't for the virus, he would start feeling pain, but it wasn't showing, yet. After a few moments, he started feeling a burning sensation where his left shoulder met the prosthetic replacement. Within a few moments, He began feeling the burning more and more, until he couldn't stay quiet, and let loose a low groan, before reaching up and grasping the joint. The burning spread throughout his body He as it started to be pushed outwards, from joint itself. To most peoples knowlege, it might look like something was pulling on it, but Elifain began to feel pain again, for the first time in a while, If he hadn't been on his knee's already, He would have dropped striaght to. The pain continued to grow, steadily, until the joint where the artificial arm seemed to pop out, and the sound of skin tearing suddenly ensued, as bone and muscle burst from the joint. Elifain screamed in pain, as that happened, dropping him completely to the ground, as skin started forming around the bone, the hand taking on a clawlike appearance, which was grasped into a fist. Elifain felt imense anger building up in himself, as the pain caused his eyes to start tearing up, a constant scream seeming to come from him. He managed, somehow, to push himself up, with his normal hand, in an attempt to sit straight aagain, but it proved too much, as pain wracked through his body again, as the virus fought the force, every step of the way. The clawed hand, suddenly shot out, towards zilfer, to be stopped for its lack of being able to pop out, as elifain kept what he could still. The virus seemed to be hitting full out, but the force was fighting it back, as would a rival army, and elifain, the battlefield, was starting to break down, it seemed, as blood started to froth at his lips. As if in a last ditch effort at something, Elifain shot up, and forward, towards zilfer, and his blade, but the attack from the controlling virus was stopped in its tracks, as Elifain willed it back, and fell into a heap at zilfers feet, after dropping low enough to avoid being scured by the sword that he held out. The pain continued to flow through him, and was raising in intensity, to where Elifain was about to the point of wishing for it all to end, and then, as suddenly as it began, it began to ease.. His new arm began to convulse, as elifain finally stopped screaming. Breath came in large gasps, as the pain dulled to a low roar, in his mind, and he lay on the ground, the aura that was let off by the anemos fading quickly. Elifain pushed himself up, as well as he could, with the clawed arm, as he pulled his normal arm across his blood smeared lips, still gasping for air. He glanced up, noting his proximity to zilfer, and said between gasps, Lets... not do that... again... As he slowly started gaining his breath again. He reached over to his left arm, the blood that had spilled from the tearing of skin, and reforming of the limb, starting to dry on the side of his coat. He attempted to stand, but the shock his body was still going through dropped him down again, before he could make his feet, and he was, for once, glad he wasn't wearing his armor. The stuff weighed a bunch, and with an arm trying to grow in, where another was, would have been an even more painful experience in itself He could tell it wasn't near instant cure, or even a quick cure. as he glanced up. The sun had moved durring the experience, and was now, sinking in the sky.

Zilfer looked down at Elifain, he held a dry smirk. He was more worn out then he would admit however his blade had come in handy once again. He sheathed it onto his back, letting the light emanating from its soft glow. The force forged blade was one of Zilfer's most prized possessions now.
"You didn't do half bad, however it took much longer then I had expected...." said Zilfer forcing himself to remain standing. They would camp up in the mountains for the night. It was cold at nights, and they would need wood but Yuki had already gathered some or grown some plant life nearby to compensate for the lack of tree's up this high on the mountain. Zilfer was grateful because Chinine was unforgiving at night. It almost always dropped below freezing even in the summer. Zilfer allowed himself the small indulgence of starting the flames with the force by speeding up the molecules. He sat down near the fire allowing himself to relax. His muscles were tense from standing in almost the same position for hours on end focusing. The force wasn't always forgiving.
"It's been awhile since I've looked up at the stars...." spoke Zilfer more to himself then the others, but he said it loud enough for the others to hear anyways.

Kat wished she would have researched the planet BEFORE she landed as it started to get cold. She shivered as she zipped up her armor, but it didn't help at all. It wasn't long before she had curled up under a tree in a fetal position, clinging to herself trying to warm up but it was no use. She couldn't get back down the mountain now, it was far too cold. And if she made herself known, she may be killed. The Empire had sent her here, alone, to freeze to death!
Finally, when her red lips had begun to turn blue, she stood up weakly and took a step toward the others. Her hands went up to show she was harmless as she spoke through chattering teeth "m.. m.... may I p... p... please warm up?"

Elifain lay down, as soon as Zilfer had made the fire, near it, but not too close to it, and closed his eyes. He couldn't stay awake if he wanted to with the energy he had used that day, and hadn't even went to don his armor. He was at the brink of sleep, when he heard a new person walk into camp, and ask to warm themselves, but didn't register the question, as he fell asleep, and was lost to oblivion for a time.

Zilfer and Yuki glanced over at the half freezing newcomer. He shook his head for a moment. "Not sure why your here, and you being here is indeed suspicious however I won't condemn you to freeze out here." said Zilfer before looking over to Elifain who was just out of it. "He's going to need rest before going down the mountain again."
"At least his life is now given back to him." said Yuki somewhat cheerily. Zilfer smirked very grimly. "But at what cost...? to go to war with the empire? If things were only as simple as this planet." muttered Zilfer, before turning his attention to the newcomer.
"You'd best get some sleep, we'll keep the fire going." said Zilfer reassuring her, that she'd be save until the morning.

Kat nodded thankfully as she moved next to the fire and sat on the ground quickly, holding her hands out and rubbing them together trying to warm up. After a few moments, she turned green eyes towards the man who had welcomed her and she sighed softly, but she thought honesty with him might prove beneficial to her. She spoke quietly, keeping her hands visible so he wouldn't cut her down. "The Empire sent me... didn't tell me shit about this place.... just told me to take these...." She popped the data disk of pictures out of the binoculars and tossed it to him. "But I don't even know who you are..."

Zilfer smiled at the last comment the woman had made. She tossed the data to him and he didn't even move to catch it, instead he used a small telekinesis to redirect its path into the fire.
"Don't feel bad, a lot of people don't know who I am." said Zilfer as he continued to watch the fire. "The Empire doesn't care for anyone but the Emperor himself, he'll use you until you are no longer useful. Such are all the pawns of the Empire. All pieces the player is willing to sacrifice."

Kat listened to him and then she nodded slowly as he confirmed her thoughts. Her green eyes watched as the data chip melted in the flames and she started to get warm, finally. After a few moments she spoke coldly "I'm no one's pawn... who are you with? I saw your men and I know you're no small fry in this place... and I noticed your powers...." She said, really unafraid of him even if she should have been.

"I used to believe that as well, but life often has a way of reminding that we are all just men." said Zilfer as he added another log onto the fire. "I am a man named Zilfer and no more. Those are not my men, however they are helping me. I plan to build a home for myself. Funny, the vagabond, homeless wanderer, and enigma making a home."
He closed his eyes as he allowed himself to feel his whole body warming up to the fire. She had mentioned his powers, and he could only assume she meant the force.
"It's nothing mythical. I use the force like any being who is wise enough to listen can." said Zilfer wondering what she meant by bringing it up.

She listened to him quietly and then she laid down on the warm ground next to the fire, her green eyes just watching him. She sighed softly and shut her eyes, slowly drifting off to sleep with her hand upon her blaster just in case she had to protect herself quickly.

Zilfer looked to the sky of chinine, as the others fell asleep. Looking into the full moon it reminded him of days long gone. On nights similar to this him and Alex would sit around a fire similar to this. It had been a time where he was just beginning to fully develop into the warrior Alex would need in the future. Even now in the calm and silent night he could hear Alex's teachings and ramblings going through his head. He knew almost exactly Alex would be saying to him on the new development of his friends. He would call Zilfer weak for trusting them, and protecting them. It was ties that Alex warned against, for they could make ones judgment irrational. Zilfer knew however, that he was wrong. It was these connections that made him stronger. He whispered to himself, a whisper that was swept away into the soft wind of the night.
"It is not weak to value life."
Later that morning when the fire was nothing by dying embers the sun began to rise, and Zilfer could be found looking out to the rising sunrise. In the forest most of the time you could not see the sunrise because of the tall tree's however up on Mt. Kurokari one could see for miles. To the party it would seem as Zilfer hadn't gotten any sleep, and it was a wonder if it was true or not. He had spent many restless nights, and had gone weeks on little or no sleep in the past. The warmth of the sun began to heat up the planet and he accepted the rays as he continued peacefully watching. He assumed it wouldn't be long before the others awoken.
