The first blade made once Jor had perfected his technique with the Jedi Forge. It's hard as a rock but not brittle. It was cooled in Ice from the Ilum ice pack. Jor sharpened the blade himself with his lightsaber as that was the only thing available to him capable of sharpening a blade that hardened.



SAVARD

Arm of the Templar


This longsword is emblazoned with the symbols of the Templar. It was engraved with these symbols by Jor during the Forging process. It’s blade is sharp and strong but unnaturally light. It’s perfectly balanced at the cross guard. Jor forged the sword specifically for his then apprentice, Savard. It was made alongside Thu’um as one of the first blades forged by Jor after he mastered the technique and was presented to Savard before the Templar developed the trials they have today.



JOHN PAUL JONES

Nobis
Steel of the Nobels


Forged by Jor some time after Thu'um and Tempus Armmas, Nobis was presented to John Paul Jones. It's blade is light and flexible and uncannily sharp, able to cut through even other metal without problem. It's handle is made from gold and it's blade is made from Tapani Steel. The gold of the hilt is set with many jewels mined out of Pelegian mines. It is far and away the most valuable of the swords Jor has made and is fit for a king.



VINCENT

This was one of the original blades forged by Jor when he was still practicing the use of the Jedi Forge he constructed in Corbenic. He reforged it twice, folding the metals and re-fusing it with the Force. It’s construction is simple and solid, a crude but effective method of forging before Jor truly mastered the Mandalorian arts. It’s blade is heavier than you would think at first glance but it’s edge is forever sharp and deadly. It also courses with power after each blow causing bursts of force with every strike.

Jor gifted this blade to Vincent upon him becoming a Templar as Vincent was strong and skilled enough to wield it. When Vincent took the plunge off the deep end of sanity, he took the blade with him. Since then he’s used it to kill innocents which has stained the blade forever. Were Jor to get the blade back he would try to destroy it. If he couldn’t destroy it, he’d lock it up in the Vault for all time.

Name: Ashla (Ancient Jedi of Tython word for the Light Side of the Force)

Type: Jedi Forged Longsword

Description: A polished Longsword made from purified Mandalorian Iron acquired by Jor Halcyon during a trip to Mandalore for the purpose of learning the Mandalorian methods of weapon forging. It’s handle is made from Mythosaur bone and is wrapped in quality nerf leather. At the core of its pommel is a lightsaber crystal taken from the lightsaber of Jor’s dead apprentice Kell.



History: When Jor returned from Mandalore after fighting the giant Mythosaur during his investigation into the Force Orbs he decided that the Jedi needed a suitable weapon to combat the darkness generated by these orbs.

Building off the Templar Sword concept, he set to work using the methods he learned on Mandalore years before the war. Using a bit of Mandalorian Iron, purified by crucible and hammered down into a blade, he forged Ashla on the Jedi Forge in the basement of Corbenic. It took him 18 hours to get it from ingot to blade. He quenched the blade in ice from Ilums surface and blood from the Mythosaur he killed. Hammering the Force into the metal just as much as he hammered the blade into shape, the sword has been charged with the Force.

The handle is made from Mythosaur bone and wrapped in nerf leather. The pommel was heated to a soft state and had a small lightsaber crystal pressed into the core. The Crystal used to be a part of the lightsaber belonging to Jor’s dead apprentice Kell.

Before completing the blade, Jor requested the aid of John Paul Jones who was trained in the art of Totem Magic. Using said methods, they inscribed the bone of the handle and the hand guard with some ancient Tython symbols, infusing the impressions with the Force.

Thus constructed, Jor polished the blade with stones and sharpened and shaped the edge with a combination of grind stone and his lightsaber. Beginning to end, the whole process took the better part of 57 hours.

Properties: While Jor has become quite good at the art of the Jedi Forge, he is still limited due to his inability with certain aspects of the Force. While a normal Jedi would use their telekinesis to help forge the blade, Jor did all the hard work by hand. Jor infused the blade with the power he has though which is the power of the mind, the ability to absorb energy and the combined knowledge of his memories and experiences. The power of the sword links with the mind of its user, granting clarity of thought and focus. This clarity and focus provides a resistance to Force illusions and other mind tricks.

Jor describes it as a source of Truth. That through the sword, both those who wield it and those who are struck by it see the truth, of themselves, of the world and of history through the Force. He warns that the use of the sword’s full potential is limited to only those who are willing to see the truth about themselves.

[Zilfer]

Crystalline Sword: Akari

Zilfer's attempt at Jedi forge ended up forging a crystalline sword out of the temple Corbenic. Based mostly on minute telekinetic power he had learned over the time of his training in the force he was able to forge the sword during on of his visits to Ilum. He decided to name it after a Kumori legend about a bringer of light for the blade reflected light very well cascading rainbows when even the slightest beam of the sun or strong light touched the blade. Though made in the fashion of a bastard sword it is extremely light hand and a half sword able to be weild either two handed or in one hand. It was last seen in use by Zilfer during the battle of Kashyyyk where the Imperials tried to enslave the wookiees. With the help of the wookiees, and the sword they were able to hold off Cain and his imperial forces from enslaving the wookiees. In wookiee the blade is dubbed what would translate into 'The Light Blade.'
