Name: Zacynthus (Zant, or Zante abbreviated. The few times they have been seen in the galaxy those who spoke basic referred to them as “verdians”.
Homeworld: Gerechte Welt primus. Pop 54 million.
Biology & Appearance:
The standard height of a Zante is between seven to nine feet. They have two fingers and two thumbs unlike human hands. Reminiscent of lizards Zante have rough skin, which is always a dark color. In general Zante are a lean muscular race but their form is rarely seen as most Zante remain in the cultural armor during almost all situations. There is very little difference between male and female Zante, Especially to outside races.
Zante possess two hearts used to circulate blood through their body’s quickly supplying the means to support the advanced healing factor, organs, and intense physically activity common amongst them. Hyper advanced metabolisms can be found to aid Zante in burning fat without effort this was developed in order to better strive in the deadly environment they live in.
Some Zante have tails, which date back before they had made any strife in technology. the tails were used to cling to trees and protect against predators that stalked prey from behind. The gene has since become recessive in the majority of the populist appearing very rarely. A surgery developed can easily deal with this if one so desired.
Rough lizard like skin is used as a first line of defense, tough enough to stave off attacks that would pierce a human body deeper then eight inches Zante are generally respected for their incredible combat ability, pared with the scientific mind they prove a potent combination. The Holy Mother and her children:
The Zante believe in the Holy Spirit of the mother- Heilige Geist der Mutter in their native language. How it was started and by who is not clear. Its assumed that one day the mother herself blessed one of the Zante with her knowledge and commanded him to share it. After he spread her word the tribes began to debate which one of her children were the greatest.
Amuss. Was Gerechte Welt’s sole daughter and the eldest of five. It was said she watched over the vast oceans and rivers. It’s believed she had control over massive leviathan that protected the deepest secrets of the water.
Browse. The holy mother’s youngest he was considered the Keeper of the swamplands and oversaw all through its rough passage. He was looked to as the savior in many instants having both the reach and courage to plunk his followers from danger.

Kiln. Fourth oldest he steadied the winds and cooled the skies for those who would traverse them. He is believed to have helped the majority of the wildlife during there accretion to the flying era. Guardian to Leader Shas'O Kais Kiln was the reason the military commander began to build his people up, both sharing in a view of peace unless forced to act.
Tribes:
Even before the reform by Shas’O Kais Tribes existed. A Chef led usually numbering around fifteen to thirty each tribe. A tribe is then split into several Clans every clan having its own leader, they act like Lieutenants for the Chef turning in regular reports on smaller parts of the tribe as a whole. Tribes continued to operate after Shas’O Kais reformed the Zante into an organized body. Tribes and clans are a central aspect in the Zante naming ritual. Every Zante have a first name given at birth. They are considered a part of their Mother clan until they turn fifteen when they can chose to change clans, or tribes. Most commonly though entire bloodlines are forged are fall under the same clan name.
The naming process for aufgeklärte Zacynthus is as follows.
Rank-First name-Clan name-Tribe name.
Generally the most common aspect of a Zante’s name to change is the rank, which is determined through kill count or just service to the only all well-being of the Tribe. But clan names aren’t unheard of. Very rarely Zante leave or are expelled from their Tribe if that should occur they are called “verbannt” in reciprocation. It should also be noted that Zante ALWAYS use ones full name, first, Clan, Tribe, And rank every time no matter the circumstance, To not is seen as a insult on par with or even above swears of human beings. If time granted often lower ranking soldiers would drop to one knee while addressing their superior.
After Shas’O Kais death his clan was forever honored in that the new leader of the Zante would have the clan title bestowed at the end of their name, after tribe.
Values
Although much of the aufgeklärte Zacynthus society revolves around combat and battle, The ability to prove ones self during conflict. Overall they only utilize violence for a greater peace. Early on it was to decide the best of the Mother’s children but after they were purified major conflicts arose only to pave the way for a stronger pacifistic lifestyle.
When a unity is amongst the ranks of Zante the military is put on guard in essences only being used to protect. During such times Zante skilled in construction, science, medicine or other talents are in greater demand. As such Zante are a very versatile species able to exceed in many aspect and hold anything that can benefit the greater good of the Zante in high esteem.
Rituals:
Established during the age of building. Shas’O Kais began the rite of passage known as Wiedergeburt, Or Rebirth in basic. It had originated as a way to absolve the Zante of their past Wrongs but grew to become a ceremony all Zante went through by the time they were of a year and a half in age.
As they grew older Zante would face the Tor Weg, which would affect their placement in society. If they proved to have the instincts of a warrior Zante would be shuffled into the military branch. Those who showed greater skill in such things as construction or mapping would stay within the city and continue to expand upon it. If a Zante demonstrated his/her intelligence they would be place within the research division.
The Tor Weg commonly took place while a Zante was still very young, Two or three as it was thought ones attributes could be determined by that age and wanted them to focus on a particular set of skills. This would lead to many Zante skilled in a singular aspect, Combat, Building, Diplomacy, and skills of the sort trained to become a master in its arts never more then one however. This led to some Tribes focusing solely on a specific field, For example tribe Kreuzfahrer only accepts warriors. And the Bauherren who focus on construction of both nature and technology.
The naming ritual is what takes place next in a Zante’s lifespan as they are officially honored as a member of their birth clan or move on finding a place within a new clan and on some occasions a different tribe.
Many tribes have different rites of passage after this point, the first three, Wiedergeburt, Tor Weg, And the naming ritual, Are experiences all Zante go through. A few more common rites found within the Tribes are the Kraftprobe. A test of might in which a Zante is left deep within uncharted jungle territories. They are only to survive for three days amongst the beast and return to the city to pass.
There is the trial of the Brust where a Zante must travel from the city into the mountains alone. Once in the Jungle Mountains of the world the Zante is to find Vorahnung Brust eliminate it and take the head for a prize. If the Zante should slay more then just the Brust and are able to bring back the remains of the slain creatures they will be honored for each of them as well. On a few rare occasions if a Brust could not be found a certain number of other deadly creatures could be exchanged to accomplish the task.
Other non-combat related Passages were to find certain artifacts that were believed to be lost, Often this is more difficult to complete then hunting rituals and is considered a great service to the Zante as history is very important to them.
A common practice for Zante who focus on construction is to shape a statue or build a model of what could be an expansion of the city. Though never explicitly referred to as a rite of passage if the idea is sound and the model seen as something that can be done. Generally this constituted as enough to be accepted.
Overall each Tribe had unique rites of passage, which could very greatly from one to the next so that no two tribes were exactly the same. Another ritual that was common place for Zante Tribes were facial markings distinctive by both clan and tribe. Usually they looked no more complex then a simple line running down the side or forehead but a Zante could tell what each stood for. Zante without marking were thought untruth worthy within aufgeklärte Zacynthus society though this ideal has been disproved to a certain extent as Durante Vakorus, A schmutzig Zante, Had no markings.
When the leader of the aufgeklärte Zacynthus passed fifteen days were allowed for grieving amongst the Zante before a new one was selcted, unless the previous Kais had a successor in which case the days were still given before the next could take command. This allowed time was known as. “Tage ohne Führung”
After a new Kais was decided upon ether by way of lineage or the council of seven’s pick that person would receive the ceremonial armor to show their new position.
Armor
Commonly all Zante wear armor to donate rank. The tradition of receiving this armor was started during the age of building after the sins of the Zante were washed away. Development of prototype armor began immediately as they wanted to show their new path and thought that a outward change would be a start. Originally no more then steel the armor has evolved with its people to where energy shields have been integrated into its design.
Zante obtain their first suit of armor, Which is sometimes their only, during their training as they prove themselves are give the chance to personalize it, Some are equipped with stealth field generators, others increased shield regeneration. Social and military systems:
The original system established by Shas’O Kais for defense and continuation of the Zante would incorporate all the aufgeklärte Zacynthus uncontested under that single title, No official military was formed. Instead certain tribes were tasked with hunting to provide food and defense to ensure none of the many Carnivorous beasts living on the planet broke into the city, which at the time was more of a village. A new tribe would be given this assignment every two months as it conspired with a rotation. All were ranked on the same scale. The positions were as follows from lowest to highest.
Acolyte – The lowest any Zante can be. Those who hold this rank have acquired no kills and have done nothing to better the race survival as a whole.
Zector – Although ranked low in position Zectors have one of the most important duties in the entire aufgeklärte Zacynthus They are responsible for the maintenance up keep and preservation of the Codex and as such are treated with great respect and honor by all. Heritage is one of the most important aspects of Zante and Zector are its keeper.
Cantor – Most commonly deployed as a soldier, Cantors have just complete their rite of passage and as such are green under the collar. They excel to the second degree after scoring roughly twenty-five kills
Curate – A curate is an experienced warrior they have landed over one hundred fifty combat kills and formed the backbone of Zante defense. After achieving a second-degree clarification from a Deacon they look toward Exorcist.
Exorcist – Exorcist are given command of units consisting of four to six when they are in military service otherwise are set as task manager in scientific experimentation or architects in construction. Ultimately they are leading small parts of the overall project.
Vicar – A tactical planer. Vicars who don’t plan battles are deployed as advance scouts usually taking with a couple of Cantor to grant them field experience.
Sub-deacon – They pretty much are a deacon’s bitch. But if a Deacon should die in battle are granted his rank.
Deacon – Highly knowledgeable a Deacon can only be appointed directly by a priest or higher office. They oversee the actions of all those under them and are sent to battle when things look there worse. Deacon are clad in silver armor and allowed to wield energy whips. A Priest blesses all their armor.
Priest - A priest or priestess is a person having the authority or power to perform and administer blessings and advance rank. Priests are most commonly not trained in combat and instead focus on civil duties. A few priest have been warriors however it is not unheard of.
Archdeacon - A senior position above that of anything below high priest and below that of a bishop. An archdeacon is responsible for watching over and employing the other Deacons.
Archpriest - Archpriest is the title for a priest who has supervisory duties above standard priest. They watch the priest and allow blessings, Without an Archpriest say so blessings may not be administered. Their blessings are seen as stronger then regular priest.
High Priest - This title applies to the chief priest who is appointed to watch many different Tribes at anyone time. His actions are bias and he is strictly devoted to the well being of the aufgeklärte Zacynthus.
Bishop - A bishop is an ordained member of the clergy who is generally entrusted with a position of authority and oversight. Bishop are can be achieved by those trained in the art of war, construction, Diplomacy, Or any other specialty.
Archbishop – a more experienced Bishop.
Exarch – The next stage for warriors Exarchs have command over a whole regiment, a regiment consisting of a hundred Zante.
Lesser Primate – They take over after the death or retirement of a Primate. Other then they are basically a Zector.
Primate – The overseen of the Codex he watches Zector and his considered the pontiff’s left hand. There is only one Primate but a Lesser Primate is who will directly succeed him.
Apostle – The four star general of the aufgeklärte Zacynthus. The Apostle approves all battle plans, direct where Bishops and Deacons are send. Any troop orders most go through the Apostle. The only one allowed to overrule the apostle is the pontiff.
Cardinal – There are seven Cardinals’ at any single point each appointed to watch over different sections that the aufgeklärte Zacynthus may be spread throughout during such times. They form the council of seven and are basically the guardians of the Zante as they have the third highest command after Apostles.
Pontiff – The reigning head of command a Pontiff is the equivalent of the republic head of state, Or emperor.
For many years this system was utilized until Alcidus Kais, who was a xenophobic, Took command as the Pontiff and did officially sanctioned a military incorporating the positions most commonly associated with combat. He did this in an effect to slay the then Republic telling others they stole the Holy Mother’s gifts. However after the Durante Vakorus led a revolt against the aufgeklärte Zacynthus, who for many years hunt down schmutzig for their holy purge, and assassinated the ruling Kais, who was corrupted by the same ideals of Alcidus. Afterward the schmutzig were to be given a place within the aufgeklärte Zacynthus, has the act of killing Virgous was such a show of strength they earned a place within the city.
Instead of just including them in the already existent system Medusia Kais, Who was selected outside of the group of expected candidates to help improve the chance she was not tainted by Alcidus. Together Durante and Medusia formed a new system. The Himmlische Ritter -- celestial knights in Basic.
The Himmlische Ritter is separated into three divisions. The guardian corps, the pillar Dynamic, and the Cocytus, Each tasked with defense and moderation of a different section of combat or politics. The Guardian Corps is responsible primarily for the navy and ground infantry of Zante. The pillar Dynamic is tasked with intergalactic relationships and protection of Gerechte Welt. The Cocytus consists almost exclusively of schmutzig and act like the spec-ops of the Zante. Each division has its own ranking structure built from the ground up.
The Guardian Corps is compressed into a double-edged rank structure holding levels of both Navy and army under one banner. Ascension through the Guardian Corps is a simple matter of how much one contributes to the overall effectiveness and ones skill at ensuring the safety and security of the Zante people.
The pillar Dynamic consist of several sub-branches each assigned to different aspects of Zante culture such as History, In the form of the Codex the Zante databank holding records of every important event since the first purge under Shas'O Kais. The interstellar relations district is dedicated to foreign policy such as the mountainous of alliances forged, This is the most recently opened sub-section of the Dynamic. The Welt affairs office is in charge of home policy regarding many aspects of Zante’s day to day. Some of these include the right to begin a new clan, governing of Tribes, and even where and what the Guardian Corps go and do. The Lethe is the only department in command of Cocytus division and guides it in terms of mission structure. They also scout new members. There are others that watch over planet climate, Hunting, Farming, and smaller things.
The Cocytus is outside most restrictions when it comes to Zante policy only having to answer to the current head and the Lethe offices. Letter/Symbol then number rank members. Zante use a symbols, Runes, Glyphs, emblems, And various designs for its written language and as such many other specie don’t know where certain Cocytus agents stand, To clear confusion both Zante symbol and a human letter is marked on their armor followed by number ranging one through nine the lower number the higher the member is ranked.
A. Division operatives are the lowest on the spectrum they were given the call sign Acherons.
S. Level Cocytus are the highest ranked and are officially members, A. Divisions are on a test basis and not sanctioned. The call sign for S level operatives is Styx.
The only person Agents answer to on a consistent basis is the Phlegethon who receives task from other branches, usually from the Pillar Dynamic, that need completion and hand them out according to skill.
Force Sensitive:
EXSTREMELY rare. Its been estimated that one in every seven million is able to use the force and even then its even less likely they receive training in the force. HISTORY
Originally a frozen planet consisting of huge ice caps the world slowly began melting away due to its sun. After a long long very long time so much of these caps were melted away that they formed oceans and small islands were scattered about the planet. Well that’s where evolution jumps in. Slowly creatures begin to evolve and live on their little islands but unfortunately for them a large meteor storm pulverized the planets surface. These Asteroids gave the planet much more ground then it had originally which created more habitable space on the planet.
Fast-forward a few million years and the planet is at a high point in its existence. Teaming with wildlife the subglacial volcanos on the currently unknown unnamed world go active. This causes the glaciers they are located beneath to melt and slowly the water level of the planet begins to rise. Well that caused many of the species to adapt to the changing climate many becoming ether flying creatures or water dwellers. Also thanks to the increase in water the plants begin to thrive in terms of planet life soaking up as much of nutrients as needed. This creates am enormous boost in local plantation bolstering trees height to unimagined highs.
Once again the Unfortunate nature of the planet shines though as several planet wide quakes shake and alter the terrain plummeting whole regions hundreds of feet below others. This caused several cliffs to form across the planet and has become one of its most unique geographic features. Soon after the quakes ended the Zacynthus appeared weather or not it was a result of the quakes is unknown, but seen as unlikely. They seem to have evolved from Tollwütigen Hunds if there appearance is to be interrupted as a point of origin. They are the only fully sentient species on the planet and quickly become the dominant race. Though smarter then the other species on the planet Zante are very animalistic and consistently waging war on rival tribes. Tribes were granted an overlapping name that applied to each member of the tribe. The tribes were then divided into individual clans each clan member sharing a common surname.
The first century of the Zante people was known as the Age of heresy. No records were kept and war was all they strife toward. Different Tribes fighting under the gauze that only one of the holy mother’s children could lead. A result of the continual fighting amongst the Tribes, Brother slaughtering brother, Cutting down Jung and women, burning parts of the forest and desecrating the bodies of those fallen. All who lived in this era were seen as infidels and “Unclean.”
One day at the low point in the fighting a freighter crashed on the now named world of Gerechte Welt, named after the mother spirit who gave birth to all life on her world and created her children showing them consistently in the sky as reflections of the moons that orbit the planet. The ship’s pilot had died in the crash. A smuggler he was transporting a large shipment of weapons, Armor, Drugs, And other goodies. Salvaging these “Gifts from the holy mother!” One of the tribes rose above the rest proclaiming itself the dominant force and that any peons who oppose this new rule would be put down. Shas'O Kais, The leader of the Tribe, which discovered the crashed ship. Choose to spare the other tribes seeing that no future could be forge for the race in this continual fighting. He would usurer in the new age. But first he needed to heal his disgraced people.
First himself then one at a time Shas'O Kais Washed away the sins of his brethren new and old in the small pond that the ship crushed in, the water now seen as blessed. After they were dissolved of their disgusting actions in the Age of heresy Shas'O Kais knew that the next task would be to build upon their new blessings from the Holy mother. Continuing from the original site of his tribe Shas'O Kais had the newly renamed “aufgeklärte Zacynthus” Begin building at the hollowed ground.
For the first time since they became active on the planet the Zante were in an age of peace under their new leader Shas'O Kais. He established the systematic order used for many years by the Zante people. As a consistent reminder of his great work and holy resolution Kais become a part of the title given to whoever is appointed pontiff, The leader of the Zante.
In the age of building, as it is referred to in the codex, Shas'O Kais began to expand the village they lived in to incorporate the forest, And then the swamp land, then move up through the mountains. The Zante did have do contest with the many other hunters on the planet. Surviving in the harsh environment they lived in was seen as a ever lasting test and commitment the holy mother needed to watch over them.
After many years of planning the city and watching over it Shas'O Kais died of old age his mission going on to his son Kas’O Kais. The city was named after Shas’O Kais to honor his dedication to forming the link to the mother. As they were committed to both nature and technology the Zante believed that if they were able to become closer to each individually and together their connection or Erleuchtung would further as well.
Under Kas’O Kais the Age of discovery began. He had chosen to progress the Zacynthus race not by extending their city or building upon his father’s work but instead through enhancing what it was they knew of the mother’s gifts. Having already discovered many basic technologies Kas’O Kais had his top scientist begin reverse engineering the weapons that brought about this peace. His goal in doing so was the expansion of their understanding which would propel the Zante into the next level of Erleuchtung.
The ship was too rusted and aged to utilize but the weapons though aged still functioned but with minimal ammunition they were not going to be of use much longer. The research team started dissembling the older models or broken weapons first and foremost and has they learned the inner workings of the mother spirit’s gifts moved up to the better functioning presents until they had unlocked her gifts knowledge.
With the discovery of what they were made of and how to construct and deconstruct them Kas’O Kais had recovery teams find and bring to the city materials to build new weapons. What they thought was the secret knowledge given only to the aufgeklärte of great level and skill was actually weapons and armor of your standard verity.
Soon as they continued to stretch even further through the planet another group of zante had been discovered. Untamed, still barbaric and animalistic they had no reason to fight each other; they did not even proclaim the conflict was in the name of one of the mother’s children. Just death and conflict of the sake of it. Shown at first as an example of what happens to those who disbelieve in the holy mother’s will the Aufgeklärte Zacynthus needed to dissolve the mothers world of such infidels. Attacking in force with greater numbers weapons equipment and tactics the holy Zante cast down the heretics quickly and shamelessly.
What the aufgeklärte Zacynthus soon discovered shook the resolve of the holy warriors and in their purge. The current leader, Eisen Stahl Klinge wird Kais, had to deal with what looked to be several Tribes of heretics. Eisen Kais took the challenge. The holy mother was obvious testing the worth and spirit of the raining pontiff. Taking such a test to heart the pontiff saw that the only way to deal with infidels would be to cast them all down, no reform for the fallen.
This began the Tribal wars. Eisen Kais upholding the mother’s, Gerechte Welt, Will and leading her divine Tribe into this war. Surprising to the aufgeklärte Zacynthus leader the tribes they had designated, as the “schmutzig” were able to hold up against fire squads for a much longer time then estimated. Actually killing a few of the aufgeklärte Kreuzfahrer. But even with their valiant stands eventually the heretics fell. Few survived the final massacre; some were captured and executed in public. While others escaped deeper into the mother jungle.
After many years of expanding and building on the belief first brought to light by Shas'O Kais, And extending the need for knowledge initially set fourth in the sights of Zante by his son. The Aufgeklärte Zacynthus continued with the purge of any nonbelievers, though few and far between after the great purge.
While composing the teaching in writing and still in the practice of hunting their primal brethren another era rose; The Age of expansion. The holy mother wanted her children to extent their reach into the stars and to allow such growth sent fourth another vessel. Immediately upon the ships crash Kais Zante recovered the wreckage cleaning it of the “Keeper” who aided the mother in delivering the vessel. The Zante reverse engineered the hyperdrive and propulsion systems of the ship and began to create their own. To do this however first a team of Zante were required to take the fixed keeper’s ship to acquire the proper parts.
Alcidus Kais the ruling Pontiff at the time would be next to venture in space with one of the crafted ships referred to by the Zacynthusians as Raumschiffs. He took off telling his people that if he not return then the holy mother most surely have greater plans for him and not to fear; Only carry on in his absence. After he took off and traveled into the galaxy far far away. Alcidus Kais landed on gammorr where he discovered other beings had unlocked the secret to the holy mother. He decided it was his obligation to find out what the case was.
He learned of the galaxy and its working, how “Humons” and the “Keepers” Were one and the same. That the gifts given by the mother were only the various species of the galaxy’s playthings to start wars for, Much like the schmutzig, No reason other then boredom. To educate, the aufgeklärte of the way the galaxy worked outside of how his people knew it as. Alcidus Kais gathered as many Holocrons and other recorded information on has man many races of this Republic as possible. Contained within one of these datapad’s was the most likely reason his people were missed. “Wild space” as it was know to them was highly uncharted and under explored which is why so few outsiders found the planet.
Once he returned Alcidus Kais distributed the knowledge he had collected and advised that it start being taught to all amongst his people. To acquire these weapons and technology in general one member of the aufgeklärte Zacynthus would have to embark on a journey to barter there own goods for what was needed. Once a month such a trip was made by the Zante to be met with success in most every occasion.
Slowly the next generations were taught about the off world species and were raised to combat them eventually to destroy their Republic. The Zante remained unseen for many more years during which time Alcidus Kais died leaving behind the beginning of crafting their own shipyards taking a style similar to that of Kuat shipyards. His successor Virgous Kais once again began the expansion of Shas'O city stretching its border into the center of the leviathan ocean. The city out there was built in an Alderaanian Oversea fashion and named after Kas’O Kais.
While building their forces the aufgeklärte Zacynthus looked away from the heretic purge turning the resources used in it toward training, harvesting, And hunting. It was due to this that the Zealot Durante was able to gather the remaining heretics scattered in the jungle and form a militia. He told the “traitors.” That they would find their place on this planet and the aufgeklärte Zacynthus had no grounds to reject them from such a right.
Durante was a genius when it came to combat. It was as if he could protect the future his plans were so thorough. He held a certain aspect in everything he did that told of a strange power that blessed him. Durante Vakorus led his tribe under nights cover through the treetops in the center of Shas'O city. One tribe consisting of less then thirty were able to assassinate Virgous and through doing so showed the tribes might which proved without a shadow of a doubt that they deserved a place within the aufgeklärte Zacynthus. Do this end the way Zante order that was formed by Shas'O Kais more then two hundred years earlier would be renovated to accommodate the schmutzig as they showed that they deservered such respect, And honoring strength is how the Zacynthus race is wired.
The aufgeklärte Zacynthus underwent several changes during the fallowing years all under the new co-leadership team of Durante Vakorus, And Medusia Kais, the final head of the dying aufgeklärte Zacynthus and first leader of the next system. First and most notable would be the charge to their naming process. Many of the Zante were taught both basic and their own language. However they were well aware of other species extreme lack of knowledge, how were they to know of a people barely seen and when members were they never spoke about background heritage or culture, only bought what was needed. So the aufgeklärte Zacynthus was changed to the Himmlische Ritter, or celestial knights in basic, in an effort to open an easier dialog with the outside galaxy. That branched off into three different divisions. The guardian corps, the pillar Dynamic, and the Cocytus. All for the shake of being more easily recognizable on an intergalactic scale.
After the reform Durante officially declared Virgous’ war plan abolished. Pointing out the now abundantly clear lies he spread for the effect of mass panic were passed down from Alcidus who was now confirmed to be a raging xenophobic. He even found proof of these falsehoods detailed in the Zante’s logs. There would be no galactic purge like the madman wanted and instead the Zante would follow in the footsteps of their great historical leader Shas'O Kais and try to negotiate peace with the mass government of the people in the core.
Most recently the shipyards have been full completed and now run one hundred percent operational output allowing the Zante to build their own ships utilizing the similar tech to that of the majority of the galaxy.
UNIQUE FEATURES
Valleys; After the various Quakes disproportioned the planet they’re certain regions separated by huge cliffs, Canyons, and other such things. Since the expansion of Shas'O city many bridges gap the distance between them allowing accesses too much of the planet on foot. The view from these various cliffs is something words cannot describe.
Shas'O city; like coruscant in that it is one giant continuous city but unlike it in that the city to built to incorporate the jungle, swamplands, valleys, mountains, And oceans of the world. It is not planet wide only taking up slightly more then thirty-five percent of the whole planet. Technically there are only two different cities on the planet both are connected via a skyroute set up early on just after Kas’O Kais city was constructed.
Carnivorous wildlife; not so much a pro as it is a con. Pretty much everything on Gerechte Welt primus can and will eat other living things that includes much of the plant life.
A wonderful theocratic belief; the majority of Zante believe in the Holy mother Gerechte Welt who formed their planet The moons each in reverence to one of her children, And the sun.. The religion can be taught and practiced by any as the Zante are willing to pass along its beliefs.
Crystal caves; undiscovered for many years the Zante located the only cave on the planet. It’s filled with purple, blue, teal and Gray colored crystals.
SPECIES
Zacynthus;
Riesenvogel, vog’ shortened; these large bird like creatures are five to six feet in height on average and weigh somewhere in or around two-hundred to three-hundred pounds. Generally white they are incredible hunters able to stalk there pray through the air for miles, once grounded however are far less effective in their hunting. Utilizing both their legs and wings to walk the hind legs of these creatures are too small to do anything more then pace quickly after its target. They possess large beaks, which reach more then a meter in front of them. Immensely powerful crushing force is countered by it weak ability to open the jaw meaning if sealed shut the creatures’ primary defense and hunting tool is taken away.
Behelligen, begen for short; Airborne insect creatures. Begens are like over sized mosquito they have four legs spread across there center body, A large sting-sucker and a pare of sharp talons. They range in size from two to four feet in height and are Invertebrates. They're very sensitive to blunt force and therefore hunt at night in packs. Begens’ wings are difficult to hear making them almost impossible to detect with sound, Effective for their nighttime hunting sprees.
Tollwütigen Hund; Commonly considered Hunds these four-legged beasts like the offspring of a dog and a raptor. Hunds have large powerful back legs used to jump from tree to tree they move at amazing speed and are the planets majority hunter numbering much higher then any other. Hunds Front legs are used to steady the beast when standing still and to rip limbs from pray to feed upon. They have no eyes and hunt on scent and feeling, possessive of the ability to feel vibrations in the air much like shark’s feel them in the water. They have a major lack of anything resembling a face their large jaw taking up most of that area with noise and eyes getting a spot above it. No ears to say as the head is slopped forward in something of an oval shape.
Geflügel; Best described as a cross between a bird and a insect these creatures very in size from one to two feet in length not counting the long fin they have. Able to fly short distances they cannot breathe and can only stay out of the water for around five minutes. They don’t digest food instead only requiring blood for substance. A powerful spiked snapper is in place of a month it is able to pulverize bone to created the blood gorge needed to survive after crushing it’s paralyzed victim the GeGe chop it to peaces forming a large pool of blood where their prey was decapitated. Thanks to the creatures’ ability to fly within its immediate area they are known to bring down both Vog and Beges.
Riesige Fledermaus; Called felders by the Zante these winged vertebrate are the majority in terms of flying hunters on Gerechte Welt. Though they are not seen as the best on the planet; that title belongs to the Brust. They can stand up straight and when doing so are around eight feet tall. A strange mix of Reptilian and mammal features makes Felders categorized as a Reptomammal. They stick to the Forest Mountains of the planet and primarily hunt other smaller flying predators in packs of four to five. They are semi sentient beast like Rancors and have strong heritage that is passed on from one generation to the next The packs they hunt in are thought to be tribes with leaders. Each Tribe is thought to have distinctive outer markings to indicate what tribe they belong to.
Vorahnung Brust; The fastest evolving species on the planet they originated from extremely wolf like creatures. As time passed the beast needed to scale the trees of the world to reach certain pray and move about the world quicker and to do so their feet evolved from paws to three toed razor shape talons to make do. After hundreds of years with only these talons other creatures began to evolve wings to compensate for the raising water levels. During this time the Brust started dying off from both starvation and the water, incredibly the next generations of Brust were bore with wings and learned to fly. From there they began to stand on two feet utilizing the arms for more then walking.
The creatures today are low in number however, A direct result of savage fighting between their own kin and the Zante. They have four legs each with a talon and as previously stated able to walk on two legs. Immense sensory capabilities prove to be the single part of the Brust that have never needed to evolve capable of hearing rain fall from miles away they can see in pitch blackness, for The same reason they are nocturnal, And are able to track a scent for a lifetime if picked up even once.
Kaakha bird; large raptor like creatures they are covered in feathers, Usually red ones. They are ground based hunter predators and operate in large groups of ten to twenty. Their name comes from the very distinctive cry they echo pretty much all the time.
TECHNOLOGY
At first Zante utilize the same tech as the vast majority of the galaxy’s people due to the simple fact they reverse engineered their tech. Overtime they developed methods to build and engineer their own ships, weapons, power armor, and more things not so relevant to combat.

Biology & Appearance:
The standard height of a Zante is between seven to nine feet. They have two fingers and two thumbs unlike human hands. Reminiscent of lizards Zante have rough skin, which is always a dark color. In general Zante are a lean muscular race but their form is rarely seen as most Zante remain in the cultural armor during almost all situations. There is very little difference between male and female Zante, Especially to outside races.
Zante possess two hearts used to circulate blood through their body’s quickly supplying the means to support the advanced healing factor, organs, and intense physically activity common amongst them. Hyper advanced metabolisms can be found to aid Zante in burning fat without effort this was developed in order to better strive in the deadly environment they live in.
Some Zante have tails, which date back before they had made any strife in technology. the tails were used to cling to trees and protect against predators that stalked prey from behind. The gene has since become recessive in the majority of the populist appearing very rarely. A surgery developed can easily deal with this if one so desired.
Rough lizard like skin is used as a first line of defense, tough enough to stave off attacks that would pierce a human body deeper then eight inches Zante are generally respected for their incredible combat ability, pared with the scientific mind they prove a potent combination. Zante skin is estimated one to three inches thick under it muscle and bone further protect any vital organs though a lightsaber can still make it clean through.

The Holy Mother and her children:
The Zante believe in the Holy Spirit of the mother- Heilige Geist der Mutter in their native language. How it was started and by who is not clear. Its assumed that one day the mother herself blessed one of the Zante with her knowledge and commanded him to share it. After he spread her word the tribes began to debate which one of her children were the greatest.
Amuss. Was Gerechte Welt’s sole daughter and the eldest of five. It was said she watched over the vast oceans and rivers. It’s believed she had control over massive leviathan that protected the deepest secrets of the water.
Browse. The holy mother’s youngest he was considered the Keeper of the swamplands and oversaw all through its rough passage. He was looked to as the savior in many instants having both the reach and courage to plunk his followers from danger.
Shy-Yo. Known as the bringer of death he is the equivalent of the grim reaper. Personally Shy-Yo escorts his sheep to the afterlife. Warriors were taken to ihr Hain along with their family. He cast heretics, infidels, and traitors into the icy pits of Bahamut. He is said to train elite assassins and steady their hands.
Air-Om. Was looked to by warriors as an inspiration and leader. He was thought to be closest with his older brother Shy-Yo the two having come to agreement hundreds of years ago that Shy-Yo would watch over his fallen soldiers if Air-Om continued to deliver more to take.
Kiln. Fourth oldest he steadied the winds and cooled the skies for those who would traverse them. He is believed to have helped the majority of the wildlife during there accretion to the flying era. Guardian to Leader Shas'O Kais Kiln was the reason the military commander began to build his people up, both sharing in a view of peace unless forced to act.
Tribes:
Even before the reform by Shas’O Kais Tribes existed. A Chef led usually numbering around fifteen to thirty each tribe. A tribe is then split into several Clans every clan having its own leader, they act like Lieutenants for the Chef turning in regular reports on smaller parts of the tribe as a whole. Tribes continued to operate after Shas’O Kais reformed the Zante into an organized body. Tribes and clans are a central aspect in the Zante naming ritual. Every Zante have a first name given at birth. They are considered a part of their Mother clan until they turn fifteen when they can chose to change clans, or tribes. Most commonly though entire bloodlines are forged are fall under the same clan name.
The naming process for aufgeklärte Zacynthus is as follows.
Rank-First name-Clan name-Tribe name.
Generally the most common aspect of a Zante’s name to change is the rank, which is determined through kill count or just service to the only all well-being of the Tribe. But clan names aren’t unheard of. Very rarely Zante leave or are expelled from their Tribe if that should occur they are called “verbannt” in reciprocation. It should also be noted that Zante ALWAYS use ones full name, first, Clan, Tribe, And rank every time no matter the circumstance, To not is seen as a insult on par with or even above swears of human beings. If time granted often lower ranking soldiers would drop to one knee while addressing their superior.
After Shas’O Kais death his clan was forever honored in that the new leader of the Zante would have the clan title bestowed at the end of their name, after tribe.
Values
Although much of the aufgeklärte Zacynthus society revolves around combat and battle, The ability to prove ones self during conflict. Overall they only utilize violence for a greater peace. Early on it was to decide the best of the Mother’s children but after they were purified major conflicts arose only to pave the way for a stronger pacifistic lifestyle.
When a unity is amongst the ranks of Zante the military is put on guard in essences only being used to protect. During such times Zante skilled in construction, science, medicine or other talents are in greater demand. As such Zante are a very versatile species able to exceed in many aspect and hold anything that can benefit the greater good of the Zante in high esteem.
Rituals:
Established during the age of building. Shas’O Kais began the rite of passage known as Wiedergeburt, Or Rebirth in basic. It had originated as a way to absolve the Zante of their past Wrongs but grew to become a ceremony all Zante went through by the time they were of a year and a half in age.
As they grew older Zante would face the Tor Weg, which would affect their placement in society. If they proved to have the instincts of a warrior Zante would be shuffled into the military branch. Those who showed greater skill in such things as construction or mapping would stay within the city and continue to expand upon it. If a Zante demonstrated his/her intelligence they would be place within the research division.
The Tor Weg commonly took place while a Zante was still very young, Two or three as it was thought ones attributes could be determined by that age and wanted them to focus on a particular set of skills. This would lead to many Zante skilled in a singular aspect, Combat, Building, Diplomacy, and skills of the sort trained to become a master in its arts never more then one however. This led to some Tribes focusing solely on a specific field, For example tribe Kreuzfahrer only accepts warriors. And the Bauherren who focus on construction of both nature and technology.
The naming ritual is what takes place next in a Zante’s lifespan as they are officially honored as a member of their birth clan or move on finding a place within a new clan and on some occasions a different tribe.
Many tribes have different rites of passage after this point, the first three, Wiedergeburt, Tor Weg, And the naming ritual, Are experiences all Zante go through. A few more common rites found within the Tribes are the Kraftprobe. A test of might in which a Zante is left deep within uncharted jungle territories. They are only to survive for three days amongst the beast and return to the city to pass.
There is the trial of the Brust where a Zante must travel from the city into the mountains alone. Once in the Jungle Mountains of the world the Zante is to find Vorahnung Brust eliminate it and take the head for a prize. If the Zante should slay more then just the Brust and are able to bring back the remains of the slain creatures they will be honored for each of them as well. On a few rare occasions if a Brust could not be found a certain number of other deadly creatures could be exchanged to accomplish the task.
Other non-combat related Passages were to find certain artifacts that were believed to be lost, Often this is more difficult to complete then hunting rituals and is considered a great service to the Zante as history is very important to them.
A common practice for Zante who focus on construction is to shape a statue or build a model of what could be an expansion of the city. Though never explicitly referred to as a rite of passage if the idea is sound and the model seen as something that can be done. Generally this constituted as enough to be accepted.
Overall each Tribe had unique rites of passage, which could very greatly from one to the next so that no two tribes were exactly the same. Another ritual that was common place for Zante Tribes were facial markings distinctive by both clan and tribe. Usually they looked no more complex then a simple line running down the side or forehead but a Zante could tell what each stood for. Zante without marking were thought untruth worthy within aufgeklärte Zacynthus society though this ideal has been disproved to a certain extent as Durante Vakorus, A schmutzig Zante, Had no markings.
When the leader of the aufgeklärte Zacynthus passed fifteen days were allowed for grieving amongst the Zante before a new one was selcted, unless the previous Kais had a successor in which case the days were still given before the next could take command. This allowed time was known as. “Tage ohne Führung”
After a new Kais was decided upon ether by way of lineage or the council of seven’s pick that person would receive the ceremonial armor to show their new position.
Armor
Commonly all Zante wear armor to donate rank. The tradition of receiving this armor was started during the age of building after the sins of the Zante were washed away. Development of prototype armor began immediately as they wanted to show their new path and thought that a outward change would be a start. Originally no more then steel the armor has evolved with its people to where energy shields have been integrated into its design.
Zante obtain their first suit of armor, Which is sometimes their only, during their training as they prove themselves are give the chance to personalize it, Some are equipped with stealth field generators, others increased shield regeneration. Social and military systems:
The original system established by Shas’O Kais for defense and continuation of the Zante would incorporate all the aufgeklärte Zacynthus uncontested under that single title, No official military was formed. Instead certain tribes were tasked with hunting to provide food and defense to ensure none of the many Carnivorous beasts living on the planet broke into the city, which at the time was more of a village. A new tribe would be given this assignment every two months as it conspired with a rotation. All were ranked on the same scale. The positions were as follows from lowest to highest.
Acolyte – The lowest any Zante can be. Those who hold this rank have acquired no kills and have done nothing to better the race survival as a whole.
Zector – Although ranked low in position Zectors have one of the most important duties in the entire aufgeklärte Zacynthus They are responsible for the maintenance up keep and preservation of the Codex and as such are treated with great respect and honor by all. Heritage is one of the most important aspects of Zante and Zector are its keeper.
Cantor – Most commonly deployed as a soldier, Cantors have just complete their rite of passage and as such are green under the collar. They excel to the second degree after scoring roughly twenty-five kills
Curate – A curate is an experienced warrior they have landed over one hundred fifty combat kills and formed the backbone of Zante defense. After achieving a second-degree clarification from a Deacon they look toward Exorcist.
Exorcist – Exorcist are given command of units consisting of four to six when they are in military service otherwise are set as task manager in scientific experimentation or architects in construction. Ultimately they are leading small parts of the overall project.
Vicar – A tactical planer. Vicars who don’t plan battles are deployed as advance scouts usually taking with a couple of Cantor to grant them field experience.
Sub-deacon – They pretty much are a deacon’s bitch. But if a Deacon should die in battle are granted his rank.
Deacon – Highly knowledgeable a Deacon can only be appointed directly by a priest or higher office. They oversee the actions of all those under them and are sent to battle when things look there worse. Deacon are clad in silver armor and allowed to wield energy whips. A Priest blesses all their armor.
Priest - A priest or priestess is a person having the authority or power to perform and administer blessings and advance rank. Priests are most commonly not trained in combat and instead focus on civil duties. A few priest have been warriors however it is not unheard of.
Archdeacon - A senior position above that of anything below high priest and below that of a bishop. An archdeacon is responsible for watching over and employing the other Deacons.
Archpriest - Archpriest is the title for a priest who has supervisory duties above standard priest. They watch the priest and allow blessings, Without an Archpriest say so blessings may not be administered. Their blessings are seen as stronger then regular priest.
High Priest - This title applies to the chief priest who is appointed to watch many different Tribes at anyone time. His actions are bias and he is strictly devoted to the well being of the aufgeklärte Zacynthus.
Bishop - A bishop is an ordained member of the clergy who is generally entrusted with a position of authority and oversight. Bishop are can be achieved by those trained in the art of war, construction, Diplomacy, Or any other specialty.
Archbishop – a more experienced Bishop.
Exarch – The next stage for warriors Exarchs have command over a whole regiment, a regiment consisting of a hundred Zante.
Lesser Primate – They take over after the death or retirement of a Primate. Other then they are basically a Zector.
Primate – The overseen of the Codex he watches Zector and his considered the pontiff’s left hand. There is only one Primate but a Lesser Primate is who will directly succeed him.
Apostle – The four star general of the aufgeklärte Zacynthus. The Apostle approves all battle plans, direct where Bishops and Deacons are send. Any troop orders most go through the Apostle. The only one allowed to overrule the apostle is the pontiff.
Cardinal – There are seven Cardinals’ at any single point each appointed to watch over different sections that the aufgeklärte Zacynthus may be spread throughout during such times. They form the council of seven and are basically the guardians of the Zante as they have the third highest command after Apostles.
Pontiff – The reigning head of command a Pontiff is the equivalent of the republic head of state, Or emperor.
For many years this system was utilized until Alcidus Kais, who was a xenophobic, Took command as the Pontiff and did officially sanctioned a military incorporating the positions most commonly associated with combat. He did this in an effect to slay the then Republic telling others they stole the Holy Mother’s gifts. However after the Durante Vakorus led a revolt against the aufgeklärte Zacynthus, who for many years hunt down schmutzig for their holy purge, and assassinated the ruling Kais, who was corrupted by the same ideals of Alcidus. Afterward the schmutzig were to be given a place within the aufgeklärte Zacynthus, has the act of killing Virgous was such a show of strength they earned a place within the city.
Instead of just including them in the already existent system Medusia Kais, Who was selected outside of the group of expected candidates to help improve the chance she was not tainted by Alcidus. Together Durante and Medusia formed a new system. The Himmlische Ritter -- celestial knights in Basic.
The Himmlische Ritter is separated into three divisions. The guardian corps, the pillar Dynamic, and the Cocytus, Each tasked with defense and moderation of a different section of combat or politics. The Guardian Corps is responsible primarily for the navy and ground infantry of Zante. The pillar Dynamic is tasked with intergalactic relationships and protection of Gerechte Welt. The Cocytus consists almost exclusively of schmutzig and act like the spec-ops of the Zante. Each division has its own ranking structure built from the ground up.
The Guardian Corps is compressed into a double-edged rank structure holding levels of both Navy and army under one banner. Ascension through the Guardian Corps is a simple matter of how much one contributes to the overall effectiveness and ones skill at ensuring the safety and security of the Zante people.
The pillar Dynamic consist of several sub-branches each assigned to different aspects of Zante culture such as History, In the form of the Codex the Zante databank holding records of every important event since the first purge under Shas'O Kais. The interstellar relations district is dedicated to foreign policy such as the mountainous of alliances forged, This is the most recently opened sub-section of the Dynamic. The Welt affairs office is in charge of home policy regarding many aspects of Zante’s day to day. Some of these include the right to begin a new clan, governing of Tribes, and even where and what the Guardian Corps go and do. The Lethe is the only department in command of Cocytus division and guides it in terms of mission structure. They also scout new members. There are others that watch over planet climate, Hunting, Farming, and smaller things.
The Cocytus is outside most restrictions when it comes to Zante policy only having to answer to the current head and the Lethe offices. Letter/Symbol then number rank members. Zante use a symbols, Runes, Glyphs, emblems, And various designs for its written language and as such many other specie don’t know where certain Cocytus agents stand, To clear confusion both Zante symbol and a human letter is marked on their armor followed by number ranging one through nine the lower number the higher the member is ranked.
A. Division operatives are the lowest on the spectrum they were given the call sign Acherons.
S. Level Cocytus are the highest ranked and are officially members, A. Divisions are on a test basis and not sanctioned. The call sign for S level operatives is Styx.
The only person Agents answer to on a consistent basis is the Phlegethon who receives task from other branches, usually from the Pillar Dynamic, that need completion and hand them out according to skill.
Force Sensitive:
EXSTREMELY rare. Its been estimated that one in every seven million is able to use the force and even then its even less likely they receive training in the force. Primary Terrain: Dense Forest/Jungles, Swamplands, and Mountains.
Surface Water: 75% in large bodies of water. Over 85% counting swamps and small pools of water.
HISTORY
Originally a frozen planet consisting of huge ice caps the world slowly began melting away due to its sun. After a long long very long time so much of these caps were melted away that they formed oceans and small islands were scattered about the planet. Well that’s where evolution jumps in. Slowly creatures begin to evolve and live on their little islands but unfortunately for them a large meteor storm pulverized the planets surface. These Asteroids gave the planet much more ground then it had originally which created more habitable space on the planet.
Fast-forward a few million years and the planet is at a high point in its existence. Teaming with wildlife the subglacial volcanos on the currently unknown unnamed world go active. This causes the glaciers they are located beneath to melt and slowly the water level of the planet begins to rise. Well that caused many of the species to adapt to the changing climate many becoming ether flying creatures or water dwellers. Also thanks to the increase in water the plants begin to thrive in terms of planet life soaking up as much of nutrients as needed. This creates am enormous boost in local plantation bolstering trees height to unimagined highs.
Once again the Unfortunate nature of the planet shines though as several planet wide quakes shake and alter the terrain plummeting whole regions hundreds of feet below others. This caused several cliffs to form across the planet and has become one of its most unique geographic features. Soon after the quakes ended the Zacynthus appeared weather or not it was a result of the quakes is unknown, but seen as unlikely. They seem to have evolved from Tollwütigen Hunds if there appearance is to be interrupted as a point of origin. They are the only fully sentient species on the planet and quickly become the dominant race. Though smarter then the other species on the planet Zante are very animalistic and consistently waging war on rival tribes. Tribes were granted an overlapping name that applied to each member of the tribe. The tribes were then divided into individual clans each clan member sharing a common surname.
The first century of the Zante people was known as the Age of heresy. No records were kept and war was all they strife toward. Different Tribes fighting under the gauze that only one of the holy mother’s children could lead. A result of the continual fighting amongst the Tribes, Brother slaughtering brother, Cutting down Jung and women, burning parts of the forest and desecrating the bodies of those fallen. All who lived in this era were seen as infidels and “Unclean.”
One day at the low point in the fighting a freighter crashed on the now named world of Gerechte Welt, named after the mother spirit who gave birth to all life on her world and created her children showing them consistently in the sky as reflections of the moons that orbit the planet. The ship’s pilot had died in the crash. A smuggler he was transporting a large shipment of weapons, Armor, Drugs, And other goodies. Salvaging these “Gifts from the holy mother!” One of the tribes rose above the rest proclaiming itself the dominant force and that any peons who oppose this new rule would be put down. Shas'O Kais, The leader of the Tribe, which discovered the crashed ship. Choose to spare the other tribes seeing that no future could be forge for the race in this continual fighting. He would usurer in the new age. But first he needed to heal his disgraced people.
First himself then one at a time Shas'O Kais Washed away the sins of his brethren new and old in the small pond that the ship crushed in, the water now seen as blessed. After they were dissolved of their disgusting actions in the Age of heresy Shas'O Kais knew that the next task would be to build upon their new blessings from the Holy mother. Continuing from the original site of his tribe Shas'O Kais had the newly renamed “aufgeklärte Zacynthus” Begin building at the hollowed ground.
For the first time since they became active on the planet the Zante were in an age of peace under their new leader Shas'O Kais. He established the systematic order used for many years by the Zante people. As a consistent reminder of his great work and holy resolution Kais become a part of the title given to whoever is appointed pontiff, The leader of the Zante.
In the age of building, as it is referred to in the codex, Shas'O Kais began to expand the village they lived in to incorporate the forest, And then the swamp land, then move up through the mountains. The Zante did have do contest with the many other hunters on the planet. Surviving in the harsh environment they lived in was seen as a ever lasting test and commitment the holy mother needed to watch over them.
After many years of planning the city and watching over it Shas'O Kais died of old age his mission going on to his son Kas’O Kais. The city was named after Shas’O Kais to honor his dedication to forming the link to the mother. As they were committed to both nature and technology the Zante believed that if they were able to become closer to each individually and together their connection or Erleuchtung would further as well.
Under Kas’O Kais the Age of discovery began. He had chosen to progress the Zacynthus race not by extending their city or building upon his father’s work but instead through enhancing what it was they knew of the mother’s gifts. Having already discovered many basic technologies Kas’O Kais had his top scientist begin reverse engineering the weapons that brought about this peace. His goal in doing so was the expansion of their understanding which would propel the Zante into the next level of Erleuchtung.
The ship was too rusted and aged to utilize but the weapons though aged still functioned but with minimal ammunition they were not going to be of use much longer. The research team started dissembling the older models or broken weapons first and foremost and has they learned the inner workings of the mother spirit’s gifts moved up to the better functioning presents until they had unlocked her gifts knowledge.
With the discovery of what they were made of and how to construct and deconstruct them Kas’O Kais had recovery teams find and bring to the city materials to build new weapons. What they thought was the secret knowledge given only to the aufgeklärte of great level and skill was actually weapons and armor of your standard verity.
Soon as they continued to stretch even further through the planet another group of zante had been discovered. Untamed, still barbaric and animalistic they had no reason to fight each other; they did not even proclaim the conflict was in the name of one of the mother’s children. Just death and conflict of the sake of it. Shown at first as an example of what happens to those who disbelieve in the holy mother’s will the Aufgeklärte Zacynthus needed to dissolve the mothers world of such infidels. Attacking in force with greater numbers weapons equipment and tactics the holy Zante cast down the heretics quickly and shamelessly.
What the aufgeklärte Zacynthus soon discovered shook the resolve of the holy warriors and in their purge. The current leader, Eisen Stahl Klinge wird Kais, had to deal with what looked to be several Tribes of heretics. Eisen Kais took the challenge. The holy mother was obvious testing the worth and spirit of the raining pontiff. Taking such a test to heart the pontiff saw that the only way to deal with infidels would be to cast them all down, no reform for the fallen.
This began the Tribal wars. Eisen Kais upholding the mother’s, Gerechte Welt, Will and leading her divine Tribe into this war. Surprising to the aufgeklärte Zacynthus leader the tribes they had designated, as the “schmutzig” were able to hold up against fire squads for a much longer time then estimated. Actually killing a few of the aufgeklärte Kreuzfahrer. But even with their valiant stands eventually the heretics fell. Few survived the final massacre; some were captured and executed in public. While others escaped deeper into the mother jungle.
After many years of expanding and building on the belief first brought to light by Shas'O Kais, And extending the need for knowledge initially set fourth in the sights of Zante by his son. The Aufgeklärte Zacynthus continued with the purge of any nonbelievers, though few and far between after the great purge.
While composing the teaching in writing and still in the practice of hunting their primal brethren another era rose; The Age of expansion. The holy mother wanted her children to extent their reach into the stars and to allow such growth sent fourth another vessel. Immediately upon the ships crash Kais Zante recovered the wreckage cleaning it of the “Keeper” who aided the mother in delivering the vessel. The Zante reverse engineered the hyperdrive and propulsion systems of the ship and began to create their own. To do this however first a team of Zante were required to take the fixed keeper’s ship to acquire the proper parts.
Alcidus Kais the ruling Pontiff at the time would be next to venture in space with one of the crafted ships referred to by the Zacynthusians as Raumschiffs. He took off telling his people that if he not return then the holy mother most surely have greater plans for him and not to fear; Only carry on in his absence. After he took off and traveled into the galaxy far far away. Alcidus Kais landed on gammorr where he discovered other beings had unlocked the secret to the holy mother. He decided it was his obligation to find out what the case was.
He learned of the galaxy and its working, how “Humons” and the “Keepers” Were one and the same. That the gifts given by the mother were only the various species of the galaxy’s playthings to start wars for, Much like the schmutzig, No reason other then boredom. To educate, the aufgeklärte of the way the galaxy worked outside of how his people knew it as. Alcidus Kais gathered as many Holocrons and other recorded information on has man many races of this Republic as possible. Contained within one of these datapad’s was the most likely reason his people were missed. “Wild space” as it was know to them was highly uncharted and under explored which is why so few outsiders found the planet.
Once he returned Alcidus Kais distributed the knowledge he had collected and advised that it start being taught to all amongst his people. He told the council of elders of how they stole the holy mother’s gifts and used them on even larger scales then the schmutzig had. And to prepare for the obvious evasion they would unfortunately have to fall to a lower level of Erleuchtung with the holy mother, they would need to amass the resources that the infidel “Humons” “Mon Callamari” and others such as “Durus” all of which were corrupted peoples. To acquire these weapons and technology in general one member of the aufgeklärte Zacynthus would have to embark on a journey to barter there own goods for what was needed. Once a month such a trip was made by the Zante to be met with success in most every occasion.
Slowly the next generations were taught about the off world species and were raised to combat them eventually to destroy their Republic. The Zante remained unseen for many more years during which time Alcidus Kais died leaving behind the beginning of crafting their own shipyards taking a style similar to that of Kuat shipyards. His successor Virgous Kais once again began the expansion of Shas'O city stretching its border into the center of the leviathan ocean. The city out there was built in an Alderaanian Oversea fashion and named after Kas’O Kais.
While building their forces the aufgeklärte Zacynthus looked away from the heretic purge turning the resources used in it toward training, harvesting, And hunting. It was due to this that the Zealot Durante was able to gather the remaining heretics scattered in the jungle and form a militia. He told the “traitors.” That they would find their place on this planet and the aufgeklärte Zacynthus had no grounds to reject them from such a right.
Durante was a genius when it came to combat. It was as if he could protect the future his plans were so thorough. He held a certain aspect in everything he did that told of a strange power that blessed him. Durante Vakorus led his tribe under nights cover through the treetops in the center of Shas'O city. One tribe consisting of less then thirty were able to assassinate Virgous and through doing so showed the tribes might which proved without a shadow of a doubt that they deserved a place within the aufgeklärte Zacynthus. Do this end the way Zante order that was formed by Shas'O Kais more then two hundred years earlier would be renovated to accommodate the schmutzig as they showed that they deservered such respect, And honoring strength is how the Zacynthus race is wired.
The aufgeklärte Zacynthus underwent several changes during the fallowing years all under the new co-leadership team of Durante Vakorus, And Medusia Kais, the final head of the dying aufgeklärte Zacynthus and first leader of the next system. First and most notable would be the charge to their naming process. Many of the Zante were taught both basic and their own language. However they were well aware of other species extreme lack of knowledge, how were they to know of a people barely seen and when members were they never spoke about background heritage or culture, only bought what was needed. So the aufgeklärte Zacynthus was changed to the Himmlische Ritter, or celestial knights in basic, in an effort to open an easier dialog with the outside galaxy. That branched off into three different divisions. The guardian corps, the pillar Dynamic, and the Cocytus. All for the shake of being more easily recognizable on an intergalactic scale.
After the reform Durante officially declared Virgous’ war plan abolished. Pointing out the now abundantly clear lies he spread for the effect of mass panic were passed down from Alcidus who was now confirmed to be a raging xenophobic. He even found proof of these falsehoods detailed in the Zante’s logs. There would be no galactic purge like the madman wanted and instead the Zante would follow in the footsteps of their great historical leader Shas'O Kais and try to negotiate peace with the mass government of the people in the core.
Most recently the shipyards have been full completed and now run one hundred percent operational output allowing the Zante to build their own ships utilizing the similar tech to that of the majority of the galaxy.
UNIQUE FEATURES
Valleys; After the various Quakes disproportioned the planet they’re certain regions separated by huge cliffs, Canyons, and other such things. Since the expansion of Shas'O city many bridges gap the distance between them allowing accesses too much of the planet on foot. The view from these various cliffs is something words cannot describe.
Shas'O city; like coruscant in that it is one giant continuous city but unlike it in that the city to built to incorporate the jungle, swamplands, valleys, mountains, And oceans of the world. It is not planet wide only taking up slightly more then thirty-five percent of the whole planet. Technically there are only two different cities on the planet both are connected via a skyroute set up early on just after Kas’O Kais city was constructed.
Carnivorous wildlife; not so much a pro as it is a con. Pretty much everything on Gerechte Welt primus can and will eat other living things that includes much of the plant life.
A wonderful theocratic belief; the majority of Zante believe in the Holy mother Gerechte Welt who formed their planet The moons each in reverence to one of her children, And the sun.. The religion can be taught and practiced by any as the Zante are willing to pass along its beliefs.
Crystal caves; undiscovered for many years the Zante located the only cave on the planet. It’s filled with purple, blue, teal and Gray colored crystals.
SPECIES
Zacynthus;
Riesenvogel, vog’ shortened; these large bird like creatures are five to six feet in height on average and weigh somewhere in or around two-hundred to three-hundred pounds. Generally white they are incredible hunters able to stalk there pray through the air for miles, once grounded however are far less effective in their hunting. Utilizing both their legs and wings to walk the hind legs of these creatures are too small to do anything more then pace quickly after its target. They possess large beaks, which reach more then a meter in front of them. Immensely powerful crushing force is countered by it weak ability to open the jaw meaning if sealed shut the creatures’ primary defense and hunting tool is taken away.
Behelligen, begen for short; Airborne insect creatures. Begens are like over sized mosquito they have four legs spread across there center body, A large sting-sucker and a pare of sharp talons. They range in size from two to four feet in height and are Invertebrates. They're very sensitive to blunt force and therefore hunt at night in packs. Begens’ wings are difficult to hear making them almost impossible to detect with sound, Effective for their nighttime hunting sprees.
Tollwütigen Hund; Commonly considered Hunds these four-legged beasts like the offspring of a dog and a raptor. Hunds have large powerful back legs used to jump from tree to tree they move at amazing speed and are the planets majority hunter numbering much higher then any other. Hunds Front legs are used to steady the beast when standing still and to rip limbs from pray to feed upon. They have no eyes and hunt on scent and feeling, possessive of the ability to feel vibrations in the air much like shark’s feel them in the water. They have a major lack of anything resembling a face their large jaw taking up most of that area with noise and eyes getting a spot above it. No ears to say as the head is slopped forward in something of an oval shape.
Geflügel; Best described as a cross between a bird and a insect these creatures very in size from one to two feet in length not counting the long fin they have. Able to fly short distances they cannot breathe and can only stay out of the water for around five minutes. They don’t digest food instead only requiring blood for substance. A powerful spiked snapper is in place of a month it is able to pulverize bone to created the blood gorge needed to survive after crushing it’s paralyzed victim the GeGe chop it to peaces forming a large pool of blood where their prey was decapitated. Thanks to the creatures’ ability to fly within its immediate area they are known to bring down both Vog and Beges.
Riesige Fledermaus; Called felders by the Zante these winged vertebrate are the majority in terms of flying hunters on Gerechte Welt. Though they are not seen as the best on the planet; that title belongs to the Brust. They can stand up straight and when doing so are around eight feet tall. A strange mix of Reptilian and mammal features makes Felders categorized as a Reptomammal. They stick to the Forest Mountains of the planet and primarily hunt other smaller flying predators in packs of four to five. They are semi sentient beast like Rancors and have strong heritage that is passed on from one generation to the next The packs they hunt in are thought to be tribes with leaders. Each Tribe is thought to have distinctive outer markings to indicate what tribe they belong to.
Vorahnung Brust; The fastest evolving species on the planet they originated from extremely wolf like creatures. As time passed the beast needed to scale the trees of the world to reach certain pray and move about the world quicker and to do so their feet evolved from paws to three toed razor shape talons to make do. After hundreds of years with only these talons other creatures began to evolve wings to compensate for the raising water levels. During this time the Brust started dying off from both starvation and the water, incredibly the next generations of Brust were bore with wings and learned to fly. From there they began to stand on two feet utilizing the arms for more then walking.
The creatures today are low in number however, A direct result of savage fighting between their own kin and the Zante. They have four legs each with a talon and as previously stated able to walk on two legs. Immense sensory capabilities prove to be the single part of the Brust that have never needed to evolve capable of hearing rain fall from miles away they can see in pitch blackness, for The same reason they are nocturnal, And are able to track a scent for a lifetime if picked up even once.
Kaakha bird; large raptor like creatures they are covered in feathers, Usually red ones. They are ground based hunter predators and operate in large groups of ten to twenty. Their name comes from the very distinctive cry they echo pretty much all the time.
TECHNOLOGY
At first Zante utilize the same tech as the vast majority of the galaxy’s people due to the simple fact they reverse engineered their tech. Overtime they developed methods to build and engineer their own ships, weapons, power armor, and more things not so relevant to combat.
