Name: Bermfad Ordo
Species: Human(Mandalorian OORAH!)
Age: 33
Sex: Male
Height/Weight: 5'11 / 255 With armor
Appearance: While Bermfad is mostly seen in his Mandalorian armor(he even sleeps in it most of the time) underneath he is a bit of a muscular build. Not over bulky but you can tell there's definitely strength to his figure. His hair is usually cut to less then 2" and his brown hair is almost never combed so it's frayed wildly. A common joke about this is 'helmet hair.' He's got dark green eyes, and often an afternoon shade.
His Armor has gone through three changes. At first he wore the Neo Crusader armor that was blue. Wearing it for a good amount of time while he didn't have much honor but as he worked his way up, he decided to get new armor, that was black and lined with red streaks outlining pretty much every part of the armor. His last change was once he became Mandalore, he took up an armor very similar to his grandfather Canderous Ordo. Instead of Silver however he painted the armor White, and added Red paint to it as well. Along the face a Red skull is painted over the Mask of Mandalore. On his chest are the words "Cin Vhetin" or White Snow, written in a way that it looks like the Mando'a letters are bleeding.
His Armor has many duel meanings that are in conflict with each other. Bermfad wanted to reflect this inner struggle between his duty and his family through the armor he wore. It would also announce him as the new Mandalore for many had not been informed that Canderous Ordo, Mandalore the Perserver had died.
Personality: Bermfad used to be a bit on the cocky side, and for the most part he still is, but it has been toned down quite a bit since the death of his grandfather. He usually cracks jokes or at least attempts to all throughout conversations he has with other people.
He is usually laid back however when a serious situation comes about he'll throw away his usual joking manner. Sometimes he can be stubborn, as stubborn as his grandfather before him. When he's in battle he cares about fighting most opponents on equal footing, if he disarms an opponent he would throw his opponent a blade to continue the fighting. Honor has a lot to do with his decisions, and if he feels something is not right even if it is Mandalorian he will not do it. Even if it cost him everything.

Bio:
Foundations:
All Mandalorian Children are brought up to be Mandalorians. They are taught the Six Actions which define Mandalorian and most learn to speak Mando'a before they ever learn to speak basic. This was no exception for Bermfad. Since the age of Six he's been competing against his fellow Mandalorians upon Dxun. His situation was somewhat different however. His mother while Mandalorian did not follow the Mandalorian way, and she didn't have time to look after a child in her line of work so she left him with her father, who had become Mandalore.
Bermfad's Mother was a Bounty hunter skilled at tracking her targets across the galaxy. She hardly cared about the Mandalorians, and had fallen out with her father Canderous Ordo. Bermfad would never learn what had distanced the two before his mother and Grandfather died.
His childhood was not filled with luxury just because he was the descendant of the current Mandalore. In fact it was rather the opposite. It was even harder because of who he was. Throughout his training everyone would try to best him, to prove to themselves that they were great. Bermfad would do his best to put down each and every challenge he could, and thus over time it only improved his skills.
At the age of ten is when real combat began, fighting with Vibroblades, two handed weapons, training blasters set to stun. He was really good at the Mandalorian game called Akaan, which meant "War" in basic. It was a game Mandalorian children would play almost daily, and Bermfad developed a competition of who had the most kills. At first he didn't have the most but he began to accumulate more and more and soon he was raking them up faster then any of the other kids. The Rules of the game were simple, it wasn't uncommon for actual Melee to take place. Kids would get hurt from time to time but nobody was ever killed.
After this phase of learning, the Mandalorian teachers turned Akaan into a squad based game, where you compete against many different squads and tried to be the last one standing. This added a whole new level to the game. At first, it seemed simple to Bermfad, it didn't matter what his teammates would do he would win for them even if they didn't. The teacher's goals however was to teach teamwork and give the children the mindset of a squad. They would average the teams 'scores' and display them. Bermfad after the first few games of being the last one standing but his team being fully incapacitated began to realize he would have to help them improve or protect them throughout the game. This would make him more vulnerable if he had to constantly protect them. Even as young as he was he surmised that the only way to help himself, not get shot protecting others was to improve the others skills so that they wouldn't have to be protected.
He began to hold training sessions for his squad members, and would try and teach them how he thought, what he would do in certain situations, what seemed to work in other situations. It wasn't long before he began seeing results. His personal score was plummeting fast however his team was moving up through the ranks, and he began to understand why the teachers had done this. The Six actions were important, and they stated that one must protect their family. In most Mandalorian's eyes they were all family in one form or another.
Soon the real training began and they began to use live weapons, taken out into the forest of Dxun for long range scouting missions. They were taught how to take apart and put together their weapons, use a multitude of different gear from grappling belt, to grenades, to speeders, swoop bikes, starfighters, jetpacks, and most importantly to Bermfad Basilisk War Droids.
It was during these years many younger Mandalorians would move from childish war games to the Dueling ring where real honor was to be gained. Bermfad was confident in his skills when he entered the ring however his boldness is what got him into trouble, he openly challenged the current champion to a one on one match. First off he broke the first rule of only being able to challenge the person on rank above him, which at the moment would be the lowest person on the scale. Second he wasn't ready for who he was about to face.
Merrick, to the surprise of everyone who competed in the dueling ring excepted. He figured it would blunt anyone else from trying to challenge him directly and get a point across. They decided to use nothing but hand to hand combat and meet the next morning. The duel drew quite a crowd. Even Mandalore turned a curious eye on the duel wondering how it would turn out. By all accounts Bermfad was very skilled for the lack of experience he had, and some boasted he could beat some of the fully trained mandalorians.
The battle went on for a full fifteen minutes, starting off with kicks and punches being thrown as they switched and maneuvered to counter the other person's style. Bermfad was amazed that when his blows landed it felt like he had just hit an immovable rock. Soon the contest turned into a grappling contest of which Bermfad got the upper hand and Merrick started to say what Bermfad thought was "I surrender" and with the I part he loosened his grip just enough for Merrick to slip out of the hold, and with a mighty exclamation he bested Bermfad into a counter hold. Bermfad tried to slip out or endure the pain for five minutes before surrendering, for Merrick's force was getting to the point where it would almost damage Bermfad's body.
Everyone was silent as the match concluded and left Bermfad to do some thinking. He had lost a bit of his pride that match but he began to laugh as he fell backwards onto the middle of the dueling ring. It was fun finally having someone who could truly challenge him, and a voice spoke out from the side of the arena. Bermfad just then had noticed that Merrick hadn't left and was drying off the sweat from his face and his Grandfather, Mandalore was standing next to him.
"If I didn't know any better I'd have said that you were using Stims and where more experienced then what I had been told."
"Merrick I want you to teach Bermfad as much as you can, I know your previous students haven't been able to amount to much but I think Bermfad here will be different."
"Oh, he's different alright. A pain in the ass just to pin down, but I still have a few tricks."
So started the next part of training for Bermfad, by day he trained with Merrick, and by night he worked on his Basilisk War Droid. He was even sent off with Merrick a few times into combat against Pirates of which he handled himself quite nicely. A shadow of the past however would cast a bit of doubt into the mix.
Mother:
Merrick and Bermfad were sent on a mission to Nar Shadda, by now he had grown into a fine young mandalorian of the age of 19. The mission was to find some Mandalorians rumored to have been making a base of operations here. They asked around, intimidated a few thugs for information and finally found what sector the Mandalorians were located in. It seemed they were making money off bounty hunting, and other Merc jobs. It was very likely that they did not know a new Mandalore had taken up the title.
As they arrived at the building they found signs of battle, and it seemed that someone had cut through the metal door with something really hot. Observing the scene it seemed blaster bolts had been fired everywhere and there were no signs of bodies which seemed to point that they where taken alive.
"What do you think happened here... one of their prisoners escape?"
"No Bermfad, I think someone here doesn't like Mandalorians...."
Their search continued until they began to find rumors that someone was hunting Mandalorians, a well known bounty hunter nick named Whip. Following this lead Merrick decided it was time to draw attention to themselves being Mandalorian, and draw this... 'Whip' into a trap. Spreading rumors around themselves that they were the best Mandalorians from here to the core worlds they began their work.
It wasn't long before their call was answered, for as Bermfad and Merrick were walking through some empty streets a figure stood before them with an odd looking mask shaped forward as if the person beneath the mask was a bird. They spoke in a language Bermfad couldn't quite understand but apparently Merrick did and responded. He waited watching the body language of both Merrick and this figure. The figure reached for something on her belt and Bermfad drew his blasters but he wasn't fast enough.
A whip glowing in light like a lightsaber activated and deflected the bolts easily as if it were an after thought. Merrick charged forward with a vibroblade and Bermfad kept of his fire, only to have the two guns in his hand's sliced in half. Merrick had almost reached the figure before the whip snapped back wrapping around his legs and pulling him from his feet. Bermfad was on top of things however already moved the distance with a vibrosword drawn and slashed at the figure who dodged and weaved out of his attacks. Merrick on the ground gave a swift sweep kick to knock the figure off onto her back however she nimbly rolled back onto her feet, and decided that she was outmatch currently and jumped from the ledge. As Bermfad got to the ledge he looked for where the mysterious figure had gone but found no signs of where they had disappeared off to.
"Who the hell was that?"
"... Your mother.... Maya."
Merrick and Bermfad had an interesting talk that night and he shared the information with Bermfad that he knew which truthfully wasn't much, save that she had given his name to represent "Child of a Bounty Hunter". Her father and her had a falling out, some say he pushed her to hard. Bermfad while curious and shocked found he really didn't care too much about this. It was his past, and his mother had never been there anyways, neither had his father but from what Canderous had told him, he was dead. He wondered if that's why Canderous and his Mother Maya, had a falling out.
Their mission remained the same however, they began to ask around the bounty hunter rings for information. It appears she hadn't targeted the Mandalorians strictly because of her past but rather because their was a bounty on them. A rather nasty Hutt had taken up a Vendetta with the Mandalorians and Merrick smirked to Bermfad. Without even saying a word he knew Merrick's plan.
Within two days they had gathered weapons and supplies to raid the Hutt's palace. Just two men, most would have considered it suicide. Needless they didn't use the front door, instead they used the ventilation shafts. They planted bombs throughout the vents to cripple the structure, if they happened to die in this raid they were going to make sure the Hutt paid for it. They finally came out into an empty room and began their surprise attack close to the mini throne room the Hutt had established. The Mandalorians walked straight out of the storage door blasting three men before they could understand what was happening and by the time the whole building began to become alert Merrick and Bermfad had already blasted their way to the Hutt. They jammed the door shut to slow down the mercenaries hired to protect him. Another surprise waited for them however. Maya stood next to the Hutt, the hilt of her lightwhip already in her hand and the other hovering near another weapon on her belt.
"Well well, two Mandalorians show up on my door step seems I'm fortunate now that they are just throwing themselves at me."
"I don't know if you've looked in a mirror lately, but I don't even think the female slugs would throw themselves your way..."
"Bermfad, try not to piss the crime lord right off the bat..."
The Hutt ordered Maya to take them which she obeyed gladly knowing that she was going to get paid well. Merrick however tried to pull a trump card from his sleeve repeating Bermfad's name, except in Mandalorian.
"Ber'ad, sounds familiar doesn't it Maya... He's your son."
She stopped and hesitated for a brief moment but while Merrick was distracted the hutt nailed Merrick with a Thumper weapon, which sent him flying back from the explosion hitting his Beskar armor. Bermfad was quick to act in retaliation shooting the Hutt multiple times but a whip deflected them again before changing direction towards him. Bermfad was ready this time however and dived into a roll adjusting his aim towards Maya.
"I guess it's true that you didn't give a Bantha's ass about me then mum?"
"Just like him.... sarcastic as he was."
Bermfad didn't know who she was talking about but later he would reflect on the moment and realize she was talking about Canderous. His mind however was focused on the moment. That deadly weapon the whip switched to defensive as he unleashed an onslaught of attacks towards Maya forcing her to keep defensive however his clips were running low very quickly and he realized he'd have to try something else. A few hits from that weapon if it was anything like a lightsaber would cut through with brutal efficiently. Changing tactic's he tossed both of his guns straight towards the hutt as he reared around to thump Bermfad. While he managed to get the shot off Bermfad was already diving away slamming against the ground. His armor ground to a stop and as he looked up his mother was above him whipping the whip down upon him. He rolled out of the way quickly regaining his feet but it was a simple flick to change it's direction. Maya managed to wrap the lightwhip around Bermfad however under his helmet he only smirked and did something neither the Hutt nor Maya expected. He ran straight forward into Maya slamming his helmet into Maya's which sent her reeling. Bermfad took this chance to dispatch the Hutt.
"Hey slim ball! Ke nu jurkad sha Mando'ade, burc'ya!(Don't mess with Mando's mate!)"
Bermfad unclipped a grenade from his belt and flipped it at the Hutt, who tried to grab a hold of it and throw it back. The Thermal Detonator went off however sooner then expected, for Bermfad never carried grenades with long fuses. They were always less then 3 seconds. The Hutt was fully vaporized, and he was glad of it. The scum wanted to kill mandalorians, and he got his just deserts.
The battle wasn't over however as he turned, Maya's helmet had fallen off and her face was bleeding down the side of it. If anything this was the first time he had seen his mother's face, he hesitated for a moment. There was a look of pure hate on an otherwise beautiful face. The whip wrapped around his legs hissing at it began to burn through his armor. He hit the floor hard as she pulled his legs out from under him and began to drag him towards her where a Sonic blaster was waiting. Bermfad having lost his own blasters was forced to try and find something to grab however it wasn't working and she put a foot on his chest and pointed the blaster to his head.
"Goodbye son."
"Nice knowing you."
Bermfad before arrived had thrown his hands up in front of his face as if he was trying to protect his head however he was really releasing his helmet which he threw straight at her knocking her shot out to the side. He didn't waste a moment taking her arm throwing her over him. She had lost the whip and he untangled it for it was almost through the last layer of his armor. As he looked at her she was pointing her blaster at him preparing to take another shot.
Having no idea but the feeling that his mother's weapon felt right in his hands, he threw it forward hopping to catch her weapon. With a shriek his mother dropped the weapon as it was cut in half and almost robbed her of her hand.
"I can see Canderous taught you his version of honor as well, using the enemies weapon to kill themselves. Come on, are you a real mandalorian?"
Maya was playing off Bermfad's sense of honor, and she drew a dagger from her boot taking a stance with the blade inverse along her ulnar bone. Bermfad tossed the Lightwhip aside and drew a Vibrosword from his back.
"I can defeat you with any weapon you choose...mother."
Maya came forward and their fight began, most blows landed on the body was only blunt trauma and they weren't getting anywhere but wearing each other down. Maya's blade however was covered in a special substance called Blue Harvest. A single scratch and Bermfad would be dead upon the floor. As such Maya was aiming to scrap Bermfad's face and when an opening presented itself she went for it however a foot planted itself into Maya's chest. Even through her armor the breath escaped her lungs as Bermfad's blade circled around blasting her dagger from her hand.
"Your defeated, and I should kill you for what you've done against your people."
"You would kill an unarmed warrior?"
Bermfad held his blade at her neck still for a few seconds before he walked back a few feet and threw her a spare vibroblade from him and then smirked.
"As many times as you want to be defeated, I'll beat you down every time!"
Their battle played out more, for a good many minutes of trading guards, counters, and flourishes. Maya surprised Bermfad however when they locked blades another time with a mechanical spray blasting into Bermfad's eyes which would blind him. Maya now had the advantage and prepared to finish him off as Bermfad struggled through the blinding pain.
"Aruetycate Chakaar(Traitorous Bitch)"
Came Bermfad's words as he knew they may be his last however, he was surprised when the sound of blaster fire came from somewhere in the room and he heard it hit Maya. Merrick had regained consciousness finally and shot Maya from behind killing her before she had the chance to finish off Bermfad.
"You are one lucky kid...."
"Tell me something I don't know... ugh, I need water and lots of it. This stuff burns."
"Hahaha, come on lets blow this place and go home. I'll hold little Ber'ad's hand and show him the way."
"Cut it out, I'm serious."
"Haha."
Bermfad would end up keeping his mother's Lightwhip, and even found he had a natural affinity for using it. They reported the Mission to Mandalore and what had happened. It was the first time he had seen his grandfather somewhat emotional, and he hoped it was the last....
Onderon Incident, Mr Dark and the Drakains:
Bermfad had continued his training and conditioning, as all Mandalorians do, and while he was 21 Onderon was having trouble with this group that kept demanding ransoms for goods being stolen on a regular basis by an fleet. Bermfad was selected along with a few others to drop from orbit into another planet within the Onderon system where this group was making their camp. It was called Darkhand. The group wasn't too well known but they apparently went through many places in the galaxy looking for profit.
Needless to say him and twelve others were refreshed on their orbital drop procedures for their Basilisk War Droids. They were going to ride them all the way down and attack the Darkhand troops upon the planet. The rest of the fleet would be right behind them within thirty minutes or so they said. In truth they would get held up in another engagement somewhere else in the system, leaving Bermfad and his comrades stranded in enemy lines.
The frost broke from the ship as they rained down through the sky. Glowing red as they dropped through orbit. Fire from down below began to shoot up into the air towards them. Bermfad and company dodged and weaved as they fell, and his Basilisk War Droid saved Bermfad's life numerous times during its free fall. Bermfad had never given the droid a memory wipe and thus it had begun to form a personality of its own. This was one of the times he was glad he hadn't memory wiped it.
Bermfad lost two men on the way down and almost every single one of them had fallen into a different part of the small city. Battle erupted in the city and while his basilisk war droid proceeded to tear through enemy droids he kept it covered. He wondered why they were droids for they had scanned and picked up life signs. One enemy with a rocket launcher blasted into his basilisk war droid destroying it. He killed the enemy that had taken his prized possession and then took the memory core of the Basilisk, before moving to regroup. They were supposed to get reinforcements soon.
Arriving at the location it became apparent things weren't going well. There was only two Mandalorians, one wounded and the other taking care of them. Things were looking grim at the moment. Bermfad decided it would be better if they began to move on. A friendly ship appeared in the sky. The Longsword belonged to Tracin'ya Drakain, and Roland Drakain. Bermfad had been unaware of the cloaked fighter at the time.
Continuing on and fighting their way through wave after wave of enemies he finally came to two other Mandalorians, and Bermfad flanked the enemies those who had been fighting. Once they were oft he tried to speak through his helmet but the Mandalorians across the way were having communication difficulty. Their comms must had been broken surmised Bermfad before going into mandalorian sign language. He found a downed Basilisk that appeared to be mostly intact and jumped down to fix it up. He got it working again and they worked their way across a bridge, as they received communication from the Drakains telling them to head towards the clock tower. The Drakain clan hadn't been seen since they had been massacred. They were considered almost a ghost clan, and Bermfad hoped they weren't behind all of this as he altered their direction towards the clock tower.
Soon they were surrounded a few blocks from the clock tower, and Bermfad laughed asking the men who had surrounded him if he should fight with one hand behind his back to even the odds. A man upon a large rock however spoke to him, telling him to give up. Bermfad declined his offer while giving the cloaked man a nickname, Mr. Dark. He was going to fire his basilisk's weapons off but Elifain in a sniper position informed him that his brother was among the enemies which made it almost impossible to fire into the mass of enemies without a chance of hitting him. Bermfad told Elifain to take his shot, at Mr. Dark.
Things turned out a little differently then planned however for Roland dropped out uncloaking in front of Mr. Dark and shot at his head. Mr. Dark however had been seemingly expecting this, dodged to the side and blasted Roland backwards. Dodged Bermfad's lightwhip and then suddenly disappeared. Bermfad focused on the guys surrounding him for a second blasting the basilisk's weapons into them and sending many men flying backwards, his mandalorians help put them down. Suddenly Mr. Dark appeared on top of a roof and used the force to throw Bermfad from his mount. Bermfad's returning fire simply bounced off Mr. Dark as if there was an invisible force field.
Elifain went to engage Mr. Dark attacking him only to find his body was insubstantial save for the lightsaber which was deactivated and thrust straight into Elifain's shoulder. He mocked Elifain before pulling the blasters from Bermfad's grip and blasting the Basilisk War droid into the far clock tower. This force user was strong and Bermfad didn't know if they would be able to win against this foe.
He went for his Westar blaster pistols while Elifain continued to engage Mr. Dark who fought and kept feinting attacks at Elifain as rocks began to rain down upon Bermfad's men, and one of them got smashed between the ground and a huge rock. Bermfad enraged came around the large boulder Mr. Dark had originally been and fired his Disruptors at Mr. Dark. A whole appeared in Mr. Dark however, and were sailing at Elifain. Bermfad yelled to Elifain not to block them over the com as loud as he could for not even a lightsaber could stop these bolts.
Elifain managed to dodge the blasts and come back at Mr. Dark who used skillful Makashi to keep his raging opponent at bay and offered Bermfad the lives of his men if he would just leave. Bermfad thought it over for a moment and then seemingly excepted telling Mr. Dark to do whatever he would with the other two for they were not from his clan. All the enemy units then came off his men of which there was only three left.
As Bermfad retreated Elifain continued to fight Mr. Dark and was beginning to loose badly. Roland came here insulting Bermfad commenting that so this is what Mandalorians resorted to nowadays. Betraying brothers, however this isn't what Bermfad had in mind. He turned back to the battle field ordering Roland to get ready as he prepared the Basilisk, and shot a pulse wave cannon straight into him as he declared that Elifain could not beat him.
"You cannot beat me."
"Well Mr. Dark, you can't beat the best!"
Mr. Dark crumbled into a bunch of rocks as the illusion covering rocks being moved by telekinesis were blown apart. Roland grabbed his brother Elifain who was now missing an arm, and retreated back to their ship. Bermfad set the Basilisk to self destruct while his men gave him covering fire and then they got the hell out of there....
Reuniting Mando'ade, with the woman of the Galaxy, Celestial:
By this time Bermfad was turning twenty two and had already become Mandalore's second in command and personal body guard. He hadn't obtained it through being related but rather by skill. It was not that Mandalore was planning something and he wasn't cluing Bermfad in on everything just yet. They took the Ebon Hawk to find what Canderous had called an "Old friend". He would eventually found out this old friend was indeed old. Older then most of the galaxy it would seem. On the trip Mandalore gave Bermfad a special armor with a cape that was said to hide him from force users and make him very slippery to hit directly with the force.
They headed to an Asteroid housing Verpine. Canderous and Bermfad met up with Celestial, and convinced her to help them hack the holonet to send a message to all of the Mandalorians lost in the galaxy. It was then they decided where to hit, and Bermfad suggested far from the Republic's core which by now had just claimed to become the Empire.
It wasn't long before they arrived on Nar Shaddaa, heading for the holonet station. Before long they met with Goto for a moment where Mandalore requested a body for another old friend. Once put into the droids body HK-47 activated his programs and began to follow them. Celestial had a problem with Goto stealing and slightly modifying some of her designs. She promised to come back and decompile him at a later date.
The party continued towards the holonet station, and Bermfad was having a fun time trying to work the concept through his head about Celestial being a droid. It seemed somewhat far fetched that she had lived over millions of years, but hey we can't all be ancient can we?
Needless to say they took out the front desk and replaced HK-47 there to guard it while they went down to try and knock out the security systems and finally got to the server room where Celestial hacked in and played Mandalore's prerecorded message to every computer, terminal, and screen attached to the holonet.
Mando'ad draar digu. (A Mandalorian Never forgets)
This is Mandalore, the True Mandalore and I claim my right by the mask I now wear. I have come to give my Ad, Vod, and the galaxy a message. The Mandalorian Wars are over, and have been for a long time. We found glory along the way but many of our Vod(Brothers and sisters) were lost, not only in death but in the Mandalorian way.
When I look out into the galaxy to see what our glorious people have become, I seek Merc's hired as thugs, contract killers, bouncers, and many innumerable second rate jobs. I see that Mandalorians as a whole, who were once a proud people have now become what we despised. It is not the Mandalorian way to hide amongst the sink holes of the galaxy. Those who have forgotten their way I bid you to return to us. Mandalorians who have lost their path, we shall find you. I offer a hand to all those who have found themselves in Solus.(Alone) Aaray bal A'den te aru'e. (Pain and Anger are the enemy)
All Mandalorians who find the strength within themselves to face te Kote(the glory) of their ancestors and te Kote that is the Mando'ad people.
To those who may fear, or even loath us the Mandalorian people, know this. It was you who greeted us with Fear and anger. We honored you. It is you who won the war. We are not bitter. It is you who disbanded us. You cannot hold us apart. You thought the Mandalorians were done for. We have only just begun.
The children of Mandalore were lost, but now we shall return. Any who wish to join us in the way of Mando is free to follow. I shall bode no ill feelings of those who do not come with Clan Ordo to our home Mandalore, but I shall only ask of you once.
Aliit ori'shya tal'din. (Family is more then Bloodline)
The group headed to Mandalore for the gathering of a life time, or rather Bermfad's life time.
Mandalore:
By the time they had arrived Mandalorian fleets and Mandalorian people had congregated above the surface of Mandalore and once their leader arrived they began to land and gather near a large lake to the south of the City of Bone. Mandalore gave them yet another speech to increase the moral, which heightened Bermfad's anticipation as well. All his life he had trained for battle, it seemed things would kick up very soon.
More and more people began to arrive and training of the newbies had already begun. Many went to see Mandalore personally to see if they could be excepted into the ranks. Mandalore greeted all that where willing to serve, and Bermfad himself was assigned a trainee. Lana, was first taken to the dueling ring and fought Bermfad at varying degrees of intensity. Afterward she mentioned something about never having been in a real fight. Bermfad sought to change that with an extreme tactic. He brought her to a planet that hated Mandalorians, Iridonia.
Bermfad watched after instructing her to claim she was a Mandalorian to the whole crowd, and soon a mini riot took place them pulling weapons on Lana. Bermfad gave her covering fire but the crowd was indeed too big and overwhelming after a time and they were forced to retreat however he had gotten her into a real life or death situation. He figured it was enough for now. He contacted Mandalore and found out that they had an alliance with the Empire, much to his dislike however Mandalore dropped a few hints that it was only temporary. He told Bermfad that Elifain and Roland Drakain were now considered, Cuy'val Dar which meant "Those who no longer exist". He also informed him that he was hoping to get the empire to send some of its agents after Elifain and all the recruits he had "stolen" from the Mandalorians.
Bermfad wasn't fooled however, the Cuy'val Dar isn't what they called Traitors in the Mandalorian language. Those who were Dar'manda, where those who had dishonored the Mandalorian way. He realized that Canderous was trying to use this to the ignorance of the enemy who did not know their ways. Anyone sent after Elifain and Roland he knew would have a very tough time taking them down, even the Sith. Mandalore requested they come with him to Korriban to request assistance in this. It wasn't long before they were on their way.
Death of a Father, Birth of Mandalore:
Above Korriban, Mandalore's fleet met up with Bermfad's fleet and they took men down to the surface for a joint training. Bermfad had been ordered to leave most of his men on his own ship. They would be transported down after the initial talk Mandalore had. They met surprisingly with the Emperor, who decided to handle the situation himself. Bermfad would learn Elifain had served in the Empire for a short time, and Cain probably had a sore spot for him. Upon returning back up to his ship, the Executor class ship which was the only thing really above Korriban protecting the troops down below, entered hyperspace.
Mandalore saw his chance, when communication from Roland Drakain appeared with Video feed from Nar Shaddaa, detailing the Emperor's dishonorable tactics. This was the real reason Mandalore had sent Elifain and Roland out and painted them as traitors. He wanted proof and evidence to show before all the Mandalorians that the Empire was not an honorable government. His goal was to make it so that Mandalorians would never fight side by side a dishonorable ally, for it stained the Mandalorian's reputation. A lesson that Bermfad would never forget.
Mandalore handed Bermfad his helmet, and bid him farewell. It was in these last moments before Mandalore was leaving towards the surface of Korriban he knew that he would never see his grandfather again. He was leaving his legacy in the hands of his grandson. He was too be the new Mandalore so that Canderous could die like he had always wanted to. In a blaze of glory.
Bermfad prepared the fleet for an orbital bombardment of Korriban and the Valley of the Sith lords. He would wipe it off the face of the planet and hopefully all the sith teachings with it. He loathed what he was about to do, but he knew there was only one other choice. Mandalore down on the surface played things off like they were fine until they located where the Sith kept their Planetary shield generator. With a few well placed frag grenades and thermal detonators they knocked the shield down and began fighting the Sith down below. Ysalamiri were hidden throughout the ranks to cut off the force users advantage. Mandalore fought viciously down below against the force users and trainee's of the empire. They would remember this battle, and hopefully the Mandalorians would honor him in the future.
Bermfad above hesitated for a moment when the shield went down. He looked to Celestial for a moment and she spoke a few last words before Bermfad gave the order. Sending down 24 Super Heavy Concussion missiles that would explode and kill every trooper down on the planet. Just one of these missiles would have done the job, but as a salute to his grandfather he made the explosion the largest he could.
After the smoke cleared he looked on what had been the valley of the sith lords, and the settlement that had been build nearby. Both of which no longer existed except for the creator that now placed their general location on the map. He then ordered his fleet to Nar Shaddaa where the Emperor was, he wanted to throttle that man....
Upon arriving at Nar Shaddaa, a man requested Mandalorian assistance. As the new Mandalore he gave it, and his men went down to help rescue the survivors of the battle that Cain had fled from. Cain had only left destruction in his wake... Bermfad secretly vowed that Cain would pay the price.
The Tomb of the First:
Bermfad had been thinking that he was perhaps one of the youngest Mandalores to come to be, and he needed to prove himself so he wouldn't be usurped. He decided it was time to take the trail every Mandalore would have to face eventually. The journey back to the routes with a guide, and as luck would have it a Mandalorian from the clan Aran was already coming to see him about this very matter. It was agreed that they would set out within the day and he would take Mandalorians with him that he trusted.
He took Roland Drakain, Lana Eneira, Samantha Aran, and a drunk fighter pilot who just happened to have the good luck to be thrown into all of this. They proceeded into the mountains where they had to hike to the cave. Aran lead the way through, telling the others there were to be no electronics, and Bermfad already knew these rules and had brought only the Helmet of Mandalore to prove he was Mandalore. He went through a few tests inside, one where he had to navigate through a pitch black room with traps but leave clues on how to get through the maze quickly for his squad that would enter the room after him. The next test was a combat test that lead a good number of his people wounded. Roland, and Bermfad met the test with relative ease, but Aran had been wounded during the battle. They proceeded through the remaining trials with caution and eventually came to the tomb of the first.
Each of them were awarded with a sword made of the finest beskar decorated in the fashion of old Mandalorian smiths. Bermfad collected a curious looking hilt from Mandalore the First's tomb. It was the Darksaber, a seeming lightsaber with a Darkcore fashioned in the shape of a vibroblade. Bermfad lead his group from the cave with his new found weapon and the honor of having completed the challenge set before him. It was time to make a move with his position now secure. He moved to take Alderaan in a show of force taking a giant leap into the core worlds.
Taking Coruscant:
In the next few months after securing Alderaan, he planned his next attack. The battle on Alderaan hadn't been one that was too large, their forces had overwhelmed the Imperial presence here with percision. He returned to Mandalore ordering an initial strike with Elifain and his bridgeburners to test the ability of the empire to react.
When he arrived on Mandalore he was informed that Elifian Drakain had been lost. Even more peculiar was that their original Target had been destroyed already. The Jedi temple had been orbital bombarded into nothing. His intel informed him that Cain had been destroyed and there was a rift in the Sith. He initially felt rage at this not being able to kill the man himself, but he centered himself. It was now time to secure a victory against the sith while they fought amongst themselves. He made all his forces move to Coruscant for a take over which he found Coruscan to be left mostly undefended.
The Mandalorians initiated their take over calming down the riots and putting out the fires that had burned on Coruscant for too long. At first the Mandalorians had seemed cruel masters as they dispersed the rioters in sometimes harsh manners. They began to weed out however the corruption in sectors that had large crime sprining up from Cain's reign. It would take a few years for it to get back to normal during that time Bermfad discussed with Celestial about their current holding. The Sith had torn eachother apart at Byss the world wasn't in very good shape so they didn't fear a counter attack on Coruscant. He spoke at good length with Celestial who knew the power had to be given back to the people. It took Bermfad awhile but he decided to hand the core back to the people and so the Republic could be rebuilt. He met with the Federation forfieting all holdings they had save for Alderaan. Thier outpost on Dxun wasn't well known, and thier outpost on Chinine wasn't known to anyone save for the Mandalorians and Zilfer who were teaching some of the Mandalorians how to use the force. Lastly, Mandalore is were he told the federation mostly were they would return to but they would keep an eye out for Sith and they would wage a continual war against them.

Ships: Dynamic Class Cruiser - Ebon Hawk
[/i]
Species: Human(Mandalorian OORAH!)
Age: 33
