Living happily with his parents till the time he could walk, Fong was an interesting baby he was always getting in to things; finding new cubbies to search through. Or finding new hiding places throughout his home, but one faithful day he ventured away from his home ignorantly leaving his family behind at the age of four, losing his way in the forests, the planet of Caamas was a temperate, hospitable world of jungles, marshes, steppes, and rolling hills. Its dense rainforests and jungles teeming with life, Fong found that it was much different to be outside and adventuring the world. For the first little time he thought it fun, but not after long after the sun had begun its decent and the world had a sheet of darkness that begin to cover the world, Fong started to become scared and felt very lost in the big world, he thought that he would be able to fund his way back, but there was no such luck
As he grew up living amongst the while life on the planet Fong just thought of himself as another animal, and accordingly acted so. His life up till this point was gathering for food, hiding from predators and building different little nests all over the place so that he would always have somewhere to go.
But he always thought what was life like in the towns he had seen, yet was to afraid to venture to close to them because he knew no one, and it seemed like they killed the creatures of the wild which at the time he taught he was. But every day he looked at the same town over and over he didn’t know what his fascination with the place was, it just felt like home in a sense like he had beed there before.
As the years dragged on and he was no the age of nine, Fong had started stealing food from the town, he had become braver, lurking in the ally ways and he would only go in to the town at night when most of the giants who lived there would be asleep, it was until he had almost been caught by one of the store clerks the he had been stealing from them.
On his tenth birthday well the day he had called his Birthday, fong decided this would be the day that he walks in to that town, this was the day that he would face these people and let them see him. Taking a stick for good measure and protection from the local papules, but when he walked in to the town people did look at him but they didn’t bother or even seem to care about him, it was almost like he was invisible to them,
10-20
Finding an abandoned home in the town at the age of twelve he started to work and even started to learn the language, it the beginning it was hard for him to understand what people where ether saying to each other or to him, it was frustrating working with the language barrier. All the questions that he had Kept asking himself where like a never end of wind, pushing the clouds along in his mind, like why is there was only one of me, why do people live in big metal box’s, what makes these huge metal beasts fly though the sky, it was all so boggling to him. To see such diversity amongst the people who lived here was something of splendor, it was also surprising to see how well they got along with eachother.
By the age of fourteen Fong started to become very interested in different languages, Fong made a good friend named Bogard Krall, he was a Bothan he had been living on the planet his whole life as well but lead a much different life than Fong growing up in the small village his parents and him were farmers, of edible plants and herbs that had healing property’s.
Bringing Fong food from his farm, teaching him to speak the common tongue was quite a task, Bogard normally walked with fong pointing out things and telling him what they were and what they did, it was kind of like a game for Fong, so that when they walked the same route again Bogard could ask him “and what’s that over there” normally Fong would retain what Bogard was telling him. Making it a personal goal to win the game they had started.
After learning the Language Fong started to talk to the people of the town, getting to know them was easy enough it was a small community where most people didn’t mind stopping to have a chat once and a while. Getting to know the community while Fong found that this place was both very confusing and intimidating, he also found that the people who lived here were very welcoming.
At the age of twenty both Bogard and Fong and enlisted themselves for the militia Bogard was placed with the defences of the town while Fong was put with a small infiltration team, with his small stature and skill with making it seem as if he weren’t even there. A skill he had learned while living in the Rain forests and jungles of the planet, hiding from predators that lived within them. He was virtually perfect for the last place in the group.
And then it was like his prayers were answered, when one day a man draped in long brown robes approached his commander before they set off on their first mission, the man seemed to be a wise old man who looked to be in his fifty’s. with brown hair that was graying at the sides, the man had a beird that was like salt and pepper in respects to the colour, after talking to his commander for a moment he looked at Fong and smiled while he began to walk in his direction. Stopping in front of him the man knelt down so that he could be face to face with Fong. “is this really what you want” shaking his head Fong tried to find the words to express what he was feeling, “what I want this is not, feeling I am different I do” chucking slightly at Fong “well, you are…”
20-30
It was strange to think he was special, the man who now called himself Fong’s master was some kind of knight from the stars, I was kind of like some sort of fantastical story to him. How the Jedi would one day triumph over evil, and how the sith always were coming up with new schemes to take over the galaxy.
Not knowing what to think of the whole concept of the war that seemed to be going on sense the beginning of time, or at least before anytime he would ever remember. “why fight though” Fong asked his Master, taken back by the question Master Zoth looked as if he didn’t really know how to answer the question. Taking a moment to think about an answer, looking down at the young Fong “we as Jedi are fighting to protect peace and freedom, while the Sith are fighting to bring their own form of order, they may bring peace but through fear, the Sith as far as I know seem to constantly be pursuing power through their anger and greedy wants.”
It was inspiring to see hear that he knew what both the Sith and Jedi were, but what was more impressive was that he seemed to know himself and what he wanted for the Galaxy he lived in, learning that emotional Attachments, fear of loss, anger, and the pursuit were all paths to the dark side Fong felt kind of discouraged, how was he to keep all these wants and emotions in check, but that was the path of a Jedi. Acceptance, the pursuit of peace, not trying to wield the force as a weapon and more accept to force as a part of your life, to let the force guide you
At the age of twenty three Fong was to leave the planet, the only home he had ever really known. It almost felt like his master was testing him, trying to find if there was any seed of the dark side in his new student. Fong knew he would miss Cammas and all the friends he had made here, but he knew this was no goodbye it was more like saying see you soon.
Going to his masters ship and taking the first step on to the platform that rested against the ground was the hardest part, Bogard wasn’t even there to say goodbye but Fong kind of felt like it would be better that way. Only it felt like something was amiss, and if his Master had taught him anything in the last three years it was that he should follow his feelings. Running up the ramp Fong jumped out, landing on the soft earth, the morning dew cold against his feet, Fong toward his old abandoned home, it felt almost like Bogard was in some sort of trouble and needed Fong’s help.
Coming to the open door of the house Fong peered in and saw two men pinning Bogard to the wall while the third repeatedly punched him in the gut, instinctively Fong ran in and jumped on to the one man who wasn’t holding Bogard, reaching down after climbing to the man’s shoulders Fong shoved his fingers in to the man’s nostrils and pulled up as hard as he could.
As his head came back Fong brought town his elbow to the middle of the human man’s forehead, knocking him out. As soon as the man feel to the ground Master Zoth was at the door with his lightsaber drawn and ignited, Almost instantly the two men rose their hands dropping Bogard to the ground. Walking toward Bogard a worried look, it was one of the last things Fong wanted to see, but knowing that he could help a friend in need was a good feeling, and through the teaching of Master Zoth this didn’t hit him nearly as hard as it would have if he hadn’t received such training. It was almost like a feeling of numbness while at the same time a feeling of freedom.
Leading Bogard to the Medical office Fong and Master Zoth dropped him off, not staying much longer than they had to, to make sure Bogard would be ok, Master ushered Fong back toward his ship.
Space was alike an empty voice of stardust, space rocks and many different planets, it was a spectacle to behold and nothing Fong could ever imagine it would be like, as they drifted through space on Master Zoth’s Foray-class blockade runner the never really having to stop except few times a year to pick up supplies for the crew and themselves. The ship was also something that he was amazed by the fact that there was so much more inside, it was three times the size of the town he had lived in, and it was very easy to lose your way in this ship.
Even after a year of living on this ship Fong sometime lost his way, but it always brought him somewhere new which he didn’t really mind all that much, getting the know the crew was nice as well, where most all of them were humans only Fong and the Pilot a Jawa named Skeets. As the two of them met Fong and Skeets got along very well, Skeets was a curious creature, and the language he spoke was absolutely fascinating, also being able to speak common though made it much easier for the two of them to understand each other. While Skeets was both the Pilot and the head engineer, it was almost like he could replace the whole crew of the ship, Continuing their training, it only became more and more intense. Master Zoth told Fong until he could use a lightsaber without holding it with his hands, he would not be permitted to use a lightsaber at all, keeping to the training even after his lessons fong decided to try and levitate more than one object at a time. Fong found that Meditating helped immensely, clearing his mind of all distractions, wants, even when people would try to talk to Fong while he was meditating was close to impossible. After learning to levitate three objects at a time it became much easier to move a single object the way that he wanted, by the age of twenty eight Fong could levitate five objects at a time, but every time he tried to only move one of them, the rest moved in the same direction.
It was hard to focus on one object alone while at the same time focusing on four others, while then in the next training session with master Zoth Fong started to focus on the one lightsaber, it almost felt as if it was in hand, as the lightsaber ignited in mid-air master Zoth drew his lightsaber, as a flash of blue light shon across the room because of the two lightsabers being the same color. Master Zoth made his first attack, blocking the attack with a weak parry Fong’s connection to the saber he was holding using the force shuck slightly before he regained control, spinning the blade as fi a saw blade master Zoth blocked the attack with little effort, continuing his pursuit Fong made attack after attack after attack, while each attach came with great speed they were weaker then Fong would have liked.
But at least he had the idea down, bowing to his master Fong smiled, it was something that he had wanted to master for quite some time now, and the fact that he could wield his blade with nothing more than his mind’s eye.
30-40
For the first time he had seen the carnage of battle, it was partly terrifying to him the things people were willing to do to each other, but at the same time it was thrilling to be in the thick of it all. Feeling adrenalin rushing through his vanes Fong ran passed the droids that they fought with by their sides, as they all ran toward the opposing forces that consisted of Sith, humans, and a number of other races. Jumping in to the air Fong threw two lightsabers in to the air and used the force to suspend them just before him, slashing at two different targets slicing one across the chest and taking the others arm off, the two of them fell to the ground writhing in pain.
Watching as Master Zoth fought his way to a sith that seemed to be leading the hoard of solders, clashing blades Fong started toward his master while bringing both his sabers back to his belt. Watching as the battle between the two persisted Fong saw flashes of light before another sith came from behind and stabbed his master in the back.
Yelling out trying to warn Master Zoth of the impending danger, Fong jumped in to the sky, using the force to bring both sabers to his hands while at the same time, enhancing how high he could jump, Fong landed on to the mans shoulders while at the same time burring the light sabers in to the siths shoulders. Pulling back taking off his arms Fong kicked off his chest and turned in midair to face the next sith his master had been battling with, as their blades clashed Fong landed on to the ground, turning off his sabers he jumped between the siths legs and turned on his two sabers to chop off his legs at the knee.
Calling for defence so that he could check his masters wound five droids surrouned them while at the same time shooting the downed sith in the head at point blank range. Fending off the oncoming forces while Fong checked his masters condition the droids seemed to be doing quite a good job at it to. Seeing his had been stabbed right next to his heart Fong yelled, “DRIVE THEM BACK WE HAVE THEM ON THE ROPES..” and so they did after losing the two sith that seemed to be leading the hoard started to lose their moral. That was the good thing about fighting with droids by your side no matter what happened they never seemed to give in even when it was one against hundreds.
As the battle ended the armie started to disband while their droids stood in a formation waiting, expecting almost a second wave to hit them. Bringing with his master back to the shuttle Fong smiled hopefully. “everything will be ok Master” looking down to Fong it almost looked as if he were impressed “Fong you have learned and surpassed me teachings, I expected out time would be shot and was right to think so. You no longer need me Fong I pronounce you a Jedi knight….” And with that he was gone given back to the force. It didn’t so much feel as If he were gone through just that he was given a new form, and just as he had thought it Fong heard his masters voice, Fong you will never be without me by your side, and my teaching will be endless my friend.”
And he was right it was a new way of training though, his master may have pronounced him a Jedi knight, but it felt calming to know that his teachings would be endless. Fong never really traveled without his master’s guidance after that faithful day. Leaving the army of Droides to the people who lived on the planet of Dantuine, to only things he asked for were a ship and supplies to last him for the next few months. Happily giving him the provisions he needed, the now free people waved him farewell.
Now at the age of thirty five Fong had been traveling the stars, venturing to new planets well at least they were new to him. And every time he did he made it a personal goal to learn something about the people who lived on the planet, or something about the planet its self. Cataloguing all the planets he had been to and some information about their inhabitancy and the fauna and flora of the different planets.
By the time he was the age of forty he had all read catalogued all the planets that were in the outer rim and half of the planets in the mid rim.
40-50
While traveling to all these different planets, Fong had continued taking an interest in the different languages of the universe but at the same time had also started to take a high interest in politics, it was interesting to see how all the races got along and communicated with each other about a number of different issues, but for some reason they were shy of what was going on with the Sith and the Jedi. It was like they feared both of them equally for the power that they wielded, but at the same time respected it immensely.
Stepping forward as a representative of the Jedi Fong was almost kind of nerves, it was different for him to be standing before a large counsel of many a different race to speak on behalf of a people he still thought he knew so little about, as his voice echoed in the large room Fong fought the urge to run off the stand and hide in his ship. “I come before you all not with answers but with a question of my own, it seems that none of you understand the force the way that the Jedi and the Sith do, yet that does give you cause to fear it, but at the same time none of you seem to want to learn… now answer me why is it that you would fear something you seem to know nothing about.” And there was his answer he didn’t even need them to say it, it was because they knew nothing about it that they feared it. It also seemed though that they didn’t want to learn like they wanted no part in taking the time to learn what they feared just to have the irrational fear seemed to be enough for them.
About a year after he had started talking to the diplomats about what the force was, was as soon as they stopped listening, they didn’t want to be taught, and how could you teach a being that wanted to part in the lesion. It frustrate Fong to thing that people feared what he was without taking the time to figure out for themselves what the bath of a Jedi was. Yet they did seem to have a small understanding of what the Jedi hoped to accomplish they didn’t much seem to care.
Devoting his years of his life teaching people about what he was and what he stood for, the ideals that he lived by, the teachings that his master had taught him, not in detail but enough that they understood what he was trying to teach them. Getting braver and braver standing before all the judgemental eyes of the Diplomats that listened to him, taking in all the stories that he told them, trying to determining whether he were telling the truth or if it were all a ploy to seduce them in to taking the side of the Jedi.
“and Master Vetsu why do you tell of these tails of Travel and war, are they to talk us in to taking your side over the Sith, and why do you not argue the matter with a sith themselves.” Smiling at the diplomat Fong commented Smugly “the same reason you don’t Counsellor, might you mind enlightening us?” taken back by the comment almost stunned that he were so bold now. As the council chamber kept quiet for Fong to continue now, it seemed almost like they respected a forceful person over someone who was passive as he used to be before deciding to start talking before the counsel of diplomats.
After so long Fong started to become more the master that his old master Zoth was, and when in the council Chambers it almost felt as if he were talking through Fong himself. Now at the age of fifty Fong spends most of his time at the Jedi temple ether meditating, or helping train the younglings as a Master of the Jedi Council he is both responsible for the protection of the temple, the people who live there and teaching people who are willing to learn, also he has taken it upon himself to be the voice of the temple in Diplomatic disputes.
But at the same time he also will go out in to battle if need be, while keeping up with his meditation Fong as now learned how to wiled six blades all different colors with the force, he calls this skill the Sword Dance.
