Essance of Ice Command deck. Near Fondor Shipyards.
Essance of Ice, the Victory 1-class star destroyer and the newest addition to the Black Knights hovered silently near the Fondor Shipyards. The star destroyer was fully fueled and loaded with weaponry. Like many other shipyards, so long as they got their pay, they don't care who used them.
The destroyer was testing out all her weapons movement and power distribution. So far, newly christened Commander Eureka Thurston was happy with the ship. She was given command of the ship when it was brough to the Black Knights though Cerberus Corporation. James Cutter gladly took it, and temporarily let Eureka captain it. It needed repairs to his hull and some weapons, and to be fully stocked up on missiles, which was simple, and what called for the reason to be here.
During her time on the shipyards, Eureka hacked the computer system using imperial codes that were given with Essance and laid traps that would put the shipyards through chaos. She disliked the Empire like many people, and wouldn't take their abuse, or let them continue making ships for the Empire.
This was when Eureka's plan came into action. She didn't want to harm any civilians, at least try not to. Like every other member of the Black Knights, they were here to take down the Empire with gruella warfare, or anything else that was called for, and wear down their resources.
Weapons? how are we looking?
Turnets 7,9, and 27 still have hickups, but bugs are being worked out. Besides that, everything is working just fine.
Good, Notify everyone that phase 1 will start in five minutes. Sound the timer and notify the fighters.
Yes, mam. Begining countdown now.
Eureka smiles slightly, eyes twinkling at the efficiency the crew alreay had. She sat down in her command chair, smoothing out her skirt, and waited for the countdown to end.
