A powerful repeating blaster designed and built by the renowned Baragwin weaponsmiths. It is an exceptionally heavy and ungainly weapon that sacrifices overall accuracy and mobility for raw firepower. What it lacks in practicality, it more than makes up for in impact. Capable of delivering withering fire over a large area, the repeater excels at crowd control and suppression by delivering a seemingly endless deluge of laser bolts that are capable of punching through most light and medium armors with little effort.
Due to its sheer size and weight, the weapon is usually operated by a 2 to 3 man team and is most effective when fired from a fixed mounting or some kind of braced position. The weapon can also be upgraded in a number of ways to increase its effectiveness and lethality.
Fire rate can also be changed through an adjustable shutter separating the plasma cycling pack from the ionization chamber. Depending on how the shutter is engaged, the gun can deliver a hail of fast moving, low power bolts that are well suited for overwhelming a group of targets – but at the expense of overall performance as both accuracy and power suffer greatly. Alternatively, the shutter speed can be toggled down to produce more powerful bolts of energy that are fired more slowly and carry greater accuracy over longer distances but are ideal against large, heavily armored targets.
