Davros' helm tipped slightly at the greeting. Either this Jedi had studied Mando'a or was once Mando'a. Some would take this situation further then necessary and thought that the Jedi had sent this person as an insult. Davros wasn't one of those people however, he gave a very slight bow before returning his gaze back to them.
"Relief efforts? Perhaps your not aware that no matter what relief efforts are being made they'll fall to shambles if the source isn't wiped out. Cutting off the head of the problem should calm the galaxy down enough to where we can sort through the damages," said Davros wondering once again if the bulk of the Jedi never took sides in war what stopped the galaxy from falling into the wrong hands? In fact he could have sworn the Jedi took the same approach in the Mandalorian wars, only to wind up near extinct. What didn't work the first time wasn't going to work the second time either in Davros' eyes. "We didn't expect the Jedi's help, and we don't expect the Federations help. We'll take down the Empire with or without their help, the only thing we are lacking is fire power in the mystic department, but even that should be filled soon."
Turning his attention to the other guest's comments he smirked beneath his helmet. "They tried to pick a fight before, and thus far we've given them a licking every time they've come a knockin," said Davros confident in his stance that the Empire wasn't an all powerful beast of unstoppable power. He reached up to take his helmet off as he wanted to get down to business. "Jedi numbers low and they aren't taking part in the war, I don't suppose it's because all the Jedi who decided they weren't going to let the Empire walk around and do as they pleased were exiled from the order again?"
Davros was of course referring back to just after the mandalorian wars where Jedi returned from the war only to be exiled for this disobedience to the council. Heroes to the galaxy, lost in the eyes of the jedi.

From what Mariella understood, there were Jedi who were fighting directly against the Empire, and the Order had denounced their actions...again. Almost immediately the young woman began to regret coming here. What Davros was saying made a lot of sense. However, she rooted herself in her own way of thinking.
"You would never flee from a war. You wouldn't be Mandalorians if you did. Those who jump-ship can no longer be identified as Mando'ade. It's much the same with the Jedi. What good is a subscription to peace if one cannot hold to it? We keep our resolve, just as you keep yours."
Having reassured herself, Mariella's voice was tough and confident. Even a slight smirk came to her face before returning the conversation to their business.
"However, the Jedi have always offered what aid we can in the form of relief and negotiations...to both sides of any war. I was sent here to ask if there was any way we could aid you, and if you would perhaps tell us what planets are to become warzones, that we may do what can be done to shield the innocent."
Admittedly, Mariella's wording was slightly more forceful than her commission had called for, but most Mandolorians didn't understand the subtleties that the Jedi generally employed, and those that did never bothered with them.

"I would love to see the Jedi who is sent to the Empire's side because that type of neutrality is not going to work. I pray the Jedi sees the wisdom in not consulting the Empire for should anyone go there by themselves they will surely be lost to darkness or disappear from the pages of history," commented Davros as he thought of the best way to handle the question of war zones. It wasn't as simple as telling the Jedi their plans or planets they were going to siege. Sometimes their plans were formed in the last second and pushed forward. "I understand the Jedi have good intentions but I'm afraid when the good do nothing it's evil that wins. If the Jedi truly wish to help they should take up arms with us, we still hold respect for your skills proven in the Mandalorian wars. Unfortunately, I don't foresee the Jedi doing this."
Davros thought for a second trying to find a way to put it in the perspective from the Mandalorian point of view. Awhile he understood the Jedi's wanting to help those effected by the war he almost wanted to lash out and tell them to visit any of the Imperial planets. Hell a full out warzone was better then the state some of the planets were in now, he had heard stories about the city planet coruscant. Fire's everywhere, dark clouds permanently above in the sky, and people hiding in fear. Murder, crime, and chaos ruled the streets of Coruscant. Hell if the emperor gave a damn.
"If you want to find out where 'relief efforts' should go then search the holoweb for news on Corellia, Coruscant, Empress Teta, and any other imperial held planet. Those people need our help, and we are dedicated to getting there," said Davros a frown covering his face for a moment. "I hope for the sake of the innocents that this battle is won soon, for every second delayed is another second they have to stay in their hell hole."

"We rarely go where we are not wanted."
Davros' words struck directly to the heart of truth. In fact, Mariella had seen Coruscant. She had lived in the conditions that Davros had described for nearly a year. However, with unerring resolve, Mariella determined to struggle with the ideals of the Jedi Order in a more appropriate time and place. For now it seemed that this negotiation would go slowly, as Davros either would not or could not tell her what she came here to find out.
"At any rate, the Jedi are few in number, and if there is nothing more to be gathered here we should be on our way."

"I wish I could give you more, but that is as much as you are going to get without joining us," said Davros as he put his helmet back on. "Gar gaan te adate, Dar te Empire." (Your wanted by the people, just not those who rule it.)
Davros had switched into his native tongue out of instinct as he usually did when he had something important or meaningful to say. As his helmet was firmly in place he tapped the size of the helmet activating the comms within the helmet. "Send a message to Elifain and his Bridgeburners, that we have a mission specifically in mind for them."
Two clicks came in response as well as a confirmation call to Davros. He wasn't Mandalore but while he was away he was defiantly in charge of most of the Mandalorians at this point. They couldn't sit here while they waited for Mandalore.

Mariella bowed once again, slightly disappointed that their visit would be so fruitless, but convinced that it could not have gone any other way. When put in the Mandolorians' position she would not have given up much information either.
"K'oyacyi, vode...(Stay alive/Be Safe, brother.)"
Turning on her heel, Mariella gave a slight nod to Aznable, indicating that they were done here. It had been a simple first mission for her, and she hadn't gotten much. As they returned to the hangar and she entered the cockpit of her Stingray, Mariella silently wondered if the Council would be disappointed.

Aznable looked at the man when he said the Jedi exiled their own for wanting to fight "You have it all wrong" Aznable started to say "The Jedi were more than willing to fight the empire, they just had more padawans than Knights or anything else" he explained "The ones that were so eager to run off and do battle, are the ones who were most unprepared for it, instead of staying and learning what they could from the masters that are there, they decided to run off half cocked to battle...thinking they stood a chance against the Emperor" he told him. "Its a matter of being young and fool hearty...the other Jedis did not exile them, nor did they beg them to stay, they allowed them to make their own decision and they'd have to live or die with the consequences"
Once Aznable finished saying that he turned to walk away, there was no point in him listening to the rest of their conversation, he had down Drake a biggy by explaining what the hell the Jedi were doing exactly, he'd owe him for that later. Aznable returned to his awing when Mariella went back to her Stingray "What a stupid mission" Aznable said once he was inside the cockpit of his awing.

Davros smiled at aznble's comment as he turned walking away. He knew that it was the youth that almost always got things done. They were the ones pushing the impossible, and all the great men in history tended to be on the young side, against impossible odds, faced against something they should not be able to defeat. Revan had done just that, but Davros couldn't help feel the though the situation was twisted in each directions not 50 years after the Mandalorian wars would the same thing be happening. It was a good thing that they hadn't exiled the Jedi, and he hadn't actually heard anything about the Jedi splitting. It had been a bit of guess work, and it seemed he had been partially right. Regardless, they had other things to worry about. War didn't wait for you to be ready, you had to be ready to get lifted off your feet and thrown into battle. Something the Jedi perhaps would never understand.
"What message do you want to send?" came a reply on his comm. Davros looked up to the sky above the planet. "Tell the boys we are going to find Mandalore's ally. It's time we put our ally to the test, if he's half the man he's made of, then we'll walk through the lines of imperial bastards," said Davros. "And when Mandalore returns our morale will soar even higher."

Slightly deflated, Mariella activated the systems of her Stingray and pulled away from the deck, moving out into the atmosphere unceremoniously. She silently agreed with Aznable that this had been an unfruitful endeavor. They had barely been on Mandalore for a few hours and they were returning home. Most of their time had been spent waiting around in the hangar.
"Well then, homeward I suppose. R5, see to it."
Mariella switched control of the vessal over to the astromech droid and they entered hyperspace.
