"Something like that." The General said, nodding his head.
"Like the Grays, you'll be issued a code name and be put into the Foxhound unit. Your real name and any genuin information about your true life will be a closely guarded secret, known only to myself, Captain Stowe who is the leader of the Rangers and his second in command, Commander Peter. The only other people who will have access to any of your information will other members of the Foxhound Unit. Likewise, you'll be granted security access to information about the members of Foxhound." The General explained.
He tapped the Ranger patch on his uniform. "We don't want our Teir One assets in the field to depend on other assets that they don't trust. Information can be shared freely within Foxhound, however information security from outside Foxhound is some of the best private security in the galaxy."
He shrugged his shoulders. "We're not a formal nation. We're a private corporation so keeping our operations a secret hurts our publicity, but any and all personal information is a closely guarded secret for the safety of our assets."

An impish smile came to Ambellina's lips as she mulled the proposition over. She had never been a high-profile assassin before, but had been trained in the art just as well as she had been in matters of secrecy.
"General, I believe we can come to an accord..."
She grasped Hawk's hand and kissed him on the cheek to seal the deal.
"May we both benefit from our time together...what is my assignment to be, and what must be done in preparation?"

"Well, first thing is to get you officially set up here. The Jor Halcyon is the unoffical headquarters of the Ranger PMC because thats where the Captain is, but the Murmansk Shipyards here is the parctical headquarters of it. Foxhound is officiall attached to the Romulus, but as you know we're having some issued with Foxhounds original Commanding Officer. Colonel Ryan has been relieved of his command and we're working on getting the Romulus back at this very moment."
The General gestured with his hands to the walls surrounding him. "Right now, Murmansk is the official home of Foxhound so i'll get you some official quarters, workstation access and security clearance. The Murmansk network will be open to you completely aside from the administrative commands. The dedicated Foxhound network where all the special unit's information is located is a closed network however and can only be accessed manually via a Foxhound workstation."
Hawk stood up and glanced at his wrist chrono. "I'll have the details ready for your first assignment ready as soon as we get you officially moved in here."

Ambellina nodded, realizing that this would probably mean a room of lesser comfort. She would just have to find creative ways to circumvent that.
"I need not return to Coruscant. I brought everything I own of any real value with me when I left. For all intents and purposes I already live here. Once all of your official affairs are in order, all things will fall into place."

"I'll have the storekeepers extend you a line of credit so you can buy some clothing and other incidentals from the exchange here on the Shipyards." The General said.
"The room your in currently will work for now. We don't expect any Jedi to show up and need a room." He smiled and bowed his head slightly. "I'll contact you when we finish processing you through the system."
He snapped to attention and then turned to walk out of the room. He had some work to do. The Yeoman could get her processed within the hour but the General had to get her top secret access for their networks, add her to the Foxhound Roster and draw up a mission plan for her first assignment.

The Lady curtsyed as the General left and then simply sat in silence for a while. She had not had a target in over a month, and was very eager to get started. In those few moments she renewed both her patience and mental focus. She was now gone from her second home, and still nothing had changed.
*Nothing is True. Everything is Permitted.*
She recited the mantra over and over again in her mind while setting things in order. She would gather her equipment after she knew what the actual assignment was to be.

"Thats everything." Hefty said, checking the last check mark on his supply list. "All the crates are loaded and on board."
Danny rubbed the back of his neck and stretched it out. "Ok, good work everyone. Record time. I'll go tell the General."
The General poked his head up into the ship from the boarding ramp. "No need gentlemen. I can see you've done a find job as always."
Danny and the others snapped to attention. "Thank you sir."
"At east." Hawk said to them, waving his hand. "Just thought i'd let you know. I offered Miss Easy a possition in the Rangers and she accepted. She'll be joining Foxhound as soon as the Yeoman are finished stamping her out an ID."
"Woot!" Runt said allowed and then quickly covered his mouth. "I mean, thats awesome sir."
Hefty punched Runt in the arm and shook his head.
Tank tilted his head to the side. "Will she be joining us?"
The General shook his head slowly. "No, we have something else in line for her once we trim it down from a four man op to a one woman op."
The team looked a little sad at this news. Most likely they would leave Murmansk without saying goodbye. The General smiled. "However she will be hitching a ride with you all. You can drop her off on the way to her assignment. I'm on the way to the TOC to get her assignment ready."
Hefty punched Runt in the arm again, this time with a happy expression on his face. "I'll set her aside some cargo space."
The General waved a hand. "No, that won't be required. She's going in light and solo, that much we know. In about 30 minutes though, a tech is going to come up here and install a false transponder in the cockpit. Give him full access."
Danny nodded and saluted. "We'll be ready for him sir. Any chance we can get a location for her drop off point so we can plot a course?"
The General returned the salute. "Set course for Shili Dan. We're dropping her into the frying pan you boys were meant to go into."

In her private quarters Ambellina was busy checking her weapons and making sure that they were in order, even though they had been in order scarcely a day before. It was a habit. While she often utilized projectile weapons, it had been ingrained in her that they were not to be trusted.
She relied on her body. So long as she kept it tuned, it would never let her down. The Lady removed her dress, showering for the second time that day, praying as she cleansed her body...her instrument. She then donned her armor, strapping her gun-belt to herself and heading out into the ship once again. She did not know when the general would call upon her, but she was ready.

General Hawk walked up to Ambellina's room and pressed the call button on the door outside. He had in his hand a datapad along with some other small things. The boys in the TOC were still working out the details of her assignment but the General had whittled down the original four man operation into something much simpler and open ended for a lone operative.

As Ambellina returned to her room from her stroll around the ship, she met the General at her door. She nodded, clasping her hands together in front of her; an Orlesian show of submissiveness.
"Has the time come, General?"
The assassin's eyes were bright with anticipation, but other than that her face showed no sign of excitement or emotion of any kind.

"Oh, hello Ms. Early. It almost is yes. But first i have some things for you." The General said. He handed her the datapad. "This is a Foxhound datapad. It will give you access to any Ranger wireless computer network. Your not authorized to take it with you on any mission in case you get captured and it should be the first thing you destroy in case you run into trouble."
He pointed at the keypad on the bottom of the pad. "Log in and set your password ASAP. We take information security very seriously."
Next he held out his hand with ID card in it. "Next is your ID card. This gives you access to most sections of Murmansk Shipyards. Everything but the command center and engineering sections. Your codename is Sapphire. During an operation, that's the name your going to use. People outside Foxhound must never know what you do or what your real name is unless they have clearance."
Next, the General reached into his uniform and produced a pistol. A SSK-7 Heavy Blaster pistol to be precise. He checked to make sure it wasn't charged, and then handed the weapon to her. "And your standard issue sidearm. Your not required to use it, but i'm required to issue it to you."

"I understand...thoughtful of you."
Sapphire accepted the items handed to her, handling the blaster with disdain. It was not destined to be her weapon. She took a few moments to login to the datapad, her fingers flying over the interface with an inhuman degree of accuracy and speed. She then tucked it away in one of the larger pouches on her belt.
"Moving around will certainly be easier."
She gave a playful wink as she placed the passcard in a separate pouch. All the while she was considering just how many of these rules would be safe to circumvent.

"Indeed." The General said. He handed over a data card. "This holds all the details for your current assignment. It should be perfect for your particular skill set."
He gestured towards the door. "If you don't mind miss, i'd prefer not to conduct your briefing in the corridor here."

Ambellina stepped through the door, accepting the data card.
"What is my objective?"
Now that the door had closed Sapphire was all business. Her disposition gained a certain hardness, and her manner was completely different from the airy, playful personality that many people associated with her.

The general walked though the door and waited for it to close before continuing. "We're sending you to Shili. The capitol city of Corvala is held by the Empire. There are ships in orbit that we'll have to deal with but we don't know enough about the troops on the ground."
Hawk pulled out a small disk from inside his uniform jacket and held it out. A hologram of the capitol city appeared over the device. "The locals have already staged one uprising which was put down so we figured we'd offer our services for a reasonable price. We estimate between two and three thousand troops on the ground along with various vehicles."
A section of the city in the hologram became highlighted in red and zoomed in showing the starport district of the city. "Gray team is going to drop you off in the city itself aboard their orange ship. Its a low profile so landing shouldn't be a problem. Once in the city, your mission is to gather as much information as possible on enemy numbers and movements, disable their communications however you can, if possible, and sabotage any effort by the imperial defenders."
He shut the hologram off and put it back in his pocket. "Nice general mission, no specific objectives, plenty of wiggle room. What do you think?"
