The Johnny 5 dropped out of hyperspace over Ilum. Almost immediately a flight of E-wings approached it. "Unidentified vessel, this is Storm Flight leader. you are in private air space. State your business." Came over the com in a threatening but calm voice.
Runt went to the communication console and typed in their identification code and encryption. "Storm Flight, this is the Johnny 5. I am currently carrying tier one assets and i'm heading for Murmansk. I.D.C. and encryption transmitting now."
There was a short pause as the fighter squadron leader reviewed the encryption. "Understood Johnny 5. We'll escort you through the minefield. Stay on my wing."
Hefty gave a thumbs up. He could stay on this fighters wing if he were flying a washing machine. Runt keyed the mic on the ships com again. "Understood Storm Flight, we have your wing. Johnny 5 out."
Hefty put the ship on Storm Flights port side, a few meters back and they all set course for the looming shipyard station. While the Jedi liked to think that they ran the show from their temple, the truth was that Murmansk Orbital Shipyards was the center of the planets extensive defenses.

Moving into the cockpit and leaning over Runt's back, Ambellina gave the top of his helmet a pat.
"Aren't we the structured military man?"
She laughed and peered through the front viewport of the ship at the craft leading the Johnny 5 through the dangerous obstacle before them. For all of her culture and pretense, space travel still excited her, like a small girl exiting orbit for the first time.

"And don't you forget it." Runt said, smiling inside his helmet.
Danny smiled inside his helmet as well. The team had grown comfortable with Lady which made him happy, but in the back of his mind he dreaded it. She had spent enough time with them to describe them, list their characteristics, their skills. She could build a limited but proficient profile on each of them. As much as he liked her, his training told him she was a security risk.
"Hefty, give us a nice soft landing will you." Danny said. Hefty gave him a thumbs up and went back to the controls. He was flying the ship and going through the landing checklist at the same time.
Danny excused himself from the cockpit and headed back to the cargo bay where he and Tank had stashed all their gear earlier. He went through each of their packs, making sure it was all in order and lined them up. It was busy work to soak up the time before they landed.

"How I do love meeting new people..."
The Lady had now adopted her standard accent again as she returned to the common area to gather her bag and her gunbelt. She slung the bag over her shoulder, but did not strap on the belt, choosing to carry that over her shoulder too, in a display of peace.

Hefty set the ship down in one of the shipyards many small landing bays as gentle as a bird. He had gotten used to flying the Johnny 5 with all it's unique features.
Runt was first out of the cockpit. He grabbed his rucksack and rifle and gave Danny a punch in the arm. Tank followed after him and put his rucksack on and grabbed his concussion rifle. Hefty finished up the power down and went back as well. He grabbed his rucksack but didn't put it on. He merely slung it over his shoulder and hit the control to lower the boarding ramp.
"Alright everyone, lets go say hi." Danny said and charged down the ramp first.
"Senior Chief!" A voice shouted from across the hanger. General Clayton Hawk was standing in the door way, waving him over.
Danny jogged up to the general and saluted. Hawk returned his salute and the other three commando's lined up with Danny. "General Gray Team reporting."
"I can see that Senior Chief. What is your team doing here?" The General asked.
Danny pointed back towards the ship. "We were on the Romulus but... we ran into a snag."
The General raised an eyebrow. "Is the Romulus ok? What snag?"
"We picked up a civilian during our mission on Coruscant. She saved my life and we exfiltrated with her. Colonel Ryan however... he decided to imprison and sell her to the next bounty hunter he came across." Danny explained.
The General was surprised. Gray Team had never taken interest in a civilian before. "Bounty Hunter? Just who did you pick up?"
"All the info is in our report sir." Danny said. "She's not... She's not exactly a law abiding citizen. But she saved my skin, and her help was invaluable during our escape."
"I understand Senior Chief. We take care of our own. We'll find Colonel Ryan and get to the bottom of this. Your civilian is safe here. Captain Stowe and the Halcyon is out currently but I have a few operations that could use your team's talents."

Ambellina exited the ship, catching sight of the General. She stood apprehensively behind the Grays until she heard the General promise that she would be safe here, and then she gave an easy smile, stepping forward to introduce herself.
"Hello, General. My name is Ambellina Early. It's a pleasure."
Though she was not wearing a skirt, she gave a slight curtsy.

"The pleasure is all mine miss, I assure you." The General said. "It's not often a civilian saves the bacon of my four top assets."
Danny fell out of his position of attention and did a half turn to the left so he could address the rest of his team. "Gray Team! File your reports to the General ASAP."
"Understood!" The other clones said in unison.
The General shook Danny's hand. "You boys can take 24 hours of liberty as well. I don't want to throw you back into the fire without giving you a rest."
"Understood sir. Thank you sir." Danny said.

Ambellina curtsied again as the general departed. Even though she was eager to explore this ship, just as she had the Romulus, she also craved society, and decided that she would learn more about Gray Team through contact.
"So...would someone like to show a lady where she might have her stay?"
She did not like that she could not see their faces, but didn't let that poke through in her demeanor.

"Senior Chief, hook Miss Early here up with one of the VIP rooms we keep for the Jedi." The General said. "Dismissed."
Danny saluted again as did the rest of the team and the General walked out. Danny dropped his salute and turned to his team again. "File your reports and then liberty. Report to the briefing room this time tomorrow."
"Yahoo!" Runt said and ran off.
Hefty shook his head and walked after the teams sniper.
Tank stood with Danny tapping on his datapad. "My report is away Senior." Danny nodded his understanding and Tank walked away after the rest of them.
Danny took his helmet off and held it under his arm. "Well, i guess that leaves me to show you to your room. Your very safe here."

"My mentor used to say that safety is an illusion that we craft from thin air...more dangerous than any knife lurking in the dark..."
Thinking of Mariah brought a pang of sadness to Ambellina's bosom, but she soon pushed it aside, threading her arm through Senior's as she had on the Romulus. She changed the subject.
"Senior Chief is your rank...do you have a name?"

"I guess it's good that the mine field and squadrons of patrol fighters out there are in an airless enviornement." Danny said.
He accepted her arm and led her off the hanger deck to the turbolifts. He listened to her question and nodded. "Indeed I do." He said simply. "All four of us do. We took names not long after we left our first employer"

The young woman sensed that learning their names would take a bit of doing. She gave a conceding smile.
"How long is the disadvantage to be mine, kind sir?"
Ambellina sidled up to Danny gracefully before remembering another distict disadvantage she faced when dealing with clones. No sex-drive.

"Ma'am, i'm not sure why you find it so important, but you already know our names." Danny said as he led her around. "My name for all intents and purposes is Senior. Thats what me and my team use in normal conversation. Same reason why we always call you Lady."
He shrugged. "My real name is reserved for official occasions and legal documents. The fewer people who know it, the safer we are. Our lives depend on secrets."

Now there was something that Ambellina could certainly identify with...survival based on secrets. However, such a life had led her not only to appreciate the defense of secrets, but to seek them out like a blood-hound. Her nature went beyond the curious.
"Oh, but I do love a good secret...it can stay between us...I promise."
She tried to project a sense of intimacy, something she understood clones were not immune to.

Danny wanted to tell her. They all did. They were bred to be soldiers, top secret warriors who fight their wars behind the scenes. They grew up knowing everything they would ever need to survive in their given profession but each of them secretly wished to at least experience something of a normal life. They wanted to be normal human beings like everyone else, have names, lives, families, friends.
They weren't normal human beings though, and each of them knew it. Even though they sometimes wished to abandon their life of soldiering, they knew they would never fit into the real world. They were commando's and they had accepted it.
"Sorry ma'am. You may be able to make me that promise, but I can't make it to the rest of my Team." Danny said. "If you want to know our real names, your just going to have to get clearance."
He led her to the upper levels of the shipyard station and down the hall to the VIP rooms. They had been reserved for any Jedi visitors but the Jedi were content to stay in their temple on the planets surface. The rooms had gone pretty much unused since the station had been constructed. Danny pressed the open button on one of them and the door slid upwards.
"Everything should already be ready for you. These rooms haven't been used since the station was built." Danny said. "You can set the password on the door to whatever you want. If you don't mind, I have to go find an empty space to take my armor off. The General doesn't like people in full combat gear walking around his shipyard, nor does he like his men getting naked in public to change out of their gear."
