Scar only chuckled at Cain's statement. Indeed there was more to this man in front of him, he held knowledge well beyond the years shown form his body but than again so did Scar. He had underestimated the Emperor, but now he saw perhaps more clearly than most that he was indeed worthy of holding such a title, the only question became how long could he hold it.
"I am thankful for your hospitality, not many would take a stranger showing up on their door step so unannounced." said Mr. Dark. "Lord Malum has also impressed me with his willingness to cooperate, I can only hope we can reach some similar agreement."

Both hands were wide open spread a decent two feet apart in what was intended to be a basic martial arts stance, the doctor had never studied hand to hand combat extensively but did grasp the concept of a few styles and moments used actual hand to hand combatants. His stand was wide spread while trying to maintain his height in the effort.
The doll Cain employed for this test prepared itself as well summoning the force to him to boaster his speed, strength, and reactions, Nikana could sense the sharp change like spike in the air. Not seconds after the shift did he spring forward back on the attack. Nikana managed to catch sight of Statsu’s first attack as a clinched fist made quick speed toward his center body, to counter the doctor twisted left directing the arm away all in one motion, leaving a space for a counter.
As he moved in to deliver a counter attack Statsu flipped about in an unnatural spin somehow spinning his leg around to connect with Nikana’s neck, the crippling blow would have left the average man paralyzed for the rest of his days. The attacks result ultimately for Nikana caused him to forcibly jerk his upper body down, spit and saliva finding a place on the ground.
He bounced back up in time to detect another attack moving lightning fast toward him. Nikana grabbed his fist the telekinetic energy stored within still causing an after effect shaking the man’s entire arm seemingly with its force. He maintained his grip on the right hand crushing down on it with his own. He proceeded to launch an offensive of his own in the form of drain, hoping to suck the soulless body drain of the inhabiting power.

He turned and faced her as she moved about. He smiled a bit when she told him to be careful what he wished for. She certainly was correct there...he had been pretty foolish to barge into the Jedi Temple univited. He just sort of nodded to her, giving her a military salute as she addressed him as Lieutenant.
"I will have to take the good and the bad that comes with being a sith lord when the time comes... but I have known since I was a child that I wanted to serve the empire... to serve the prestigious Emperor Cain, master of the force. Indeed, deductive reasoning would tell me that I am closer than ever to achieving that goal. If there is a man who can control another mind as good as he can, I would very much like to meet him."
He played with his lighter, flicking it open and closed. It made a rather addictive clicking sound as he did so. He put it away, and ignited his own flame in the palm of his hand... it was harder to do at night time because of the cold, but he was rather impressed with himself.
Gustoph had to exert a fair bit of effort, but he managed to unseal himself from the protective shell. "I must thank you...before tonight I was only able to manipulate fire. Now I can create it myself... My fire abilities have probably doubled since barged in...It's the first time I've really had to use them in a life or death situation..." he muttered, frowning down at his scorched boots and singed legs. He turned away from her, and shot a fierce flame thrower, practicing his new found control of his element. He smiled, seeming to enjoy himself as he did so. The fire came down into a tiny flicker and encircled him like an aura. It was like a badge representing his mastery. Now he would always have fire, even when he slept.
"The first thing I need, master, is a red light saber. I've trained with sabers given to me, but I've never built a weapon that is truly mine. I'm sure you of all people would know where I can gather the materials? ' he asked.

Attempting to drain the Force from Statsu was essentially the same as trying to drain the Force from Cain. A bold move. Cain was not opposed to a little game of tug-o-war. As Nikana drained the Force from Statsu, Cain did the same to him. It would now be a matter of who could drain the other faster. Kairys sat down in her place, falling into a comma like trance. Essentially Cain had dropped her strings, putting all of his focus into Statsu in order to voraciously consume the Force from Nikana.
"You've fought well... apprentice," Statsu croaked through clinched teeth, his one remaining free hand hovering over Nikana's chest. The Force tendrils being drained from him glowed a fiery red color as they twisted into Statsu's palm. They began then to grow larger, their hue growing from red to violet to white as Nikana was being surrounded by a death field of dark side energy, "You indeed have the skills of a Dark Jedi... if you should survive, you could become a powerful Sith."
(OOC: At this point I want to move things along and bring both of your characters in to see Cain. If I'm over stepping my bounds here Rags, let me know and I'll change it.)
When Cain had drained enough of the life from Nikana, Statsu threw one of Nikana's arms over his shoulders and helped him stand up as he carried him away. Kairys body jerked back to life and she stood back up as well, beckoning Gustoph to follow as she and Statsu headed deeper into the temple. The two puppets brought the new apprentices into the room of a thousand fountains where Scar and Cain sat silently waiting. Statsu set Nikana down and stepped around him, taking up a postion at Cain's right side as Kairys moved and stood to his left. Cain was a modest looking man in simple black robes no more or less distinct from any other Dark Jedi. Cain's long black hair was tied off behind him into a pony tail that extended down to the small of his back. His flesh was pale and sickly in appearance, almost like that of a corpse. Slowly his eyes peeled open and very gingerly he lifted himself back onto his feet.
"Welcome," Cain said simply in a voice much deeper and distinct from those of his puppets who now stood motionless at his sides, "I assume the three of you already know why you're here... so forgive me for skipping the pleasantries and getting right to the point. You are here because of what I know. You are here for power that is mine and you wish to make yours. You are here to learn the secrets of the dark side. I can teach you this, but I can make no guarantees other than that you will not enjoy this training. It will not be pleasant and the chances are very great that the power I give you will destroy you rather then help you achieve your goals. However, if you're strong enough... if you have the will to do all that is necessary, then just maybe you could become something great."

Gustoph felt a swell of evil creep into his heart as he entered that room, it darkened him a little...but then he realized he had darkened himself when he chose to fight Kairys despite opting not to harm a woman. His disposition had shifted slightly... he seemed...more open minded than he had even half an hour ago, to go ahead and embrace Cain's teachings.
"Emperor!"
Gustoph gave him a sith salute, standing at full attention for a moment. After seeing the other man sit down, he opted to as well, taking the left hand side and attentively listening to Cain. He has taken notice of the other two, but we wouldn't dare socialize with them in Cain's presence. Instead stayed quiet and thought about Cain's words to himself.
-Something Great, huh? That would be quite the compliment coming from him... he thought.

Scar made no move from his seated position as Cain rose. He felt other enter the room behind him, and he still did not move. It appeared he had come during the Emperor's training sessions. He pondered if he should accept the training, he wasn't against increasing his force repertoire. The man definitely didn't seem like the type that would want to be contradicted so he kept quite about why he was originally here. He surmised that it would be better not to speak at all for the moment. If Cain could indeed teach him something new than he would take it like all the other teachings had had managed to dig and scramble up the last 1,000 years. Scar just remained intent on the conversation for the moment, wearing little more than a blank face conjured up by the force.

The power was...something else to say the least. Nikana expected incredible from taking this course of action, he had somewhat imagined draining this body would by extension be an attempt on Cain's power; this was far beyond incredible however, words were not enough to describe it.
The doll returned the attack in a exertion to cause the desired effect Nikana had strafed toward. Some said the dark lord had lived eons, that his knowledge was beyond measure, if that were true it shone through quite clearly in the struggle for dominance as his power quickly matched, and exceeded Nikana's own. Though fight as he might the dark lord's strength was something beyond his own.
After several short minutes, seconds? He couldn't be sure at this point, Nikana felt drained barely enough energy to stand his hand dropped down as he began to fall, sure that he'd lost his chance to speak to a truly fascinating person. But oddly enough Nikana felt himself being caught by the puppet and pulled away from the scene of conflict. Next he knew he sat in front of the dark lord and another. Cain opened with a nice welcome, however his tone was one far deeper then his appearance would suggest.
"Howdy." he returned while on the floor with an almost overly pleasant grin on his face, the words being accompanied with a wave. The greet was met with Cain moving on to the introduction to the sith lord club, or what could become it.
"I assume the three of you already know why you're here... so forgive me for skipping the pleasantries and getting right to the point. You are here because of what I know. You are here for power that is mine and you wish to make yours. You are here to learn the secrets of the dark side. It will not be pleasant and the chances are very great that the power I give you will destroy you rather then help you achieve your goals. However, if you're strong enough... if you have the will to do all that is necessary, then just maybe you could become something great."
Gradually the Doctor rose to his feet and removed a cigarette from one of the interior pockets of his lab coat and lit it. after taking a few good puffs he finally asked.
"No one minds right?" He added a shrug afterward to perhaps say he didn't much care ether way and instead turned to the conversation at hand.
"I can deal, But whose your pal?" The doctor known that this game was not an Asked and answered, Cain would ether allow it, or command the Doctor to listen in place of his shenanigans and probably give him some kind of painful punishment, or not the dark lord was something of a wild card.

Cain examined the three new comers before him, each had unique abilities and uses. To Cain, others were nothing more than pieces on a chess board, and these three were no different. It was clear that Gustoph was the least experienced of the three. A naive and headstrong youth who really had no idea what he had gotten himself into. The prototypical pawn. His wild use of the Force was impressive, but ultimately lack of knowledge would enfeeble him against powerful Jedi foes. He would be most useful on the front lines.
The doctor was more intriguing. He seemed to have a great deal of knowledge concerning the use of the Force and the well of power to back it up. He could prove a deadly and unexpected ally if properly motivated, one that the enemy would have a good deal of difficulty predicting. A Knight, perhaps. It would be interesting to see how much this man truly did know.
And finally there was "Mr. Dark". A fascinating piece indeed. This man had patience and depth of power that only Cain and perhaps Malum could equal. But that didn't necessarily guarantee anything, Lord Nanashi had the same potential only to see it go to waste. If this "Mr. Dark" was to really become the Queen, the ultimate weapon, he would still need to go a long way.
Cain had sized up the three of them taking only seconds before responding to Nikana's inquiry, "He's nobody... yet," Cain answered simply. The cigarette Nikana smoked reminded Cain of Jack, his old master was like a smoke stack with those things. The smell always made Cain think of those caves on Korriban... those caves where endless tortures had first taught him to turn his pain to power. Cain only smirked as he breathed in.
Mr. Dark and Nikana were already well passed the point of Gustoph, he would have to train him seperately, "Lt. Wingston," Cain said, addressing Gustoph without taking his eyes off Nikana, "Go with Kairys... she will begin your training elsewhere." As Cain finished speaking Kairys lifted her head back up. Her eyes were shame sickly shade of yellow as her masters and both bore the same icy stare.
"This way, Lieutenant," She said leading Gustoph away from the others. Kairys led Gustoph to one of the old sparring rooms inside the Temple where Jedi once honed their skills with their lightsabers. There were carbon scoring marks on the walls where stray blaster bolts had missed their targets and scorched the concrete, the signs of an obvious battle in this place some time ago. Crates that once held remotes and lightsaber parts lined the sides of the room, but most were broken open and looted clean. Only one crate in the corner still held some lightsabers... mementos from Cain's hostile take over. Kairys reached in and pulled one out, igniting the green blade to test if the weapon was still functional before turning it off and tossing it to Gustoph.
"That will have to do for now," Kairys said in her usual monotone voice, "It belonged to a Jedi Master called Cassus Zen," Kairys then sat down and motioned for Gustoph to do the same, "Hold you weapon out before you," She instructed, producing one of her own lightsabers and allowing it to float in front of her using telekinesis as an example, "hold out your weapon and concentrate on it. Jedi and Sith alike spend days, sometimes even weeks imbuing their lightsabers with their own Force energy. Perhaps if you can quiet your mind long enough... you will be able to feel the man who once spent so much time and energy on that weapon."
Meanwhile, back in the room of a thousand fountains, after Kairys and Gustoph had left Cain addressed Nikana once again, "You've lived quite an interesting life, haven't you, doctor?" Cain chuckled slightly, "You'd be surprised by the things one can learn from even the most rudimentary probes of the mind, only extremely skilled individuals can conceal all the contents of their subconscious, especially if those contents have powerful emotional connections. You and I are both scientists... and I believe we may be able to help each other."

Scar smirked when Nikana lit a cigarette. He found it humorous that it would be asked that question. He for all intents and purposes could not die from any natural illness, or at least none that he knew of. The smoke could hardly kill him, and the smell... well he hadn't smelt smoke in over a thousand years, if anything he would have preferred to have smelt it over the feeling of nothingness that incorporated his existence. To him, Emotions and how something felt through the force had become his sense of taste, smell, and touch. Each shade of anger had it's own flavor....
One of the two newcomers was sent off with a servant of the Emperor's. The other remained behind, and spoke with Cain. It seemed that Cain had probed his mind a little bit already to get a feel of this man's past or memories. He was a scientist, not very much unlike him or apparently Cain. Whether their goals as scientist's coincided was another story, for Scar focused on what could make his company money. Beyond that however, his top priority was what he could use to forward his abilities in the force or hinder others. This had been this concept, along with a particular virus, that had started a rather interesting line of research for Scar. He had been looking into finding something, or modifying a illness, disease, or virus to specifically target living things with a high Mediclorian count. Such a thing could be used to not only weed out potential threats in the future, but weaken current threats in the present. With Scar's situation it would not effect him in the least bit, but that perhaps would be a conversation for another time.
"It seems the saying, "Power draws more Power" is still true." said Mr. Dark as he finally stood up brushing his robes slightly. As he let his hands fall to his sides so that his robe hid his sith gauntlets, he turned his body towards the two in the room. "I think both of you have lived quite interesting lives. I sense however, each of us have our own demons as well."

Taking a long Inhalation of the sweet and always savory taste the cigarette delivered for the Doctor, having built up a reliance on the nicotine in the smokes he could barely survive a day without more then five. A low toned chuckle came from him when Scar was identified as "nobody." smoke fuming from his mouth and nostrils slowly with the laugh, Though it was implied that the man's status could change with the single word that fallowed.
As the other intruder was moved from the big boy's table and into training Nikana investigated the surrounding area with a few quick glances, what was the room of a thousand fountains was nothing more then a mere shell of its former glory in the present day and age, sort of a shame really. Once out of ear shot the Dark lord continued his own evaluation, and even comparison of himself next to Nikana, something unexpected considering he'd seen the man as something of otherworldly, perhaps stacking gods next to his name at this point weather then people.
He mentioned the rather frank, but all still shocking, factoid of Nikana's profession, to regards connecting his overwrought sentiments to certain events that had transpired would be near impossible, if not very difficult, for the best to hide; ultimately climaxing with a suggestion that a mutual partnership could be beneficial for both sides.
The nobody mentioned the old saying, power attracts power, Something Nikana had always seen as true. They pooled together overtime colliding like magnets.
"Demons could be an understatement." he offered after Scar had finished before turning to address Cain again, his offer still tantalized thoughts and twisted conceptions of what could be done by the two, three if this other man was here to join, but of course he was otherwise why come?
"Both scientist... if that's the case then i take it that, to say no, would be an illogical choice for me considering the vast stretch of power the empire as, far more then one man alone could consolidate. What would you have in mind for this alliance?" "

"Power far more than one man alone could consolidate..." Cain couldn't help but grin. The good doctor was dancing tantalizingly close, but ultimately was no where near the mark. Everything Cain was working towards was aimed at proving that statement wrong... but this was an aim none of them need concern themselves with. As to Mr. Dark's comment about demons, you could call them that. Cain had preferred to call them Sarah, Blaze and Miles, but those names were the farthest things from his thoughts anymore. Cain was far more interested in what it was this doctor had done to himself. He could tell that there was something unnatural about him, but what?
"I am interested in your work," Cain began, "I may be able to help you with it. As I mentioned, I myself was once something of a scientist. I do not take you for a simple man, I'm sure you're aware there is a war coming. I want to know what it is you've done to yourself..."

Scar could guess at some of the things this man had done. The familiar mark of surgery marked even this man's face and the object at the side of his head no doubt held some importance. In fact if scar had been faced against the man he no doubt would have targeted it first, not only did it probably serve a vital function but it was inserted into the head which meant anything to damage that would probably transfer into the head. Things took a new perspective all at once, when he fully registered this man as a scientist. Where had he seen this man before? Had he double crossed this man in a business deal or stolen his research to further his own? No, but the man was familiar.
"You wouldn't happen to be from an old company.... what was it's name.... Hydro? Hydra?" asked Scar getting a brush with memory. He faintly recalled a competitor in the medical field but that was a while ago. "Regardless, it looks like your work filled you with enough conviction to preform operations on yourself. This is assuming you aren't made by someone else...."
Scar chuckled for a moment. "You almost look as bad as me. That's saying something." said Mr. Dark whose appearance still had not betrayed the appearance of a black man with a scar. He allowed the Sith spell of illusion to drop, and only a sickly figure remained. He looked like a zombie that hadn't eaten in a hundred years. His eyes remained somehow intact, and his skin had grown away from its natural black color to a dark grey tone. It looked leathery, and was missing patches here and there revealing bone, and some semblance of human anatomy. Another thing that hadn't changed from the drop in guise was the scar ever present coming from the edge of his mouth going straight towards the right and curving upward towards the ear. It left him looking like he had a permanent smile on his face, and a sinister one at that. He was curious as to whether either of those two would flinch, he assumed they wouldn't for they were the type to be accustomed to such displays of horror.

"A Jedi lightsaber?" he asked. It reminded him of his late mother, who had managed to get employed by the Sith despite having vast knowledge of the light side. He looked at the palm of his hand, making it glow for a second as though he were about to heal something. -Mom...- he muttered.
Gustoph frowned slightly at the green weapon, but when she threw it, he caught it all the same. Turning it on. He used his rather weak telekinesis abilities abilities, which were strained by even this task. He was no good at moving solid objects with his mind, he was a healer and an elemental. But he guessed that this was the point of the exercise, to improve his skill in this one trait, and even if he would always over specialize in fire wind and healing, this particular ability may help save him some day. He continue to listen as she spoke, making no comment about the Jedi's name. He hadn't really come here for a history lesson.
"Feel the man? That's a little...strange..." He commented, losing his focus for a second. The lightsaber descended before being caught just before hitting the ground. He had almost failed this test already. Focusing, he closed his eyes and exhaled a calming flame which seemed to gracefully encircle his mother's compatriot's lightsaber. He would very much like a red one, as thinking about his mother was neither fun nor was it useful for darkening. All it did was make him wonder about the war, and those that could be saved.

"My work..." Nikana mused silently to himself as Cain dredged up the abundantly obvious fact that Nikana was not your typical human specimen any longer, and to miss that would mean you'd have to be a blind man. The time flushed back to him gradually, and with Scar's mention of Hydra only fueling the flames of the past. The shadowy figure commented on Nikana's own appearance before revealing his true form, that of a sickly zombified being whose very survival a fascination in itself. Nikana took a moment to adjust to the new look before, having seen things on a similar scale the man did not frighten him, just took a bit of getting used to.
"Yes, you are correct, Hydra was where it all began really. I needed to create a serum, the stipulations behind why nether here nor there, All it needed to do was forge an incredible combatant with a simple injection, as par the demand. After weeks, or was it months? whichever, i completed the sample its results; astounding." He took pause momentarily as he focused more on the experiment, years ago when he was a much younger man, though the decade that had flown by was easily the blink of an eye to ether of these men.
"After the initial diagnosis it was assumed a total success." He continued explaining the situation as detailed as he could recall. "However within a few days time the doctors observing me soon came to realize it caused a chemical imbalance and i...snapped, Entered an extremely primal state. I might have killed some of them, can't quite remember..." He held thinking about it while taking another hit off his cigarette, after a moment of looking into the air he shrugged it off.
"Regardless. The injection lowered my intelligence to that of an ape's, however, after rigorous test were ran they, the remaining doctors, patched me up." He directed a figure at the object protruding from the left side of his head.
"Kept electrically charged my brain cells remain active, don't ask how they fit it in i was under the knife, I've assumed they took something out, Eh. I still have more intact then you." He said cracking a grin at the expense of Scar, assuming the man even cared about such petty humor.
"I've left out a few more precise facts regarding the serum, Like as far as i know i wasn't force sensitive before, maybe i was, but certainly not as strong. Now i assume when you say you're interested in my work, you want me to restart it for whatever purpose. If that's the case....i may not be entirely oppose to the prospect, but there would be certain circumstances, assuming that's you're intent." He inhaled on the smoke again giving Cain all the time he needed to answer.

"Be silent and still," Kairys scolded. In order to hear the Force one first had to quiet their mind, a task that seemed would be an uphill climb for this one. Only a Sith can create a Sith lightsaber, and if the Lieutenant cannot even sense the Force in a Jedi's lightsaber he would have no chance of creating one of his own.
If Gustoph were able to focus on the weapon before he would find that even it had a story to tell. Flashes of a confrontation in his head... two Jedi and two Sith. The vision was from the point of view of an old man hold a green blade, at his side was a young man whose hair was braided in the fashion of a Jedi Padawan and who held a blue lightsaber up, ready to attack. The Sith finished off the others in the room with a gory display of power before turning their attention to the Jedi. The young Padawan was quickly run through by the lightsaber of a Sith boy wearing all white. A wave of sadness washed over Cassus which could be felt by Gustoph, seeing the Padawan killed. With his apprentice dispatched, Cassus was alone to fend off the invaders. Before he could attack, the other Sith in black seemed to vanish as Cassus felt a hand land on his shoulder. The Sith was fast... too fast. The Force raked Cassus from all sides, slicing him a thousand times over. Gustoph would feel every gash as if it were he who was standing there in the old man's skin, watching the world around him waver and then fall away.
Meanwhile, back in the room of a thousand fountains Cain listened intently to Nikana's response, "Circumstances? Hmph, well that's fine... I have a few circumstances of my own," Cain responded with a quick glance over at Mr. Dark who had finally shown himself for what he really was. Both of them were genius' trapped in mangled forms... Cain could relate. A similar handicap once threatened to destroy Cain's dream, but no longer.
"I will be frank, I have the power to help you," Cain stated simply, "Both of you. I can help you overcome the limits of your physical bodies, but in exchange for this, I will need something from the two of you. Nikana, this serum you've developed, you say it can increase physical prowess and Force power but destroys intelligence. Coincidentally, this is perfect for what I need. If given the resources do you think you would be able to recreate this serum?"
