Drake nodded at Shard he seemed well adapt for this leadership thing. Drake lept off the ruble following Shard down to the ground "Well lets do this" he said as he started to follow the trail left by the droid being as discret as possible.
Roshi was moving towards Drake and Shard's position when he recieved Shard's transmission "Understood" he said coming to a stop he hid behind a building and waited. After a few moments he saw something coming at him speeding in fact it was three somethings. Roshi watched as they rode past they were obviously after something important, important enough just to pass by him like he was nothing. "Right" Roshi said "I've spotted them, their moving south...I'll keep tracking Shard" Roshi said moving out.

Descrete was distictly less of an option for Shard, but he tried anyway. Sticking close enough to Drake to stay within sight but far enough away that he wouldn't give the Jedi master's position away should he slip up and step on something with his heavy metal foot.
They followed the Droids south, keeping in the wake of destruction the large droids left.

(The Combine)
The Dread Pirate Roberts was holding up behind his cover, sliding another power cell into his blaster pistol. The small weapon wasn't doing much against the forces leveled against him but with the help of the Autodroids he seemed to be holding out just fine. The attacks were becoming more frequent now though. The deceptidroid forces were really pushing for the Combine. They really really wanted whatever was at the bottom of that elevator.

Drake continued to run behind the droids tracking them he noticed that Shard was staying back from him. Drake looked up and noticed the jets coming down towards them "Shit" He mumbled to himself as the jet transformed "This is Screamstar, I've spotted two intruders, must have come off that ship we saw land, we'll engage now" he said "Destroy them!" Screamstar yelled pointing at Drake and Shard.
Several of the other Deceptidroids started to charge in some of them coming from the air others coming from behind the two. Drake grumbled and ignited his saber "Any plans Shard?" Drake asked.
Roshi noticed that the three droids came to a stop then transformed. "Hmmm they must've reached their destination" he said to himself.
JPG walked over to a large door like structure and pulled out the key "And with this, I take the core for myself!" he yelled as he inserted the key into the keyhole the area started to shake as he did. "What in the?" JPG yelled as he, Brawl and Barracade stepped back "I think you made a mistake sir" Barracade said "Shut up!" JPG retorted as the door started to stand up revealing itself to be a huge droid. "ALPHA SUPREME ACTIVATED" the droid said with a loud rumble of a voice.

Shard froze. He felt fear, a fear he wasn't used to and hadn't felt for a long time. They were in trouble. "Uhhh.... uhhhh... Run!"
Shard put himself between Screamstar and Drake, activating his lightsaber. The red blade extended up and and he held it in a defenseive posture. His sensors were picking up multiple targets heading for them. He hoped that it wasn't so many that they could overwealm him but he would stand and cover Drake's retreat. With his other hand he withdrew his bulldog, twirling it around his finger and pointing it at Screamstar.

Screamstar laughed "There is no run! You are finished!" he yelled to them holding out his shot gun and firing. The shells slammed into the ground around Shard and Drake, Drake turned around and looked at Shard "Noway in hell, I ain't leavin you here alone" he smirked and held out his hands sending a massive force push towards the droids that had come up behind them. Screamstar looked on "Hmm force ussers huh" he laughed and transformed into a jet "Finish them off while I go inform Galvatron" he commanded taking off.
The Droids ran to take cover and all pointed their guns at Drake and Shard, Drake put his hands together to charage a Hadoumehameha "When I throw this we need to make a break for it" he said to Shard. Drake launched the blast at the droids causing a large explosion "Now" Drake said using the cover of the smoke to get out of the line of fire.
Roshi took cover as the large droid turned his attention to JPG "Enemy in sight taking action" he said holding out his hand which had a large gun on. "Oh crap run!" Barracade yelled as the three transformed just and moved just before the balst could hit them. Roshi sighed "Drake you there, you won't believe this, the three big droids are being chased by an even bigger droid" he said.
Alpha looked on as JPG ran "Persuing" he said transforming into a large vessel and flying after them.

When Drake fired his ball of energy death, Shard ran with him to the cover of smoke, firing off all the shots in his bulldog rifle and then descarding the weapon once it was empty. The droids return fire was very close, but he managed to duck behind cover with drake. "I'll try and contact the Romulus, maybe they can call in a strike for us."

On the bridge of the Romulus, the captain recived the message from Shard. He needed a precision strike that would be dangerously close. The Captain ordered that the targeting computer begin computing the strike, and to be extra careful because if they were off merely a few meters it could mean the life or death of Shard and Drake.

Drake lept behind cover "Well thats a good idea, just hurry it up some" he said covering his head from all the fire that was coming thier direction from the droids. The droids continued to fire as they tried to move in close. Drake came up from cover and force pushed a few back so that when the strike came they wouldn't get caught in it. "Hurry it up up there guys" Drake yelled out knowing the Romulus wouldn't hear him, it was just he didn't really enjoy being shot at by killer droids.
JPG, Barricade and Brawl came to a stop inside a building and started to move through it. "I... I think we lost him" Brawl said "Of course we did fool, Alpha Supreme is no match for" Before JPG could finish a large hand crashed through the roof "Targets aquired preparing to terminate" Alpha said, "Screamstar now!" JPG called out.
Screamstar and several other fighters came around and opened fire on Alpha with missiles and Torpedos the blast knocked the large Droid to the ground. "Now!" JPG called as he ran over to the downed Alpha and jacked into one of his ports "Overriding now, cover me" he called out to the other deceptidroids.

in the air, hovering overhead the Romulus decloaked. and her main gun began to charge. Shard detected it almost immediately and glanced up. The green energy gathering at the ships bow looked threatening. "Duck!" he yelled loud enough for Drake to hear.
The disruptor cannon fired sending a huge ball of green disruptor energy into the surface of Raxus Prime. The explosion was loud as metal, and stone was vaporized instantly. A mushroom cloud gathered over the blasts epicenter and the shockwave flattened everything for a mile. The shockwave was dissipated by the time it reached Shard and Drake, but it was strong enough to knock over any droids and flying debris tore a lot of them to shreds.

Drake looked up and ducked just when Shard called out. After everything had settled, Drake started to move pushing over some of the debris that had fallen near them, he coughed a few times "Man that was wiggy" Drake said looking up Roshi was there "Are you two done resting?" He asked with a smirk "Ha ha very funny old man" Drake said climbing out of the rubble. "Whats the situation?" Drake asked.
Roshi sighed "The big droid was downed and they took him over, not sure what exactly they are going to do with him" suddenly there were sounds of guns clicking Drake looked around they were surronded "Are you friend or foe" Some one called out a droid stepped up "I am Steelhide, Autodroid commander, I think you three should come with us" he said to Drake, Roshi and Shard.

Shard picked himself up off the floor, thrusting a large metal beam to the side to make room. Debris from the explosion covered him and he set about removing them from his frame. "They were a little close for comfort there, maybe next time i'll tell them to just use their normal weapons instead of the disruptor cannon."
When Steelhide showed up Shard raised his lightsaber and activated the blade, however when he saw they were surrounded he deactivated it and raised his hands. "Ok, no sense in getting two council members killed. We'll go with you."

Roshi and Drake both put their hands up as well when they realized they were surronded. Steelhide sighed "We're not your enemies, we saw you fighting the Deceptidroids and it seems your Jedi" he started to say "We want you to come with us back to base, where maybe you can update us on whats going on" he replied.
Drake put his arms down "I don't think we have time for that, the tank one said something about going to the planets core" he replied. Steelhide sighed "Did you get all of that Magnus" he asked over his communicator "Sure did, Steelhide take the Jedi to the core try to hold off Galvatron we'll send reinforcements ASAP" Magnus replied "Alright you heard him move out" he transformed and his door opened. "Climb in Jedi" he said to Drake and Roshi.
Roshi looked at Drake and shrugged "Okay okay" Drake said going over and climbing in Steelhide they pulled off.

Shard watched them climb into Steelhide and worried slightly. "Just don't do that transform thing with them still inside you ok?"
As steelhide pulled away, Shard's foot rocket boosters fired, propelling him upwards and then the rockets on his back slid back into position and his wings popped out, sending him forward. He stayed with Steelhide but staying a hundred feet off the ground to keep an eye out.

Drake sat back riding inside of Steelhide it was weird sitting in a giant robot but what the hell ever. "So, whats the deal with the core?" Roshi asked, Steelhide grumbled "Galvatron wishes to infect it, we believe he is trying to turn Raxus Prime into a weapon" he replied. Drake's eyes opened "Is that even possible, I mean a planet weapon?" he asked. "We do not know, but its something we do not wish to find out" Steelhide replied as they all started to come to a stop.
The door opened on Steel and Drake and Roshi climbed out. Steel transformed again and pointed to a large door "This doorway shall lead us to the core, are you ready Jedi?" he asked them. Drake pointed up "Ask Shard he's in command right now" he replied.

Shard landed next to them and looked in through the door. "Not like we have much choice. We're ready, lead on Steelhide, we're right behind you."
Shard's left hand shifted into it's sonic cannon mode and he kept his lightsaber in his right had for the time being. He didn't want to be caught unaware.

Drake and Roshi both pulled out their sabers "You heard em lets move" Drake told Steelhide who simply nodded and started to walk over to the door "Hornet you come with me and the Jedi, the rest of you stay here and wait for Magnus' reinforcements" he said. A little yellow droid rode up to them and transformed and nodded going over to the door.
Drake and Roshi ran over to the door, Steelhide walked up to it and put his hand on it, the door glowed slightly before opening up. "Be cautious, Galvatron may have already infected the core" Roshi said to everyone. Steelhide went followed by Hornet then Drake and Roshi, as they went in the place lit up like a christmas tree lights going down a long corridor.
"Is it safe to say Galvatron didn't come down this way?" drake asked. Steelhide looked at him "No, this is the Autodroid's secret entrance only a few commanders have access to this entrance, however it will take us slightly longer to get there" he answered "Then we need to hurry" Roshi said running out ahead.
