OOC: Okay feeling stupid about my posts um I'm gonna change the direction on how Arson will obtain a ship if any cares of what I post and doesn't just pass over them lol.
bic: Arson jumped a short distance down from the tree to the dirt ground. Leaves crunched underneath his feet. He had decided to check out the noises he had heard earlier. It came in the direction of the old forsaken temple. He been inside that temple once or twice in his life but he didn't much cared about the place but his master did. Often when Arson trained alone he master hung near by the place usually just staring at it. Arson thought it was strange but there was many things Otho did that was strange.
Once again running through the forest dodging trees, the temple was not far from where he was. As he reached closer to his new destination, a fog slowly began to emerge. Screeches of Kowakian monkey-lizards were heard all around which were covering the sound of his foot steps. Arson then stopped short as he reached the temple but sill was within the forest. The fog was a good cover as he stood near a tree with a branch in front of him giving Arson more camouflage. It was hard to make out how many people there were with the fog but he knew that there were more than five. He need a closer look.

Temple of the Ancients
"Labor costs have been cut in half since you started providing the Council with its new work force." One of the elite guard commented as he escorted the Adjutant through the dim confines of the temple, "this galaxy may not be so useless after all. It has shown a remarkable talent for providing an easily mailable slave population."
"There is also something to be said about their skill for battle," the Adjutant astutely added. "Perhaps we have grown too arrogant or complacent since our arrival here, but let us not forget that it was these "Rakatan" creatures who defeated the Gree civilization and held most of what we knew of this realm in their hands for centuries."
"The Gree...." the elite mused, silently recalling the past exploits his people had enjoyed with their kind before events played against them. "I quite enjoyed their company. It is a shame their civilization met such an untimely end."
"End? You think them defeated?" The Adjutant asked, scoffing at the guard's comment as they entered into a large antechamber within the temple that had been converted into a land based command center of sorts for their operations here on Lehon. "Are you so quick to dismiss them? Remember that our species had reached its precipice millennia ago. Many among our kind thought us lost to the Drinlos.... Yet we persisted. If the Skirran can do it, so too can the Gree."
"Perhaps. It just seems this galaxy is intent on destroying itself. Not even the Huragok and Kig-Yar were so violent during the Akerri Conflict."
"A troubling point indeed." The Adjutant said, agreeing with his guard. From what his people had bore witness to in their, comparatively, short time here so far, it did seem as if though this real was well on its path to collapsing under its own weight. The crush of species would be the cause. So many different opinions, cultures and beliefs.... Sometimes the Adjutant wondered if the presence of the Skirran would upset the already precarious balance of this galaxy.
"Adjutant, we have detected a craft incoming for the planet's surface, non-military class." A personal aid said, delivering his report from a sensor post inside the temple antechamber.
"It seems your contact has finally decided to arrive." The elite guard commented flatly.
"So it seems."
Imperial encampment: near the Temple of the Ancients, Northern Pole
Finally, it had been too long since they had been sent to wait. The Sergeant and his men seemed to let out a collective sigh of relief as the small Lamba-class shuttle streaked across the starlit sky of Lehon and touched down in the center of their camp at the pre-designated landing zone. Even as the ramp to the craft dropped and revealed the Dark Lord himself as he strode from the shuttle to the surface for the first time, his dark figure illuminated in the pale white-blue moonlight that washed over the clearing and dense forest surrounding them, the Sergeant could only think of how happy he was to finally be nearing the end of his tour here.
This was one world that he would admit set him ill at ease. The whole time they had been deployed, he felt as if though several sets of prying eyes had been silently observing he and his men from afar, hidden in the trees like predators waiting to pounce at any moment. And it had been even worse these past couple hours. Strange noises and rustling in the trees had set the men in the camp on edge more than once before they cautiously returned to trying to get some rest.
But when he was approached by the Sith Lord, all of his personal feelings were set aside and it was as if though his mind went into autopilot mode, greeting the Sith with a sharp salute.
"My Lord, we've managed to scout out the temple perimeter. It seems that several Skirran have already taken up residence inside the structure."
"Have you established contact with them?"
"No, my Lord. We have remained out of the way as per your instructions."
"Good. I cannot risk any more slip ups or lapses in intelligence." Lord Malum said, looking past the soldier towards the temple, its unmistakable spire rising high above the treetops of the forest canopy to guide him on his path.
His gaze lingered, however, his perceptions distracted by something strange. A feint ripple in the Force seemed to come at him from several directions, converging on his location before fading away into the shadows of the evening, leaving only the distant chirp of insects and chatter of amphibious creatures deep in the thick jungles. He would need to be wary on his journey, for something, or perhaps more accurately, someone was waiting for him on this world.
The Sergeant thought for a moment to question the Sith. After all, they had been isolated from making long range communications with the fleet since their transmitter was damaged in a storm a few hours ago. However, he opted against it, interested only in getting off of this world as he and his small band of five men fell in line behind the Dark Lord and escorted him through the thick tangle of trees and vines towards the temple.

A shuttle descended above the temple as Arson watch within the forest. Suddenly he was overtaken once again by a morbid feeling. A dark presence loomed the ancient place. Quickly the men who were outside the temple assembled themselves as the shuttle landed. Arson still couldn't clearly see them or what they were doing for the fog clouded his vision.
Arson took a few steps toward the temple, aching to see what was forming. The temple always attracted unfriendly visitors, and the locals had always stayed away from there. As Arson was getting closer to the shuttle he stopped, twenty feet away from the ship. It was his ticket to go to Coruscant and to Lord Cain. All seemed perfect except for one minor problem he needed someone to pilot the shuttle.
He watched the shadowy men mingle with on another with greetings. Arson made sure he was silent to hear everything clearly and to not be heard. He could tell by the conversation that the one that just arrived was the leader of the group and was the one radiating the dark presence. Arson stepped back as he felt that he was seen but they continued on, preparing to enter the temple. Arson carefully crouched to make himself smaller and harder to see if should he be spotted.

The soldiers advanced through the thick tangle of foliage, their weapons and eyes trained in as many directions as they could manage. Every now and again, the men were forced to swat at bothersome insects buzzing near their faces, the recent rain storm and heat of the day working to draw out thousands of the tiny nocturnal pests to swarm through the jungles. Nerves were on edge as weary eyes darted in the direction of every sound or peep in the jungle, a vague sense of fear accompanying the troopers on their voyage to the temple.
Yet, even amid the darkness beneath the trees, the Dark Lord seemed unworried, easily out pacing the men behind him with an almost arrogant sense of calm. Where the Sergeant and his men were forced to clamber over logs and cut through thick brush with their hands, the Sith Lord pushed all of these annoyances aside with little effort, using his blade and his powers in tandem to clear a path to the temple.
Though it was unknown to the men behind him, Lord Malum's blatant use of the Force was meant to draw out the stalkers that he had sensed shortly after his arrival. Their individual presence came to him as little more than minor ripples in the Force, but he would consider himself exceptionally naive to assume that they were incapable of laying a trap. Though who would be foolish enough to attempt a trap on a Sith Lord, he was unsure. All questions he suspected may be answered in due time.
Reaching the edge of the jungle, Lord Malum spared one last glance back into the murky tangle through which they had just passed. Something was waiting in the darkness, having followed them from the landing site. He could not see it, but he could feel its gaze upon him.
"Sergeant."
"Yes, Sir?"
"Have you and your men secure a perimeter outside the entrance. Alert me if anything should venture inside the temple." Malum said, his gaze distant as he regarded a far off, invisible figure that was just outside the perceptions of a normal being.
"Understood." The Sergeant gave his men silent hand signals to spread out and cover the temple entrance as the Dark Lord turned from the forest and entered the sprawling building for himself.

"Now while he is using up all his strength." Lucifer suggested clinging to the idea that while this target Noctis had set up for them to meet was carelessly expending his energy on such meager task as cutting the foliage clasping to his step, or lifting larger obstacles out of his way he would be drained, thus, granting the advantage to Lucifer.
"No, Lu, he is trying to draw you out like that, make you think he is stupid or careless wasting energy in a whim. Don't play his game." The younger Noctis returned the two keeping their tones low as to avoid drawing attention to the scouting operation. Lucifer had noticed before that Noctis seemed unnaturally adept at moving through the forest and that strange attribute remained as the dark haired man didn't break a single leaf or twig under his foot step.
The two moved until they reached the jungle's edge the temple from earlier in easy sight of anyone now. Lucifer pondered as to what end this objective was aiming toward but trusted Noctis judgment, Unlike Lucifer he retained his memories and therefore had a greater extinct of experience to a certain degree,Lucifer operating off of reflex and instinct for the most part. As the dark lord entered the temple Noctis silently directed his brother's gaze high above the temple from which they escaped before.
"Lets go." with the simple two words they jumped up taking flight moments before the perimeter around the temple was even started granting them the best shot at getting in unseen. Though to anyway aside from Lucifer Noctis was not there, no physical entity to speak of just a spirit tripped with another's mind.

Arson crouching as he stalked the Dark Lord and his men quietly. He was only slightly behind them. He halted as those he tracked stopped at the entance of the temple. He heard mumbling and then they all dispersed in different directions. Alarmed Arson retreated, walking backwards. As he did, Arson saw two shadowly figures rushed towards the temple as the Dark Lord's men separated.
Befored Arson could wonder who they were, he hidden himself in branches. Arson could sense the Dark Lord within the temple, a beacon of hatred. Carfully covered, a soldier was coming Arson's way. The Dark Lord's men were few and far in between. The situation was in favor of Arson. He knew the territory and had the element of surprise. As long as he remained quiet, Arson had the upper hand.

Temple of the Ancients: Antechamber
As Lord Malum made his way into the depths of the temple, his mind wandered back to the sensations he had experienced outside in the forest. Odd how Force sensitive beings would be present here, at least ones who were easily detectable by his perceptions. Lehon was long considered an abandoned planet, even during the reign of Darth Revan and his Empire's eventual use of the ancient Star Forge they had found.
"The Star Forge...." The Dark Lord mused to himself, "the ultimate weapon, brought down by the hands of an incompetent." What was his name again? He had read it dozens of times in the archives at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant during his Apprenticeship to the Emperor.... "Malak", that was the man's name.
The Dark Lord let out a contemptuous huff at the mental recitation of the name. Just another brute who lacked the mental capacity to properly utilize his power. And thanks to him, the Sith had lost their greatest advantage in the galaxy since Marka Ragnos's reign. Malum could only now think back to the past in wonder and speculate at what the galaxy would be like now if a weapon such as the Star Forge were to be delivered into Lord Cain's hands.
But the Sith Lord soon put his personal ruminations aside as he entered into the cavernous room of the temple's antechamber.
"Janus, I presume." The Adjutant said, greeting the Sith as he stepped forward from the shadows of the doorway into the lighted sanctuary.
"Lord Malum is a more accurate title, Adjutant." He corrected, though taking great care to do so diplomatically.
The Adjutant shifted his confused stare between the Dark Lord and his elite guard once, before continuing, "your Captain has referred to you only as "Janus".... Have you been promoted by your people since we last spoke?"
Taking a moment to eye the set up the Skirran had constructed inside the temple, Malum answered the question, staring at the Adjutant from a distance so he could maintain a more "level" perception of eye contact. Looking up to another creature, regardless of physiology, was below a Dark Lord of the Sith, and he intended to make that aware to the Adjutant as subtly as possible.
"Promotion?" He shook his head slowly, still glancing about the room as he took stock of the technology the Skirran had at their disposal. It was most impressive. "No, I have always been Janus, at some point or another. Lord Malum is simply the title given to me by my Master. And, Captain Shelvey is merely a loyal solider, one whom I would, and do, trust with my very life. She has earned my respect and may refer to me however she wishes."
The Adjutant gave the words a thoughtful nod of his head, "ah, I see. Perhaps we are not so different after all, our species. The values of honor, trust and brotherhood bind my people together and have guided us on the noble path for milennia."
Malum shifted his head lightly to look at the Adjutant as he used that word so casually, as if it was a shared goal of all creatures. "Noble", what in this galaxy was noble anymore? If the Skirran were, they would soon learn that this realm had lost its sense of nobility when it discovered its own existence. Still, he indulged the notion, if only for show.
"Indeed, then we understand each others position. Our alliance can only flourish from here."
"Only if you promise to deliver what we have asked for." The Adjutant said, stepping closer to the Sith, his heavy footsteps echoing dully in the stone chamber.
"You will have what you need.... If I can secure your word that I will get what I need in return." Malum replied, moving towards an alien control terminal, marveling at its construction and design. "Rain will enjoy the new upgrades to the Manticore. I can hardly wait to see what she will do with them." He though silently, eying the technology with an anxious stare.
"My soliders have managed to secure the entire sentient population, as you requested. But I am still uncertain what you need them for. As far as labor forces go, these "Rakatans" seem far less disposed to work than any other we have encountered. They think far too much."
"We do not need them for their labor qualities, Adjutant. There are a myriad of species in this galaxy far more suited for physical labor. I will see to acquiring them. In the mean time, I assume your fleet is ready to begin the first phase of the operation?"
The Adjutant nodded to the Dark Lord, gesturing towards a holographic projection table that was currently showing the position of Lehon and all of the ships in orbit above it. "My fleet is well in position over the designated sites and awaiting further instructions."
Malum looked to the hologram and nodded, genuinely pleased with the Adjutant's performance and willingness to go along with their plan. "Excellent, we may be able to begin ahead of schedule then."
Outside the Temple of the Ancients
As the Sergeant and his men dispersed into the surrounding area, their weapons trained ahead of them as they secured a perimeter, the Corporal caught a glimpse, or what he thought was a glimpse, of something rustling just at the jungle's edge.
Moving ahead of his fellow soldiers, he advanced, behind a layer of fog, towards the forest edge, his rifle at the ready as he reached a free hand up to his helmet and activated his standard issue NVG equipment in the hopes of giving him the jump on whatever might be out there.

Silent footsteps rang out as Lucifer moved down the nearly abandoned halls of the upper level of the temple, he now had the time he lacked in his previous visit to the upper hall to examine the walls, markings, signs, symbols, and such. Noctis remained a steady pace ahead of him in the darkness. Deciding to capitalize on the opportunity Lucifer thought he'd press his brother for answers regarding the whole situation.
"Hey, Noctis, You mind telling me what you hope to gain from this little endeavor?" He started opening the dialog with his younger brother nether stopping to conduct the converse in proper detail.
"Well it's simple, Lu, I have my memory's, you don't. Now, i can't figure out how to get them back to you, but the force clearly brought us here for a reason, he's gotta be it." Noctis of course was lying on most accounts, a fact he kept well concealed from his brother's senses. Noctis would never want him to recall the events of their past, It would serve only to fuel the heated war they once had back to massive levels. To ensure he'd never gain the memories Noctis went so far as to absolve them from Lucifer's mind, Sort of absorbing them into himself so he remembered both life's, and had both sets of experiences under his belt.
Noctis originally wanted to come in search of Revan's artifacts with hope that it would aid in his ultimate goal. Now all he wanted was to speak to this lord of the sith only to learn if he possibly knew of some technique of the force that would let him escape Lucifer's body, Though he retained all his memory he was unable to transfer his being out of the corpus. They continued down floor by floor until they reached the bottom, after avoiding more then a few sets of unrecognized guards their look not matching any Noctis knew of.
Lucifer came stealthily to the ground level in time to catch word of some kind of labor force which needed gathering. Noctis though invisible to all but him, moved up aside his brother quickly growing bored with the conversation between the two. He trapped Lucifer's hit, more of a flick actually, to get his attention.
"This is your time, Go confront him." Noctis said nudging his brother in the right direction. Lucifer looked ready to argue so to stop such action Noctis literally pushed him into the dark lord's eye sight. Lucifer had a electric look of surprise on his face before stoning it getting into a fighting stance sure that Malum wouldn't ask questions.

Arson laid hidden watching the soldier approaching closer. Something was telling Arson that he need to act. When the soldier motioned with one of his hands to his head, Arson made his strike. Crouching close to the ground, Arson dash quietly towards the soldier only sound of rustling of leaves. Pulling out a cortosis weave dagger, he went around the soldier and with his right arm locked around the soldier's arm and the dagger near the neck.
"I suggest you remain quiet." Arson whispered, taking a quick glance around to see if the other soldiers were aware. "Cooperate and you might remain in one piece."

Temple of the Ancients: Antechamber
The Adjutant looked to his guard before shifting his attention back to Janus. "Might I ask just what your plans and interests are in this world? It is clearly devoid of any usable resources, so it cannot be monetary gains you hope to attain here. The populace is far too weak and minimal to be considered a true labor force." He eyed the hologram for a second or two, changing his focus between it and Janus as the man seemed generally attached to the notion of whatever it was he had in store for this world.
"The only remaining option is the military one," the Adjutant finished, placing his hands on the edge of the holo-table as he stared through the image of Lehon at the Sith Lord on the other end.
His concentration never leaving the hologram, and by extension his plans, Malum crossed his arms as he finally indulged the curiosities of his Skirran counterpart. "The military option is my plan, Adjutant. but I need the Rakatan's to see it through to completion."
Giving Janus the only real facial expression he could manage, the Adjutant narrowed his eyes on the Sith to show his reluctant acceptance of the answer. Portraying emotions to other creatures that were not attuned to reading the subtle nuances of his people was something that was still elusive for the Adjutant. But he did make an effort wherever necessary.
"You shroud your plans in darkness.... But I cannot blame you. We have no reason to yet trust one another. One can only hope that after this endeavor is completed, our alliance will prosper in turn."
The Dark Lord's attention was finally drawn away from the hologram, but not to the Adjutant on the other side of the table across from him. Instead, an all too familiar sensation was whispering to him from a nearby doorway beyond the meeting. Suddenly, almost as if the event were a carefully timed scene in a play, a man stumbled through the entryway and into the antechamber, his entrance met with a flurry of blue arm blades being activated in the room as a handful of Skirran soldiers spun to meet this new threat.
An expression of shock clearly played out on the man's features, but was quickly replaced with a stone-faced look accompanied by a stance that suggested he was prepared for combat.
The Dark Lord was all too willing to oblige. Having been stalked through the jungles to his meeting by more than a few of these beings, he could only conclude that his ally was hiding in wait elsewhere, and needed to be drawn out. A free hand moved with lightning speed and accuracy as the Sith extended one of his free hands towards the new arrival and began to slowly constrict the air around him into a tight, invisible vice that would eventually have the power to suffocate him and shatter many of his bones if left unchallenged for too long.
Outside the Temple of the Ancients
A feint rustling in the leaves caught the Corporal's attention as he quickly scanned to his left, his NVG's sweeping over a large swath of the forest in front of him as the muzzle of his rifle followed in their path. Yet, there was nothing. Only insects and small creatures chattering in the distant shadows. The Corporal didn't mind admitting that this place made him feel uneasy, a sensation that seemed to be multiplied almost ten fold in the still calm of the evening air.
Turning away from the invisible noises, he had to check himself mentally. "Pull it together...." He said to no one in particular, before beginning to make his way back to the squad's position.
That was when his suspicions were confirmed for him, however. In an instant, in a fraction of time that seemed almost to infinitesimally small to calculate, a dark figure darted out at him from the underbrush, grappling him from behind and immobilizing his rifle with a tight grip as an arm was wrapped tightly around his neck, the sharp tip of a vibro dagger clearly felt even through the fabric coverings of his uniform.
"I suggest you remain quiet. Cooperate and you might remain in one piece."
The man whispered into his ear, keeping himself well hidden from the other members of his team in the process. Of course, the Corporal could do nothing but cooperate, and further showed his willingness to to do by allowing his rifle to drop free of his hand to the forest floor.
"Corporal, do you read?" The radio cracked with static in the soldier's ear as his CO tried to raise him over the comms.
"If I don't answer, they will know something is wrong...." He said, slowly, the uncomfortable pinch of the blade against his neck making it very difficult to form words at the moment.

Arson had already thought of an answer to this dilemma. If he let the soldier reply he could warn his team, but at the loss of his life. Even if the soldier obeyed Arson's demand, the problem will continue to come up, the soldier's companions will wonder at his consent delay in reporting to his superiors. Arson would have to be quick. He decided to take the risk.
"Answer it, but I warn you if you verify them in any way... I will kill you and your whole unit." Arson whispered making the threat clear by pressing his dagger in the soldier's neck then released it so the soldier would be able to answer properly.

Lehon surface, Temple of the Ancients: Antechamber.
Lucifer reached for his neck instinctively in a veiled effort to pry away the invisible hands choking the life from him. Though he quickly realized, even in his state of panic disarray, that there were no hands, no nothing specifically engineered to squeeze the air from his body, instead it felt as if a strange unseen room was closing in on him, air tight, preventing him from doing much more then surcome to one knee gasping for even a single breath with the fleeting chance that with it he could counteract this.
While on his knee and quickly approaching dead line something kicked, snapped, Lucifer removed the hand from his neck directing it toward the source of the attack, the sith lord he'd come in search of, the man summoned the energy to himself like he'd done so hundreds of times before projecting a surprisingly powerful wave of telekinetic energy out of his palm in the effort to propel the dark armored figure back outside of the chamber, not that it would save him from the aliens in the room.
The power that coursed through him, one keen enough would detect, was not all his own, A second foreign strength lent itself to the cause unwilling to die in such a place, at such a time, that were his own creation.
Lehon space, Zacynthus cruiser, Undankbar Niederlage.
"Yes Phlegethon Gnade Newlium Maveren, As you command, i shall answer." Was the simple unquestioning response the Zante S. Level Cocytus gave his commander raising from one knee as he showed his respect one final time bowing before heading toward the energy seal leading into the next hallway, and from there the hanger.
Clad in a dark black-silver armor mixture, on the right breast plate of his armor a symbol foreign to this galaxy's known languages had been bored into the duristeel to mark his standing in the Cocytus special hand of the Zacynthus defense force, more commonly considered their military. Next to it was an outstanding and unbecoming human number, one. Then his peoples equivalent to the letter S, along with the human's.
Ein Krieger Frieden füralle was the commanding unit on this righteous crusade in the name of his mother. Again in search of the greater good has his people are always in pursued of the Zante top ranking warrior stalked slowly and with purpose to the hanger of the Undankbar Niederlage. Recently commissioned to open a dialog with the governing body that the majority of the galaxy answered too, she would be one of few ships for the beginning of this venture. His lady Phlegetho Gnade Newlium Maveren had been given command of the operation and outfitted with whatever she requested, to a point.
They were only here on a temporary stop while the cruiser's warp unit came back online along with her other systems. But as the holy mother would have it she set them on a course directly to the forces they went in search of. The imperial fleet sat in front of them, This Manticore had been here a tad bit longer then they, but thanks to stealth tech surrounding their vessel the Zante people went unnoticed as the fire arms exchange commenced between these "Black knights" and the other side, which had summoned allied ships to its side.
Now that things had settled however, and the ships full range of systems were reestablished, the order was given to initiate first contact. They had learned a few things from the comms chatter amongst the two sides earlier, having managed to slip in undetected. And now they would relay a message to the Manticore forewarning of their imminent arrival. The Zante boarding would consistent of two transport vessels, no matter if the invitation was accepted or not. A comms message was dispatched through the same line used by the Black knights with the follow message, spoken first in their native tongue and then the human's "Basic"
"Imperial flotilla, We are the Cocytus arm of the Himmlische Ritter. We shall board your vessel, with peaceful intentions, to reply in the affirmative to this course of action simply clear the hanger previously used by the former flotilla for our use. If you object then we shall enter by force, in the name of the greater good, our agent chosen to represent the Zacynthus shall be Ein Krieger Frieden füralle. Again we come only in peace."
With that the transmission would end coinciding perfectly with the exact instant the two transport vessels exited the stealth field projected by their cruiser homeship, The stealth systems working as both a cloak to the naked eye and a sensors reject, much like a stealth-X.
OOC notice: Since Odin said they were pretty much accepted, and Gam had no problem with it, I am utilizing the Zante a bit ahead of their official acceptance.

Temple of the Ancients: Antechamber
Lord Malum felt his telekinetic assault begin to falter, his target stooping to a knee under the effects before the familiar sensation of resistance began to build up in the Force around the man in Dark Lord's grasp. The room around him seemed to move in slow motion, Skirran guards shooting confused glances to one another as they bore witness to the invisible attack on the new comer.
This was, for many of them, their first time having seen such a display, and the effect of it brought forward a heady mixture of confusion, wonder, fear and excitement in not only the lowest grunt, but also the Adjutant himself who had since come to shift is gaze between the Sith and the captive several times, perplexed how such a feat was being accomplished without the need for a physical weapon.
Lord Malum, however, ignored the bewildered Skirran, taking some pleasure in being given the opportunity to demonstrate his true powers to them. But more to his intent, he was preparing himself for the backlash that was no doubt short in coming. And a few short moments later, it hit him.
Exploding out from the man like a solid wave of energy, the Dark Lord's grasp was torn away from his opponents throat as a surge of telekinetic energy washed over the room, engulfing its inhabitants in an instant. Lord Malum shielded himself against the onslaught, feeling the blast crash against his own body, forcing him to give ground slightly in order to maintain his balance. But several of the Skirran in the room, unprotected from the Force retaliation in any way, were entirely unprepared for the assault, and were thrown across the room like rag dolls, colliding with walls, pillars and computer terminals as the wave finally dissipated.
As things finally subsided within the antechamber, Malum returned his attention to the man in front of him, while the Skirran worked slowly at picking themselves up off of the ground. During the assault, the Sith Lord thought he had sensed something else, something elusive, just beneath the surface of it all. The energy he had encountered was not entirely the design of his foe, but instead had been assisted by another unseen force.
"Perhaps your friend would like to reveal himself now." The Dark Lord said, glancing around the room as he attempted to draw out the other being he knew lurked in the temple with them. "It would certainly save you more pain," he finished, dropping his gaze back to Lucifer.
Outside the Temple of the Ancients
"Answer it, but I warn you if you verify them in any way... I will kill you and your whole unit."
The Corporal attempted to nod in response, but his movements were restricted to a rigid half nod as the presence of the vibro dagger was made painfully clear to him again as its sharp edge was gently pressured against his neck.
Reaching a free hand to his ear piece, the Corporal made short work of his report to the Sergeant, "I copy. Go ahead, sir."
"We've got the temple perimeter locked down tight. You have anything in the jungles out there?"
At this point, he wanted to do nothing more than reveal the position of his attacker to the rest of his squad. But he was keenly aware of the price he would pay for doing so. So he did the only thing he could do.... Lie. "We're clear out here, sir."
"Alright. Keep us posted, Corporal." the link went silent soon after as his CO cut the line.
Swallowing uncomfortably at the pressure of the dagger blade on his neck, the Corporal managed on one question, "what do you want here?"
Main command deck, Manticore
A knock came to Captain Shelvey's door at her private quarters. Since the confrontation with the Black Knights and the later events with their leader, Rain wanted nothing more than to slow down for a moment or two and collect her thoughts. Things had been stressful in the Empire over the past few months. Between the Mandalorain incursions into Imperial territory, Janus' secret missions and a growing threat from from more and more domestic forces aimed at toppling the Empire, the Captain had barely enough time to herself to truly stop and reflect. And it appeared that today would be no different.
Though she had left strict orders not to be disturbed, it seemed that whatever was transpiring now warranted her full attention. Letting out a deep sigh, she invited her visitor inside. "Door's open."
Lieutenant Harkness stepped through the threshold, a startled look etched into his features. "Captain, we have just received a transmission from.... Well, we don't know who they are."
"What do you mean you don't know?" The lack of intelligence agitated the Captain's already frayed nerves.
"You'll have to see for yourself, Ma'am. I literally cannot describe it with words."
Shaking her head in irritation, Rain waved the Lieutenant out of her office. "Fine, I'll be there in a second." Harkness bowed slightly to the answer and turned sharply back towards the command deck. Rain stood and collected her jacket from the back of her seat, slipping it over her under shirt and straightening it out on her body to ensure that her uniform was as neat and comfortable as possible before she made her way to the bridge.
On the bridge, she immediately confronted Harkness again, who was diligently monitoring an incoming transmission with a sonsor tech.
"Alright, what is it that is so important, Lieutenant?"
"This...." He reached forward and flipped a switch on the console, and a message began to play shortly after, transmitting at first in an unknown alien dialect that had not been previously recorded by any archive known to exist in the galaxy. But a short tie after the first burst transmission was processed, a second followed, this one in Basic.
Rain shot a bemused glance to Harkness, who shared in her disbelief. "We have been monitoring that transmission for a moment or two now. It just keeps looping itself."
"Are there any signatures on screens yet?"
"Yes, Ma'am. Two signatures, unknown classifications."
The bridge was quiet for a moment as Rain tried to think of their best course of action. Of course her first impulse was to contact Janus and get his take on the situation, but she wagered that he was well into his meeting with the Adjutant and opted not to disturb him. Instead, she took precautionary measures, issuing an outbound flight from the 87th to meet the incoming transports and escort them in.
"Lieutenant, deploy a flight from the 87th to escort the ships in. Dock them in hangar B on the starboard decks and assemble a boarding party."
"Yes, Ma'am." Within seconds, Rain's orders were relayed through out the Manticore as a flight of TIEs from the 87th were dispatched to guide the alien vessels into dock, where shore parties were already being assembled to meet them.

Lehon surface, Temple of the Ancients: Antechamber.
Coughing as he gasped for the air that had been slowly and mercilessly sucked away, Lucifer rose after gathering himself completely to view the aftershock of his counter attack. Unknown alien corpus lined the room behind the dark figure. He managed to keep his footing and, for the most part, stand his ground.
once the Sith lord made the remark concerning his "Friend" this was effective in drawing a spark of both emotional and visibly noticeable reaction as Lucifer had hoped, no matter how much it was due to him, to keep Noctis out of this. For just a flash he wondered again how this could benefit the two.
"This is bad." Lucifer mumbled under his breath his gaze shifting from the Dark lord to the hallway he knew Noctis to be in. Lucifer called upon a rouge urge to protect and defend his sibling from the sith lord, this action taking the unwise form.
"Noctis get out of here!" He shouted rushing the nearest being, that again being something of a foolish move as he started to rush the sith lord. What stopped him was Noctis doing the exact opposite of what Lucifer advised and stalked slowly out of the hallway. An odd mixture of confusion, shock, and horror graced Lucifer's features as he full on turned his attention away from the foe to regard Noctis, whom had made a comment he missed.
"What did you say!" He demanded in some form frozen in place, seemingly speaking to himself. His tone suggested he was still fearful of the situation.
"Don't worry about me, Lu, this guy can't touch me. That's all." He told him making a steady pace toward his brother and the Sith lord calm and unwavering in each step. Lucifer managed to collect himself to a degree taking careful moments back his attention now split between the two scenes unfolding.
"How can touch you just as easily as he could anything, you and i are flesh and bone like any other!" He argued his gaze trained on the sith lord ready to try and intercept any physical attacks that he may launch. Lucifer glanced back once or twice at Noctis to catch him spreading his arms wide and looking into the sky, at what? Maybe his brother had gone mad.
"Come Sith lord i invite you to my world." he proclaimed as he released the hold he had put on his own force presence to lure in the powerful entity that Malum is. Dark and forbidding it was a corrupt sensation in the force, not as large as the dark lord, but stronger then Lucifer as he welcomed an invasion of his mind, and by extension his brother's.
Lehon Space, Zante transport, Sichere Reise.
The leader of the twin vessels Sichere Reise moved through the black space as a defiant silver ship making no effort to hide its presence, schnell, ohne Gnade was a partnering gold-yellow hue as the two ships moved in the sensors engineer hailed his commanding office.
"Ein Krieger Frieden füralle the imperials are sending ships, to shoot us down!" His tone seemed level to any human but Krieger could detect his fear blended with his words. Zwei Marcom geblendet Kraft was of a panicky and over watchful nature for all his existence untrustworthy of outsiders, that kind of attidue would not be tolerated any longer.
"Still yourself, Human's have the same right to be cautious as we reserve, Entails they are not so foolish as to allow any runt through." He taped Marcom's shoulder diverting his attention away from his initial readings toward more detailed ones showing that, as far as their scanning could detect, no weapons had been primed.
"They were sonorously dispatched to guide us, Marcom, no more foolishness." He could not see it from his brother in arms but the insult, not using his full name, was a blow that would certainly diminish his standing amongst the other Zante on board if they had caught it. Krieger moved into the the cargo hold of the vessel where twelve loyal Zante each strapped in until they arrived had been waiting, readying, and discussing the plan. He began to circle the hold addressing his warriors as a whole.
"We know entirely too well how this mission should play out, it should play out with ease, no combat. That is to be utterly and undeniably clear to each and every one of you. We are on a crusade they tell us, but not one of war. We are enacting her divine will, but not with sacrifice. WE are the arm that will offer a much needed hand in unifying this 'empire'; For the sake of the greater good."
Taking grand care with each word Krieger recited their purpose for a third time, he had done so prior to boarding the transport, and before that when assembling the unit one week before hand for when the time did arise. The Zante moved to fashion his weapons before again regarding the warriors.
"You may bring with you your weapons, but do not make for them. Is that understood?" Quickly and without delay the hold replied in the affirmative. As the hold was given an on screen display warning that they were not surrounded by the enemy fighters and were in quick approach for their ship Krieger took up a position nearest the side hatch so as to be the first out to greet the imperial ambassador dispatched to handle the situation, assuming that was how they would handle it.
